Maison de vacances de rêve à couper le souffle devant le lac. Spacieux 2,567sq pour les invités. 3 chambres et salle de bonus ont une vue magnifique sur le lac ainsi que des centaines de fleurs. 1 chambre a vue sur jardin anglais et arbres fruitiers. 0. 85 acres à la fin d'une coupe de sac isolée. La cuisine ouverte avec des comptoirs en granit donne sur la grande salle spacieuse et manger dans le coin cuisine. 1er étage a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, 2ème étage 1 chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, 1 salle de bain complète, et salle de bonus avec lit queen, et équipement d'exercice Beaucoup de stationnement.
Beaucoup assis en plein air. Le lever et le coucher du soleil depuis le nouveau quai. Trois caméras de sécurité extérieures sont allumées en permanence.

Pour rendre ce bel endroit plus abordable, hors saison (principalement d'octobre à mars), nous ne facturons que 200 USD par nuit pour un maximum de 3 personnes avec deux chambres à coucher et une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée et verrouillons les autres pièces, y compris l'étage. Après cela, supplément de 40 $ par personne et par nuit. Les trois chambres de Downstair ont deux lits queen et un lit complet. Il peut facilement dormir cinq avec un total de 280 $.

Nous fournissons WIFI et 145 chaînes de télévision. À vos risques et périls, nous avons aussi une chaloupe, un tableau de bord et des flotteurs. S'il vous plaît apporter vos propres gilets de sauvetage. Nous en avons, mais nous voulons que vous ayez les meilleurs ajustements. Beaucoup de s'asseoir en plein air.

Great house with spectacular view

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely lake house! It was clean, comfortable and had the most spectacular view of the lake from the back deck and multiple rooms in the house! Sunsets from the back deck were a lovely bonus. We were able to use the paddle boards, etc that are available, and the boat dock allowed us to arrange for an easy pickup of a tour boat to take us to local restaurants around the lake. This peaceful lake house was a gem and we hope to come back again!

Lovely home with beautiful views

Everything was exactly as described. Owners were very good about communicating with us and very hospitable. We were only here for a short visit to attend a wedding but would love to visit again when we have time to get out on the lake and enjoy the beautiful property. Lots of room for a larger family too. Would highly recommend.

Lakefront garden property

Great location with gorgeous view of lake. Beautiful garden and lots of parking. House is clean, spacious and beds were comfy. Dock is new and perfect for boating, fishing and hanging out.

Beautiful view

Perfect place for my family with 3 kids (16, 14, 12) and our labradoodle. Wide unobstructed view of the lake, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very quick responses from owners if you need anything. Thanks for a great getaway!

Relaxing getaway with our golden

What a treat! We really enjoyed the house with the magnificent views of Lake Norman. But actually the highlight was the beautiful backyard with all of the flowers and roses and breezes from the lake that made our stay extra special. Our dog made herself at home enjoying the lake and the yard. Great place to unwind!

This was our second time at the property and Once again it was perfect! House is beautiful, spacious and the lake view is breathtaking! Perfect for our four-Legged family members as well!!! Daisy the owner stays in contact and the neighbors caught one of our jet skis that got loose one evening and came over to let us know they tied it off for us!! Hope to visit again!!

Lakeside Splendor

This place is much nicer than expected. Fresh decor, updated and very comfortable. The expansive lake views were beautiful and relaxing. Community is very quiet. Hosts were very responsive and helpful; very easy to work with. We held a family gathering for 8 adults; easily accommodated us all. A Publix is within minutes.

Perfect for a group of 6-8!! Great everything!

Perfect weekend! The owners are super friendly and accommodating and especially appreciate furry companions... We were able to plan a surprise trip and bring the dogs along which made everything better! The house is perfectly positioned to be private yet very close to anything you could need. Clean and homey with great artwork, scenery and foliage. We can’t wait to return in the summer time and fully enjoy the lake but even for mid February it was still a great time. Best vacation ever!

This property (and the owners) are amazing! The house and yard were everything I expected based on the pictures. Looking at the water from the house is spectacular, the landscaping is beautiful and the flowers were all in bloom. The boat ramp into the water was perfect for my older lab to be able to swim whenever she wanted to. The yard is huge and flat, perfect for yard games. The house is very clean and well kept. The living room furniture is extremely comfortable and arranged in a way that many people can gather comfortably. The kitchen has all of the essentials you need. We cooked dinner at home every night and had plenty of pots and pans. I can't say enough about the owners! Daisy always answered my questions within minutes! She was so helpful and friendly. We definitely plan on coming back to this property in the future.

Amazing location with all you'll need

Terrific location right on the lake with both a floating dock with ladder into water and a ramped/gradual entry. Large, grassy waterfront yard with several lounging options or an in-good-shape trampoline for more active pursuits. Yard also includes many beautiful plantings that were blooming while we were there. There was also a lovely breeze off the lake. Water was brisk initially but definitely comfortable after a bit, especially when in the sun. First floor master (just off dining area) has direct access to the large deck as well as access from kitchen /dining to deck as well. House is very private and in a quiet neighborhood of other lovely homes. Home is very clean, very spacious, and is very well stocked... Even with basic items like soap, tp, paper towels, salt, pepper, etc (so you don't need to worry about packing them or buying in your grocery run.) Owner is super responsive and very accommodating. Daisy is also quite a talented artist and her original (and lovely!) work is on display throughout the home, offering something to discover wherever you look, and making the home feel much less like a typical run-of-the-mill rental. LOVED that we could bring our senior lab with us and that there was a completely fenced area just for him. Wifi easily supported a full day of remote work with web conferencing, etc. We'd not been to this lake before but really enjoyed our time here and hope to be able to return in the future, as well as to this terrific home! Home had easy access to the Publix on West side of the Lake... It was pricey but had an excellent selection and super-friendly staff. Also enjoyed the Lake Norman State Park which is free to enter and has lots of nice paths and a good visitor center.

Amazing family vacation and this house was perfect!

The house was absolutely wonderful - you cannot beat the view. The house was clean and well equipped with anything we could ever need during our stay. The dock was perfect for the boat and the yard was absolutely beautiful. Daisy was immediately responsive when I contacted her and was a real pleasure to work with. We want to come back to this house every summer!

Lakeside Luxury

We had an amazing stay at this home. Beautiful deck for morning coffee. Comfy lounge chairs for afternoon relax. Easy access to necessities and shopping. Perfect for eating in and dining out. Super dog friendly. Awesome bathtub with spalike atmosphere.

Our property is located in a very cozy, quiet and safe neighborhood. Most houses have huge yard and well landscaped. One side of the street is the lake, the other side is wooded are.
Minuets to boat and other water sports rentals, restaurants, shopping centers, kid's parks, petting zoos, fruit-picking local farms, bowling, shooting range, rock climbing and movies.
Within 30 minutes to local wineries and breweries, hiking and biking in some awesome parks and towns.
Less than a hour, you can arrive Charlotte for some city life. During Spring and Fall, we have all kinds of festivals and art shows around.
In about a hour or hour and half, you can visit some most famous NC hotspots, such as Blowing Rock, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain and Ashville.
