L'extérieur dispose d'un grand pad plat avec piscine et de la lumière de la ville explosive et des vues sur la montagne qui sont parfaits pour jouer et se divertir. Il comprend un barbecue, 6 chaises longues et des meubles de jardin. Le quartier est extrêmement calme avec un parking disponible pour tout le monde. Vous ne trouverez pas une cour arrière ou une piscine privée comme celle-ci dans les collines pour quoi que ce soit en comparaison.

Un séjour inoubliable ! Une maison de caractère !

Excellent séjour ! Maison magnifique avec piscine et jacuzzi ! Décoration moderne et de très bon goût ! Idéalement placé ! Tout le confort nécessaire et plus encore ! Casey est très disponible ! La vue sur la vallée est splendide ! Je retournerai ici lors de mon prochain séjour à Los Angeles sans hésitation !! Un souvenir inoubliable !!

Well appointed property felt like home

The house was beautiful, just like in the pictures. Unlike other properties I've booked in the past, this house was well appointed with high quality linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils & spices, etc. The pool was a great temperature in late September / early October, and the hot tub was wonderful and private. It really felt like home, and it would be my first choice when returning to the area.

The View

I was really excited to get back out to LA. I lived there for some years and met my wife out there. We still have family there, so decided to spend the holidays in LA. The photos are all accurate, but what I didn't realize what that the house is a fantastic mid-century modern home. It's a fascinating study of classic mid-century modern California architecture. It's more spacious than you would expect many moderns from the era to be, with four really nice bedrooms. And as you would expect, the common areas are large and beautiful. However, the best part (which is undersold) is the view. This house has Hollywood Hills views for Sherman Oaks money. You get gorgeous views of the city and the hills, better so than many Bel Air or Beverly Hills addresses. It's a great neighborhood and is a perfect jumping off point for wherever you might want to go. Beverly Hills or Hollywood? 8 minutes. Ventura Blvd? 5 minutes. The property is well-maintained and the decor impeccable. We really appreciated the high-quality linens and mattresses. The two fridges in the kitchen were perfect for us homebodies as we did two large family meals and had plenty of room for leftovers. It rained the whole time we were there with a 4-hour exception, so didn't get to enjoy the pool. The spa was great, though. The home theater is also a great touch. Hopefully, we will be back!

Amazing!

We stayed a week at this beautiful house. It was above and beyond expectations. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Gorgeous view, comfortable beds, clean house, great pool and hot tub. We couldn’t ask for more. Property owner is very friendly and responsive. Location felt very safe and secure. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful Views

Had a great time at the property that is perfectly located to all the great locations that Southern California has to offer. The backyard views are breathtaking! We travel to this area often and this was one of the best properties we have stayed at. The owners are excellent to work with and replied to any questions or concerns instantly. A perfect family getaway

We spent almost a week at this lovely home. The kitchen was very well equipped (I really appreciated the good set of knives!) and the pool was delightful. We spent a lot of time at the house due to the pandemic and it was certainly a great place to relax and take a break from home. The owners were available and answered questions quickly. I would definitely rent this house again for an LA getaway!

Fantastic and charming property!

My friend, dog and I stayed at this property for a week to change up our east coast quarantine view. The house is gorgeous! Views are stunning from every room. We enjoyed the pool, BBQ, and drinking a glass of wine outside in the evening. The "movie room" was also relaxing in the evening after getting too much sun during the day. The owners have thought of everything when it comes to the house, all we needed was to bring food! There was a Ralph's nearby which was very convenient when we needed to pick up a few items throughout the week.

Winter escape from NYC

Had a fantastic 5 days enjoying the LA area. This house is amazing - the owners are helpful & responsive. The view... the hot tub, gorgeous fireplace... It all made for a perfect birthday getaway with a few friends. Thanks Casey & Erin !!

California Dreaming Incredible View

THE VIEW! We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Beverly Ridge as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. This is real California living with a pool, deck, and a view that is to die for. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was a quick car ride to whatever we wanted. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy as we cooked every night in a kitchen that has everything you need. There are dozens of restaurants and cafes close by as well. Communication was great too. Casey and Erin went beyond to make sure we had a spectacular stay. We would highly recommend this wonderfully charming property in the HILLS.

Spectacular

There are so many neighbourhoods in LA with hundreds of properties to rent; somewhat overwhelming. Lucky to find this property in Sherman Oaks approx 20-30 minutes away from everything. The house is perfect. We were a family of six. Grandparents, parents and two grandkids under 4. The living space is designed like a rectangle with the bedrooms on either side of the grand living space with a large living room; dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has every type of utensil, two large refrigerators, dishwasher, great coffee pot, grill, wall oven. The laundry room which is outside of the main house near the garage has the most modern machines. It was effortless to do the laundry for the kids. The nicest feature for us was the pool and hot tub on the large deck. The kids got up early (they did not adjust well to the three hour time change) and had a morning swim with the life jackets we brought from home after breakfast. The water is quite warm and this was a special treat for the kids to swim at least twice a day. We used the gas bbq twice and enjoyed eating outside. Lastly, the kids found the “Alexa” fun to boss around. We stayed a week and could have stayed for another week. The city was very hot - over 95F or 40 C and the mid afternoons were spent in the pool. It was easy to do grocery shopping either at Ralph’s or Trader Joes. It was a hassle less holiday and our objective was to spend time with our grandkids. This home gave us this opportunity. I was out on a Sunday drive and stumbled upon this property which was having an open house. I wondered inside and after looking out at the majestic view, I made an offer on the spot. I wasnt even looking to purchase a home and didn't even have a real estate agent at the time. I have owned the property for 20 plus years. It's truly magical.
