Le Grand Champions 136 est situé dans un cadre tropical luxuriant. Cette 1 chambre / 2 salle de bain est située au dernier étage avec une vue magnifique sur Haleakala. Ce condo a été récemment rénové et meublé. C'est le cadre idéal pour les couples et les petites familles. Son emplacement pratique en fait un lieu de répétition pour de nombreux visiteurs de Maui! Les plages de classe mondiale, les boutiques de Wailea et les restaurants sont à quelques pas de Grand Champions.

Cette spacieuse 1 chambre / 2 salle de bain dispose d'un lit king size dans le maître avec salle de bains principale en suite. Un canapé-lit dans le salon et une deuxième salle de bain d'hôtes rend cette unité parfaite pour les couples et les petites familles. Le plan d'étage ouvert est idéal pour se divertir. Ce condo a été récemment redessiné avec un mobilier élégant. La cuisine est bien équipée pour le chef de votre famille! Profitez d'un repas en plein air sur la véranda entourée d'un superbe feuillage tropical et de vues sur Haleakala. Assurez-vous de regarder vers la droite par temps clair et vous profiterez d'une vue partielle sur l'océan.

Cette propriété de golf avec son emplacement de premier choix offre la paix et la sérénité pour créer le parfait Hawaiiana. Le spacieux Lanai offre une pièce supplémentaire pour se détendre et profiter de la splendeur du soleil couchant sur le Pacifique. Incroyablement confortable !! The condominium was clean, quiet, nice view out the back. kitchen was well equipped, the are beach chairs available. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach which is doable. The pool was nice, not a lap pool, did not try the hot tub. The area property is well maintained.

Grand Champions Wailea

These are Our favorite condos in Wailea. Close to beautiful beaches and good snorkeling. But not as expensive as the beachfront resorts. Lovely home in peaceful garden setting. We love to Walk to beach front paved trail every morning for exercise. Highly recommend a morning Paddle board and kayak rentals at Polo beach, got to swim with a passing pod of spinner dolphins. Saw turtles, an octopus and a curious reef shark were amazing! The condo was perfect for us. Spacious layout with private bedroom off the main living area. Kitchen was stocked with basic utensils, no food, oil or seasonings other than salt/ pepper. Which is understandable - just plan for that If you’re planning to cook . Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you so much for everything!

The property was clean, quiet, and safe. Which is why we chose it. We had a rental car; thus getting to nearby shops and restaurants was easy. There are shops and restaurants near the property. But its Wailea, therefore, not cheap. But we will return. We had a great 4-day get away. We drove away from Wailea to do things. Wailea was chosen for the quietness, cleanliness, and peace. The condo was exactly as described on Expedia.

Everything You Need In a Great Location

We love staying at The Grand Champions Wailea! The apartment is fully equipped and the treats provided on check-in are a nice touch. A top floor oasis in a spot that is walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay again when we return! Thank you.

Meh. Not what we expected.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pros: the property is clean, the king size bed is comfortable, there are two bathrooms, the community is fairly quiet and the other guests and residents were pleasant, the management company was relatively quick to respond to issues, the unit is within walking distance of Wailea shops and dining.The cons: the property is in dire need of an update, the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are so old that most hang open, the bathrooms have dingey tile, the decor is uninspired, the TV is ridiculously complicated to figure out and you have to reset it each time you want to watch, the cabinet floor under the kitchen sink is rotted out, we experienced ants around all sinks, the email we received with door codes and wifi had enough incorrect information to make it annoying (thus our first call to the management company), the tennis club directly behind the unit allows pickleball to be played rather late on certain nights (i.e., it's noisy), if you're on the deck and the AC is running, it's so loud and hot you can't enjoy being out there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit (136) is quit dated. The broken vertical blinds in the bedroom were not what we expected. We were able to hang a blanket over the blinds and create the privacy that is expected in any such location. Other than this we enjoyed the beautiful location and comfort.

Good, but not ideal location. The property is well-kept, but a little dated. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable. Overall, a good condo. I would stay there again.

However, if you just like us love privacy and quiet place - book this one. No one will see you, it is facing the garden, you wont be waking up at 6am by mowing machines, you will hear birds only. unit is clean and has everything you need to live there comfortably.

If you are looking for a very quiet and relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this location. For those of you that have kids or want a more energetic environment, it is best you look at properties north of Wailea.
