Bienvenue dans notre petit paradis en Floride!

Venez passer quelques jours magiques dans notre Barra Villa Resort, réputé pour son atmosphère sophistiquée et ludique. Le complexe hôtelier comprend 8 appartements et studios avec une grande piscine et une cour centrale qui permettent de se détendre, de faire des rencontres et d'organiser un barbecue (gaz non compris).

Heureusement que nous avons trouvé et acheté cette jolie maison!

La maison II se compose de 3 unités: "Appartement Pelican", "Appartement Flamingo" et "Studio Tortue".

Chaque logement a sa propre entrée ainsi qu'une salle de bain privée, une cuisine et un salon / chambre à coucher. Si demandé, nous sommes en mesure de connecter l'appartement Flamingo et la tortue Studio à un grand appartement qui offre un espace pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 adultes.

L'espace extérieur commun offre un barbecue à gaz et de nombreuses possibilités d'allocation des places différentes.

Si vous nous faites savoir tôt, il est également possible de louer l'ensemble de la Villa Barra II ou l'ensemble du Resort.

APPARTEMENT PELICAN

L'hébergement parfait pour les familles!

appartement confortable de 2 pièces - salle de bain accessible des deux côtés - équipé d'un coffre-fort!

Grâce aux deux chambres, toutes deux avec un lit Queen, les familles avec enfants se sentiront immédiatement chez elles dans notre appartement Pelican. Une des chambres offre assez d'espace pour un lit bébé et, de plus, donne accès à la salle de bain.
Vous trouverez la deuxième porte avec accès à la salle de bain dans la cuisine bien équipée. De la cuisine, vous pourrez rejoindre la terrasse en bois ainsi que le jardin avec un barbecue à gaz et de nombreuses possibilités de sièges.
La piscine est située entre les 2 bâtiments derrière la clôture en bois blanche.
La salle de bain vitrée comprend une douche, un WC et un lavabo. Nous prenons soin qu'il y aura suffisamment de serviettes pour votre séjour à notre maison.

En bref: non seulement les familles se sentiront à l'aise dans notre appartement Pelican!

Working stay

We were working (cleaning up storm damaged property on sanibel), not on vacation, but place was great. Very close to downtown, restaurants, etc. Nice neighborhood and within walking distance to Publix. Was perfect for us and would definitely stay there again.

Convenient and Clean

Apartment Pelican is conveniently located - a quick walk to Publix, the historic River District, and an easy drive to the beach. The property, although very basic in its amenities, was clean and comfortable. It lived up to its online description. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Great communication

The hosts of this lovely property provided clear information in a timely manner, and were available for any questions or problems. The location is excellent for walking to a great eating area downtown, and is close to the Edison/Ford estate as well. There's a nice pool for cooling off in the Florida sun!

Pelican is a Charming cozy cottage

Great location just off McGregor!. Close proximity to downtown. Home is comfortable, clean, quiet, and budget friendly. No frills or extras. There is bedding and towels are provided, but sheets were slippery (not cotton). Ample off street parking in a quiet neighborhood. If you are in sunny Fla and want tv. There is only over the air channel reception. Charity the property manager is very helpful if you have any questions or requests.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pelican Apartment at Villa Barra. The apartment was extremely clean and very well supplied with everything we needed. The pool was warm and inviting, and the location was perfect—we enjoyed a pleasant 10–15 minute walk to the River District each evening for dinner. Each morning we made coffee using the provided coffee maker and relaxed before starting the day. The central air kept the apartment very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the key lockbox system, which made it easy when we went our separate ways during the day. Marlene’s communication was excellent from start to finish. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and a great place to stay—we will definitely be back!

Nice place in a good location.

This property is located in a nice and quiet location. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend additional seating in the living room area. We had three adults and one couch was not enough to be comfortable.

A little more detail about the actual reasons for a 1-star rating would have been helpful for us as well as for future guests. Honestly, however, we wonder - especially when we look at the other reviews of the apartment and under the aspect that the house was completely renovated only in 2017 - whether the written review was perhaps intended for another accommodation?

Great Get Away Weekend

My sister and I just needed to get away and relax. Mission accomplished! The neighborhood is very quiet and the cottage is very cozy. We also enjoyed exploring the area. We visited Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach and Marco Island. We loved seeing all the different beaches. I would definitely visit again.

Slow starter

Arrival was a downer as we had driven 12+hours and lacked the access code. Marcu s got us in but someone had accessed the unit and used it Saturday evening. Another call and the issue was resolved. We enjoyed the facilities,pool downtown closeness and all the great guests and quiet surroundings.

The required code was sent more than 2 weeks before arrival. As well as a reminder email 1 week before arrival. It would be desirable if guests would not have to wait until the day of arrival to think about how to get access to the apartment. It is also a fact that no one has "accessed and used" the apartment, but rather that the apartment had simply not been cleaned due to a communication error after the last guest left, which our staff on-site did - as correctly written - immediately and without delay after the guests called.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood, pool was awesome and clean. The location was convenient to downtown restaurants , and the Edison Ford Museum, and was all walkable for us. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Just like being at home only warmer with pool

This is a spacious unit with a screened front porch and back yard, free laundry and bikes for use. It has comfortable furniture and is close to downtown Ft. Myers.

Nice little Appartment

Nice little Appartments but disspointet over they way the use of grill is planed by the owner. You must bring your own gas, that’s not good. Roof on patio is not tight meaning everything left out there is getting wet when it rains

Thank you for your feedback. The fact that our guests are independently responsible for filling the gas bottle (of course only if necessary) is to be read among other things in the advertisement. The simple reason is that it is hardly logistically possible for our property management and cleaning staff to ensure that gas is always available in the gas bottles. Meanwhile, more than 20 apartments and houses would have to be supplied with gas cylinders and we can hardly expect our staff to have this amount of gas bottles with them at all times. In recent years it has become clear that it is easier if our guests take care of it themselves - which is also the quickest way.

Schönes Appartment mit Liebe zum Detail
