L'attitude - Des souvenirs de famille presque garantis

Situé sur un magnifique canal et offrant une vue sur la baie, L'Attitudes peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes dans 3 chambres, plus un grenier. Auparavant appelé Badger Den, nous avons mis à jour et amélioré pour rendre votre séjour agréable et mémorable. Il y a un bordereau ouvert, si vous voulez apporter votre bateau. Nous avons une grande terrasse couverte à l'étage. En bas, il y a une grande terrasse pavée avec de l'ombre et une brise, au bord de l'eau. Poisson, nage, kayak et crabe de votre propre quai privé. L'attitudes est à quelques minutes de la plage, ainsi que de la piscine publique. Nous avons récemment ajouté une nouvelle échelle de bain pour faciliter l’entrée et la sortie du canal.

Nous fournissons une cuisine bien équipée, ainsi que des barbecues à gaz et à charbon de bois. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de cet endroit en regardant nos filles avec un hot dog dans une main une canne à pêche dans l'autre. Venez faire vos propres souvenirs à partager.

Family time

Property was great and the host was very responsive. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock, using the crab taps, and using the kayaks. This was a great place that had everything we needed. The beach was a short drive and was not crowded at all for an October Tuesday. The kids really enjoyed the checkin snacks! Thanks for home away from home.

Amazing Jamaica Beach Rental - Very Convenient

My fiancé & I decided to book this property last minute due to work and personal events in/near Galveston - we're locals. The owner was very accommodating & allowed us to stay with our dogs. We absolutely loved our stay! Great place to work with a view - internet connection was perfect & the view of the bay & canal with the 3rd floor landing was glorious. We enjoyed crabbing nightly with the crab traps the owners provided & kayaking with the kayaks the owners also provided. Additionally, we fished off the property's docks & absolutely loved it!I cannot explain how grateful we were to find a last minute rental that allowed pets! The owners were exceptionally friendly about allowing our dogs & the small fenced yard was wonderful for them to utilize during our stay. We also brought our fire pit & enjoyed a few fires in the yard!We will definitely request booking this rental in the future and would recommend it to friends/family! The owners were also accommodating of a small crawfish boil we had during our stay. Just wonderful! Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts!Clean, fun, kind (owners), and views are our favorites with this rental! Stay here for sure - worth every penny!

Awesome Stay

Loved everything about this place. Great location. Loved the fenced in yard for the doggies. Enjoyed kayaking in the bay and fishing right off the back porch. Loved all the sliding glass door that opened onto the balcony. Wonderful place!

Cozy Rental in Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. Even though it rained a few days, we stayed in and enjoyed playing games and putting puzzles together! The owner stays in touch and answers questions quickly.

Excellent Property

Our family loved the stay! The location of the house is great. The house was very clean, plenty of room for all, home away from home! The owner, John, is very friendly and kept in touch prior to our stay. We actually reserved another stay for later this year. We have stayed at a few different houses in the past three years and this property is our favorite!!!

Weathering the storm

We had a tropical storm blow in a ruin deep sea fishing trips but we still ended up having a lot of fun kayaking in the canal and down roads lol ( due to flooding) crabs were biting and even caught a few stone crabs. We will definitely be back but hopefully next time no storm.

Great Stay

We are returning renters. This property is our favorite! The location is fantastic, finishing is good, and the home is well furnished with plenty of seating. All beds are comfortable! Lots of chairs outside for all to enjoy the sunset!

Wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous time at L'attitudes. The location was perfect. We enjoyed using the kayaks every day to paddle to the bay and watch the sunset. And we loved that beach access was just a short drive. The guys had a great time fishing in the canal. The owners were very responsive. It was a wonderful trip and we hope to return!

Great place for whole family

Great location and great layout. We have 3 kids. A 13 yr old an 11 yr old and a 1.5 yr old. Finding a place like this is priceless. I felt like my toddler was safe and still able to participate in the fun and fishing. My two older kids were constantly entertained and each had their own space. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

This is our favorite place to stay in Jamaica Beach! We have rented this canal house multiple times and during various seasons on the year. It never disappoints! The property is always very clean and kitchen spices well stocked. No need to pack the basics, it’s already there. All beds and living area furniture is comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy each other’s company, whether you are outside or inside. Thank you for sharing your home. We will be back!

Beautiful House

We love the way the house looked. Children love to sleep in the beds next to the stairway. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is maintained very clean. We had a little problem getting into the house. We contact John and he is able to get everything solved. We had very impression on the professionalism of the owner (or manager). We had a great time and would rent it again. We would recommend this house highly.

Exactly what we needed

When I started looking for a place to stay down there I knew I wanted to be by the water. I found this place and messaged the owner for a couple questions. He replied quickly and was incredibly informative and never seemed to be bothered by answering my questions. The house was so clean, the neighborhood was calm and in a great area. It is away from the congestion of Galveston but still has bait ships, grocery stores and gas nearby and just a quick drive to the seawall. So my favorite part was the location on the canal it was at, my son was addicted to kayaking and with location I felt comfortable letting him kayak alone because on one side of the house it has a dead end so I knew he couldn't drift off too far but still have plenty of room to kayak. The house was really nice! My kids LOVED the loft part and kept asking us to move there. It was worth the money and I enjoyed our stay more than I could express!

Family Beach Trip 2022

Ou family has been visiting this property for 15 years and really like it. It's like a second home for us as our kids have grown up on that canal house fishing and having fun. The new owners have remodeled and at the same time kept things the same.

Beautiful sunsets

The property was wonderful. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The sunset was beautiful! The balcony was awesome and we spent a lot of time outside.

Great Place

Overall this property was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and had everything you could want. The fishing was good as well. Would highly recommend.

I spent much of my youth on Galveston Island and it's still one of my favorite places in the world. My family and I have lived in Colorado and Idaho, but Texas always seemed to pull us back.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We rented this house in 2006, when it was Badger Den, and fell in love with it. We were living in Idaho and got one week each year at the beach. We moved back to Texas and bought a smaller house in Jamaica Beach in 2009, but still had fond memories of this one. As our family grew, we needed more room and when this house came on the market, we knew it was meant to be. A family of Aggies couldn't own a house named Badger Den, so it became L'attitudes - a place where attitudes are adjusted.

L'attitudes is at the end of a cul de sac, has a great view of the bay, is on a large canal, and has plenty of shaded outdoor room to relax and enjoy.
