This place was great. It was clean, spacious and a very short walk to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The included parking space was super convenient and the parking garage was just a block away for extra cars. The host was great to work.

House was really convenient, clean and cool period style. Great amenities in the home. The only reason for us it is not five star is because very early morning trash and street cleaning noise each day made good sleep a bit challenging.

Stayed for the weekend with my childhood best friends. We loved that we all got our own bedrooms. The apt is located very close to Broughton Street shopping and sooo many restaurants and bars. The apt is well appointed. The stairs can be a little daunting after a day/night out. And we’d recommend a personal fan or white noise maker for the front bedrooms as you can hear the conversations and such for the square very clearly. We had the best time and the management was great to work with!!!

Lovely Holiday visit to Savannah

The perfect location for this wonderfully walkable city. We were able to enjoy all of the historical district and the river front without having to search for parking.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the rental itself. It was very clean and just as described in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the company was easy to work with. With that being said, we did have a couple of hiccups. The refrigerator did not get cold. There were two small dorm size refrigerators in the dining room and we wondered why they were there. We were not told ahead of time that we would not have a full refrigerator so naturally, we put our waters in the main refrigerator and didn't realize until the next morning that they weren't cold. If we were bringing in groceries it would have been a problem because there was no way the two small fridges could have held as much. Also, we were provided sheets for the pull out couch but no blanket. By the time we noticed it was too late in the night to call and there were NO extra blankets in the whole apartment. Overall it was a great stay, we just needed better communication.

Fun girls trip

Great location with 3 comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The staff were so welcoming and shared good restaurants and things to do while we were there. They let us leave our luggage at the office so we could enjoy the day until our check-in time.

This place was perfect for my out-of-town friends and I when they came to visit Savannah. The location is excellent, and the late-night noise from the party scene Thursday, Friday and Saturday was muted somewhat by being on the side opposite Broughton Street. I also got a second VRBO overlooking Broughton, and it can get noisy. Not a problem for us, though.

Savannah summer vacation

This house is located in the middle of everything! It is a clean, large, historic apartment. We were able to walk to everything, food and nightlife were convenient. CVS is across the street which was also convenient. We never heard the neighbors.

My family loved this apartment. It checked almost all of the boxes. Lots of space, very close to Broughton St., a square outside the door. It was everything we wanted. The only draw back was some of the furniture. The couch's cushions kept moving so we always felt like we were sliding off the front of it and the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be changed or maybe flipped. I moved to another room after one of our family members left and the mattress was perfect! I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Savannah. The location is perfect and the apartment is perfect.

Perfect walkable location

Perfect location to not have to worry about taking an Uber anywhere. We came with 3 couples so the 3 rooms with king beds were perfect. There is an additional pull out couch that we didn’t require. It is on the 3rd floor so taking the stairs up could be a challenge for some but didn’t bother us much. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Spot

This unit was clean, bright and the property details were spot on. The location is perfect, it is close to the river front as well as shopping, dining and cocktail establishments. The unit was very clean upon check-in, well stocked and had everything our family needed for our stay. We cooked in a few nights, the kitchen had everything we needed. We were there to attend a family wedding in Savannah, the unit was perfect and spacious for us to get ready for the wedding. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.

The apartment is on the third floor. When we inquired about an elevator, we were told there was not one on the property. We then read reviews that mentioned an elevator but described it as working infrequently. There is an elevator, it worked the entire time, but it likely isn't safety certified. I don't understand why they would not make it available safely for everyone.

The building is historic and has an older elevator that is not part of our regular, certified guest amenities; for safety and liability reasons we can’t guarantee it as a reliable, fully certified elevator. I understand how unclear messaging around that could be frustrating. We’re working with the building owners to clarify the listing and pursue any necessary inspections so future guests know what to expect. Great location but noisy!

We loved the location. It’s so close to everything. It’s big and has a modern kitchen but would’ve been nice to have a few basic amenities like more than one day of coffee and better air fresheners to remove the musty smell in the kitchen. It is also extremely noisy at night. You can hear everything - sirens, people talking, and yelling until 3 AM. Bring ear plugs or hope you’re a deep sleeper as the apartment offers little barrier from the noise that’s happening outside.
