Great place!

We really enjoyed this vacation. The pool was a blast, the ocean was right there, people were nice, location to get to places was really good, the property was clean. Definitely would stay again.

Condo was awesome.

We stayed April 30 thru May7. Everything was done online. Renting and communicating with manager went very smooth. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. Check in was a breeze. Even though we got there late. The condo was very nice and clean. Close to the beach like the ad said. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Well Equipped 2 BR Condo - Great View

Nice 2 - BR Condo, well equipped, a lot of space. Great view of the Ocean from the 14th Fl balcony. Pool was nice and had Lounge Chairs; easy access and short walk to the Beach (unit had some sand chairs & umbrella & coolers to use). There were a few items that were nuisances but not major problems - reclining couch didn't recline; Cable TV didn't work in the BRs (only worked in the Living Room); Laminate peeling on the edges of the Kitchen Cabinets - needs repair; Drain plate in the Master Shower was not screwed down (almost put my foot into the drain hole);problem with A/C unit leaking above the ceiling - repairman sent to fix, but it took a few hours.

Cockroaches in the silverware drawer. Bathrooms, kitchen, vents covered in mold. Vrbo, did nothing or the property owner.

Not happy

Had to pay for everything, to park your car, key tabs to enter the building and wasn’t returned when we returned the tabs. No parking without paying another 100$ a car for a week. Never will stay again, and the drain in the bathroom is rotted out. Bunch of wear and tears, hallways smelled awful.

OK stay, less than anticipated

Felt we gambled a bit on this reservation due to some negative reviews. We only found six bugs in condo during our stay so that wasn’t so bad, I would advise anyone that is a light sleeper to not consider this place. Freight elevator is on opposite side of the wall of master bed. Could not sleep good at all except for the two nights that elevator was out of commission. I actually contemplated sleeping in vehicle since couch was not an option (it is very uncomfortable) Overall, it “worked” but will try different place next time.

Find a better place

You cannot reach the property manager Dan he ignores your texts, calls etc. The shower in the master drips out. The toilet in the other bathroom is extremely noisy there’s definately an issue. Our TVs weren’t functioning for our 13 days stay. The first time he sent his employee to try to fix and didn’t succeed. Second time Dan promised a technician. The technician never showed he sent another employee and that was another waste of my vacation time. He wants people to come into the condo when I’m not around which I was not comfortable with. The pool has ZERO SUN. I asked Dan for a partial refund that was fair and he will not return any of my calls or texts. Do not waste your time on this property.

All good until we were accused of breaking and stealing property

We stayed here 4 days from March 9 thru 13. We followed all their rules and took care of all things in the room. However, after we checked out, we were wrongly accused of stealing and damaging things in the room. The cost of the damages was $350 which we would gladly pay if the damages were ours. The company that maintains the condo is obviously inept. Do not stay here!

Location was positive

Close proximity to the beach and great view. Although for 9 days 1 garbage bag 1 dish washer tab only 1 2oz bottle of dish soap. 2 rolls of toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. If all this is typical of staying in a condo I think I would rather stay in a hotel.

Great view and location but

Everything was great about the view, the main condo staff was nice and a very spacious condo. Once we got settled in we had to make a run to the grocery store because we were unaware that there was no extra toilet paper or trash bags. Also we ran into some unexpected little guest in a couple of the rooms (roaches). And there was no light in the second room and a lamp that didn’t work, we let our host know, there was no communication back after we let her know that it was not a big deal but would have been nice to get a reply. Also keep in mind that there will be extra charges like a key to get in and out of the building and maybe bring some extra sheets since the ones provided were dirty, also a laundry bag since there are no washing machines in the condo and you have to pay to be able to do your laundry.

Cecilia, we provide with complimentary essentials for your arrival but any additional needed, are to be purchased by our guests. Pest control is done every month by the building Management. The lamp was replaced by a new one after your stay; our housekeeping personnel tried to bring it earlier but you were unavailable and did not authorize the delivery without being present there. All sheets are cleaned after check outs and are replaced as needed. We explained each one of the extra fees to you when you made the reservation (please check on your inbox on April 26th 2021 at 6:25PM). There is a laundry basket in the unit for the dirty clothing. Laundry machines are available in the building for a Fee; a laundry card is left for the guests use at the unit that just needs to be charged with funds to wash and dry. We hope your stay in Miami was otherwise enjoyable!

Great condo with better views!

I loved waking up with a view of the beach and the ocean. It was amazing! I was a little worried after reading reviews about cockroaches, but never saw one and we had food on the counters and in the fridge. Pool was great and the ocean was beautiful. I wish the beach was a little more cleaned up, but overall it was a great experience. Pull the trigger and get this condo now!

Great time in the sun

We felt the condo was very clean and it did have a view of the ocean. Very spacious. The only negative I would have would be the reception of the TV’s. The manager of the unit did try to have it fixed but nothing they did worked for two out of the three TV’s. I would say it was the cable service and not the TV’s.

Great location

The location was great. The beach was only a short walk from the apartment. The apartment bedroom view was amazing. The apartment was good but the air conditioner wasn’t working the first day so it was hot and uncomfortable. The apartment was very spacious for 7 people. I would stay there again.

Cockroach problem; pool out of service 2 out of 8 days; photos of beach are misleading.

Cockroaches came out of the dishwasher when I was unloading the clean dishes on our first morning. After 3 visits from exterminators and dead roaches in cabinets and on the floors (day 5 of our 8 day stay) we moved to another unit. Though our floor looked swept, it was not clean. The floor was sticky and walking in bare feet was out of the question. On day 2 we used dish washing detergent to mop the floors with the chamois cloth we found in the unit. Pool was closed for 2 days and this wasn't disclosed in advance. We rented 2 units in this building and one of us has mobility issues and could only access the pool. The pool is small - with about 30 chairs. We were there during low season and cannot see how the pool could possibly accommodate more than 40 people. We understood that we had to walk around the building located between the Sian and the beach to access the beach. However, once we got there we were disappointed. The beach accessible to the Sian is extremely small. The neighboring buildings use traffic cones to block off access to Sian guests. Photos 1 and 39 show cabanas, lounge chairs and volleyball sand courts that belong to the neighboring buildings - not the Sian. We will NOT return to this building. The parking staff guys were great!

Great condo at the beach

We stayed here for 6 nights in March. We found the condo to be clean, spacious, well equipped and in a great location. For these reasons we felt it was a good value. The view from the balcony is great including both ocean, city and intercostal waterway. The Wi-Fi was reliable which was important to us as it was a working vacation. We would recommend the unit and would return if we come back to the area.

Close walk to beach

This condo was nicely decorated but bathroom fixtures were a little dated. The beach is small and was a bit crowded during March spring break but we walked down a little ways and found a spot. There was lots of kelp on the beach but thats not anything you can help. I liked how the unit provided the guests with beach towels and beach chairs but there were no wash clothes in the bathrooms. One bathroom has no bath mat. Nice white bath towels but they were a bit stained so appeared dirty even though they were clean. Overall, this was an above average place to take teens on spring break.

Thanks for your honest feedback! We're glad you appreciated the condo's nice decoration. We apologize for the dated bathroom fixtures and any inconvenience caused. The beach can get crowded during March spring break, but we're glad you were able to find a spot further down. We understand that the presence of kelp is beyond our control. We're glad you liked the provision of beach towels and chairs, although we apologize for the lack of washcloths in the bathrooms and the missing bath mat in one of them. We appreciate your feedback regarding the stained white towels and will address this matter with our cleaning team. Overall, we're happy to hear that you found the place above average for a spring break trip with teens. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to host you again in the future!
