Was a decent place for a short golf trip with four guys. It was clean and had great ocean views! The size of the condo was a bit smaller than I originally thought and the condo was stuffy. AC unit I don’t think ever turned off the entire time, couldn’t seem to keep up with the temp and humidity. Overall, It served its purpose for our stay though.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at what a point one. I do wish you had contacted us about the air conditioning because if the sliding glass door is not closed completely, the HVAC system shuts down. There are actually small labels by the door and by the thermostat that explains this process. So even though the door looks like it's shut sometimes it's not shut completely enough for that sensor to trigger. That is very likely the reason you never heard a system come on because it probably did not. I do have plans on making the signs bigger and actually posting them on the refrigerator with some other rules for next season because you're not the first person to have this issue. These switches are in many of the condos. Again thanks for your feedback glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again someday

The Veiw was simply amazing, location was great and peaceful especially considering spring break timeframe.Communication was timely, accurate, and accommodating. Wil definitely stay here again. Boardwalk was about a 20 minute drive however worth it for peace. Plenty of nearby options for food and shopping with a bonus of flavor town opening in June 2026 that will only make it better. Maps make it deceiving so when you get down there you realize how close everything really is.

Great Beachfront condo

The place is a perfect beachfront apartment. Excellent sleeping options as well as parking. The host is easy to contact and accommodating if needed. I would stay here again!

Enjoyed a great Thanksgiving stay with friends

The condo was well equipped for our Thanksgiving feast! Enjoyed a great time with friends. The view was incredible and folks at the building were super friendly. Would recommend to others and will stay here again.

Great vacation!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! They even had toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee and other little things to get you started in case you don't want to go to the store first thing. The beds were very comfortable! The location is perfect and the building was very clean as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Trip

Loved this place! The location can't be beat - right on the beach and in the middle of serious shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here again!! We also loved the feeling of security with the building codes!! The condo had lots of room and functionality!

Very clean, looks just like the pictures with a lot of room. We have a family of 6 and there was more than enough room for everyone with a great view . Owner was very responsive and helpful and gave us all the information we needed without any hassle

Beach vacation

Fantastic condo for our beach vacation. Great location, perfect size for our group of 5, quiet corner unit with great views. Pools were never crowded. Many good dining options and family friendly attractions nearby. Great communication with owner and prompt with all answers to our questions. Will absolutely stay again.

Awesome getaway

Very nice condo with all the furnishings needed for a weekly stay. Everything was clean and orderly upon arrival. Communication with the owners was top notch throughout the booking process and instructions were easy to understand. We had a stress free week and will definitely look here for our next vacation.

Perfect place

Great location, close all NMB attractions & great food. Very close to grocery store & drug store. Beautiful view. Nicely decorated. Plenty of space. Very nice lobby with books & games to borrow with plenty of space in the lobby. Nice pool inside & out.

It was the perfect vacation!!

By far, one of our favorite vacations! We had the best views of the ocean AND I could see the fireworks over at barefoot landing lol. They condo came with everything we needed and was very clean. We never had far to travel if we wanted to go do any shopping, or wanted to go play a round of mini golf! We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to make a return trip!

the condo was exactly as pictured. It could have used a deep cleaning before arriving. Perfect location to sit on the patio and enjoy the beach.

Thank you for feedback and happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. As for "deep" cleaning. Deep cleaning is the process of moving all furniture, cleaning walls, baseboards, etc. This takes place 4 times a year and due to time constraints does not occur during the height of peak season.
