Just returned from our trip to Hayward staying at this rental. Everything was as expected - great cabin in the woods, awesome deck, and conveniently located about a half a mile from a couple great restaurants.
Beautiful, cozy cabin with cedar walls and heated floors. Tucked down a long, tree-lined driveway into the north woods. We saw a family of dear as we arrived. Pictures donât really do the cabin justice. Communication with Steve was great. We enjoyed some cross country skiing, snowshoeing and good restaurants/shopping in and around downtown Hayward.
The property was very clean! The only flaw was some stained towels! The response time was very quick and we felt very safe! I would recommend this place! :)
Down a gravel road off a main throughfare lies an amazing little hidden gem. Comfortable, clean, private and unique the pictures and descriptions don't do it justice. Pros: private, clean, spacious, well built, parking, things to doCons: we had to leave Add to that a cooperative, communicative and flexible owner and you have a full fledged A here. This was my first VRBO experience and it could not have went better.
Beautiful cabin, but had a terrible storm overnight and without curtains on the bedroom window (downstairs next to kitchen), it was very bright with lightning
Cozy, warm, and rustic "up north" cabin in the woods that one dreams about when vacationing in northern Wisconsin. Isolated in the woods off the beaten path above a frozen wetland. An upgraded media center gave us the ability to watch live sports or our favorite movies. This setting is perfect for small groups who want to enjoy each other's company while being able to prepare and cook a delicious meal. A great nuance is the warm and cozy loft accessed by a wrought iron spiral staircase. This was the fourth time our group has stayed here and hopefully not our last!
We loved this property, would definitely come back again. The house was awesome and loft area set up nicely to give a little bit of privacy for those staying up there. Would recommend you to use Google Maps to find the place. Apple Maps is a little misleading.
