Lastly, we have a contract with Rottler pest control who guarantee their services so we question the validity of this statement. It’s worth noting that your reservation was for a specific number of guests, yet your party exceeded this limit without prior notification, which is a breach of our booking policy. Given the facts, your review appears to be an attempt to pressure us into issuing a full refund rather than an honest account of your experience. As hosts, we work hard to accommodate guests and resolve issues promptly, but we cannot accept misrepresentation of the truth.
