Avec 2 grandes terrasses privées, 2 salons (3-4 chambres), l’un des salons a un canapé-lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes et un grand patio sur la plage pouvant accueillir 12 personnes; il y a un endroit spécial pour tout le monde. Garez vos voitures et promenez-vous à pied ou à vélo dans les restaurants, le parc de châteaux de sable pour enfants, les terrains de basket, les épiceries, les glaciers, les sandwicheries et bien plus encore. Nous aimons aller au parc de châteaux de sable pour enfants, au Blitz, au restaurant Randazzo, au Hoy, aux terrains de basket-ball, à la location de vélos, à un kiosque à produits Jersey frais et à d’autres à quelques pâtés de maisons. Profitez de la belle plage protégée qui est gardée à la 34ème rue aussi longtemps que 20h00 pendant les mois d'été ou profitez d'un séjour avec une vue imprenable depuis le salon, la cuisine et la chambre principale. Les vues nocturnes du clair de lune qui rebondit sur l'eau sont un régal pour les nuits claires. Regarder les tempêtes à terre depuis votre canapé est une autre merveille à apprécier. A beautiful home and view

We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the owners had great communication with us during our stay. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The views were breathtaking the location of the house was great for kids with a pizza place, easy beach access, a park with tennis courts and basketball courts, and ice cream in walking distance made the house even a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great get away. We will definitely be back!!

Loved this beachfront!

My family and I stayed at this beachfront property the weekend before Memorial Day. We loved this house! Waking up everyday overlooking the ocean was wonderful. It is in the perfect location with restaurants, shops, and a playground within waking distance. Also the house has new bathrooms, kitchen and floors - and this house is bigger then it appears in the pictures. There were only 5 of us but could easily accommodate 12 people and still have room! Look no further and book this place ASAP! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Priceless family vacation

Our family made wonderful memories here. House was clean and location and views are stellar. Had a few minor issues which the property owner addressed right away. We paid top dollar for the one week July rental. Recently found out other similar units were less expensive. Enough of a difference to include in the review. My family had a wonderful time-making the $$ spent easier to digest.

Thank you for your message. Your enjoyment is paramount & we’re so happy to see you enjoyed your stay. We proactively manage & sincerely appreciated your communication to remedy anything that popped up immediately. We rent via both VRBO & local realtors who are familiar with the property. We price based on their review & recommendation for seasonal weekly rates which are higher in July & August. We can certainly revisit. Our townhouse is unique in that we added 2 AC systems to the 3rd floor (otherwise it’s too hot to enjoy the beautiful views, as these condos were built just with the 1st floor AC which doesn’t reach to the top floor.) This year we also got new polywood outdoor furniture (rockers & dining set for 2nd floor deck; as well as new patio polywood conversation set), brand new 3rd floor deck conversation set & a new 3rd floor outdoor bistro set. We just had a brand new refrigerator delivered too! We added more bowls, mugs, glasses, knives, blender, etc to make sure our guests have everything that they need to enjoy your stay! Thanks again for staying with us!

As soon as we received your feedback post stay we quickly had brand new silverware sets for 16 delivered, so that forks/spoons/butter knives are matching. Additional steak knives were in the closet, so they’re out now too so no one misses them. We encourage our guests to communicate as we could always address your needs sooner to make your stay even more enjoyable. While beds are as pictured we appreciate some may not like the bunk bed set up. We do our best to accommodate our guests who we sincerely appreciate so very much. Thank you again for your 5 star review & suggestions to better the place for others.

Unexpected Problems

Great location. Top floor bathroom developed a water leak from the ceiling light fixture which limited the use of the bathroom for 2 days until a repair was accomplished. Tub drain in top floor bathroom not functioning properly. Lever used to close the tub drain would not stay open while taking a shower. Tub filled with water which took a long time to drain. Trying to balance the operation of the third floor minisplit AC systems with the whole house AC cooling was difficult which resulted in the bedrooms being to cold. But we had a great time and made ajustments to mimimize the impact of problems on our stay.

