This newly remodeled home is located in a very quiet private gated community. The community features many amenities and planned activities for active adults ie. two heated pools, spa, fitness center, lighted tennis courts, twelve shuffleboard courts, library, tournament size billiard hall, card room, putting green, driving range, two modern laundry facilities, recreation halls, table tennis room, pickleball courts, two beautiful fishing lakes, fish cleaning, beach sand volleyball courts, bocce ball courts, tournament horseshoe courts and tv/game room. Fort Myers has lots of local attractions, great dining and shopping within minutes of the house. One hour away from Everglade City.

Our beautiful home features a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a full size pull-out sofa in the living room. We also have a pack and play for babies and toddlers to sleep in.
The house is fully furnished and comes with a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and all you'll need to make your vacation memorable.
We have a microwave/air fryer, Keurig, toaster over, and other basic kitchen staples. The house is also furnished with a fishing pole, stroller, portable high chair, sand toys, boogie boards and life jackets, snorkel and goggles, Beach bag, cooler bag, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and grill to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The TV in the living room, master bedroom and spare bedroom has Amazon fire sticks and the house has Wi-Fi.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AT LEAST ONE GUEST MUST BE OVER 35 YEARS OLD TO RENT PER PARK RULES.

Children under 18 must have prior approval before stay per park rules.