Thank you for your review. While we were glad to see that you had a great time, we were surprised to see your comments regarding the cold temperatures and slow drain. The same company that fixed the leaking AC condensation line could have easily fixed the tub drain, as well as remedied the cold temperature if we had known these were happening. We received your picture of the AC condensation line leak 11:27 pm on 7/3 the night before Independence Day holiday, & called both our roofer (new roof 2021) & HVAC plumber who both serviced us the day after the 4th of July holiday - the HVAC plumber identified & fixed the AC condensation line leak same day. We wish we could’ve gotten them there sooner too. In prep for summer we spent a bit more to add the 2 AC mini splits to the 3rd floor for our guests as we felt the top floor in summer could be too hot to bear without it. We leave the temperature controls up for our guests to determine. We’re sorry you found it to be too cool. Upon receiving your message we immediately reached out to our current guest to see if drain or AC issues needed remedy to ensure all is in good order. We always strive for a 5 star review. We pride ourselves on good service & appreciate our guests - we sincerely do our very best so that our guests enjoy their stays.

Amazing Beachfront Condo!

We stayed here from 8/20 - 8/26/2022. Our family included my husband and me, our daughter and her husband and our 17 year old grandson. For one night we also hosted our daughter/husband's two friends. This is a wonderful beachfront condo!! There was more than enough space for all of us. The younger members of the family spent a lot of time at the beach and loved it, but, in addition to going to the beach, my husband and I spent a lot of time on the decks overlooking the ocean, drinking either coffee or wine, depending on the time of day and reading ..... or just looking out at the beautiful view. Since we had never booked a property through VRBO, I had a lot of questions leading up to our stay and communicating with the owners was easy, and they responded quickly to all of my messages with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was the best.

Walking distance to Acme, CVS, Wawa, ice cream, Italian restaurant for take-out, boardwalk (75 year old did this more than once!). It is in an upscale residential area. There are 2 designated parking areas, and two more spaces shared with the other 5 units—-first come basis for those. The ground entrance level has a bath/ laundry room and a nice additional living area with a sofa, chairs, and a pull-out double futon where our 2 granddaughters (7 and 10) slept. Their parents slept in the second floor bedroom and decided the top bunk and pullout would have worked if needed , but the decision was made for the girls to sleep on the first floor to give everyone more room. They were joined by their 10 year old cousin during the day ( he slept on the third floor with his parents.), and it was a great hangout room for them and was a great 4 th bedroom. There were nine of us —- 6 adults and three children. Overall we all agreed that the location was perfect. There were newer homes blocks away, but who wants to carry chairs etc. when you could be on the beach. Sleeping at night and hearing the waves, coffee in the morning on the decks with a clear view of the ocean —-the best.

Great property and location. You’re steps away from the beach and has great views of the ocean.

My family and I stayed over memorial weekend and we had a great time! Location couldn’t be better. The beach is very easy to access as the sand meets the back door. My kids loved it because there’s so much to do nearby without even going to the boardwalk! Great restaurants and takeout nearby. Once you’re there you really don’t have to drive anywhere because everything is only a few blocks away. A park for the kids, basketball courts, tennis courts, Wawa, Acme, and CVS. There’s great ice cream places as well! I’d definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for the great stay!

Our stay was fantastic. Loved the town, and the location of this town house was fantastic. Off season was pretty quiet. Views from 2nd floor living room and kitchen are really great, and view from main bedroom is stunning. Wow! Kitchen fully stocked for anything we wanted, beds all nice and very comfortable. Comfortable furnitue. Some room in some closets for guests to use, and lots of luggage racks. Patio and balconies have lots of comfortable seating, and tables, too. Fantastic exerience. Hosts were definitely very helpful, and also really nice. We for sure would stay here again. Easy check in and check out, and parking. All excellent.

The message that these owners convey is to make the view and relaxation your priority. We enjoyed the views from each room bunnies nibbling on the grass and easy access with our grandchildren day or night to the beach. It’s a throwback to relaxing times.

We were thrilled to be staying on a quiet beach where we could take long walks and enjoy the beautiful view. We had incredible weather and really had a peaceful enjoyable stay.

We grew up vacationing at the shore & we are working hard to make sure our guests are as happy as we are here in Ocean City, NJ. We rent today so that we can enjoy our house in the off season & a few weeks during the summer. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do! We are still in awe.
