Parfait pour un ou deux adultes. 5 miles de plages Anna Maria Island. 1 mile de magasins et restaurants locaux. Marchez jusqu'à la baie de Palma Sola. Un endroit calme avec une grande cour arrière qui abritent des hectares de bois naturel de Floride. Arbres fruitiers, jardin des papillons et des colibris. Étapes vers la piscine creusée. La suite est grande 32x12, avec lit Queen size, salle de séjour, nouveaux sièges d’amour inclinables jumeaux, kitchenette, salle de bain privée. Parking sur la propriété près de votre entrée privée.
Pratique pour les églises, IMG, St. Stephens, 600 Acre Robinson Preserve, parc DeSoto, plages du Golfe, théâtres, marchés de producteurs, stade de baseball LeCom, hôpitaux et soins d'urgence sans rendez-vous, YMCA, GT Bray.

Could hear through walls. Host lives in it also. Could not bring guests to visit. Host hung laundry outside our door every other day. Dog cried loudly when host left.

This reservation was for a single room in a host-occupied home, as clearly stated in the listing and House Rules. These rules specify that the room is for two registered guests only. After several requests you confirmed reading and understanding these terms, yet we had to address a violation during your stay. Although renting a room, we accommodated your request for additional storage by clearing space in the shed for your bicycles and hitch. After checkout, we found that patio furniture had been moved out of the pool cage area, a coffee cup and a decorative expensive nautical statue were broken and left on the floor in broken pieces.The tea cart appliances, household linens,floors, refrigerator and private full bathroom were all left in unpleasant conditions that they required an extensive deep clean after checkout. Although heat is not listed as an amenity, we provided a room heater to ensure your comfort. We also observed an attempt to open the kitchen slider door, which is not part of the guest space. You also made daily use of the clothesline for your clothing, beach wear & towels which we were happy to offer. Our goal is to provide a very clean and pleasant peaceful stay and we have blessings of 5 Star reviews from great guests and welcomed guests who return. We highly recommend you rent a VRBO condo or house that better suit your needs.

Barbara was wonderful to us. We came from Michigan for the week and the weather did not comply but she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could want or need. And because of her we were able to make the absolute best of our week. We like to travel all over Florida and to different areas, this was our first time in Bradenton but will not be our last and we will definitely be staying here again.

Wouldn't change a thing!

I had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s private suite. It was immaculate, peaceful (pretty gardens!) and hosted by a lovely woman who cares that her guests are comfortable and at ease.It was serene and private. I loved having my morning coffee watching the butterflies in the garden and sitting by the pool.The location was perfect. A close drive to Anna Maria Island to watch the sunset as well as a short drive to golf courses.A 10 out of 10 and will be staying here again:)

Private, clean guest room

Barbara is warm and welcoming. She delights in taking care of her guests, yet is not imposing. She offers a sweet, guest room with a very well-maintained private pool. The neighborhood is quiet yet the property is close to a grocery store, restaurants, post office, and the ocean. We felt safe. We enjoyed making lemonade from lemons from her trees!

Served our needs just fine

Room is nice and clean with fun decorating. It's basically like renting a hotel room but with a better location. To be clear, you are renting an enclosed lenai at the rear of the host's home. It was fine for us but, if you need more privacy, it might not work for you. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to the the beaches

Dear William, We converted our 32x12 Florida room with 8 large hurricane windows and drapery for privacy, along with a heavy glass slider leading out to our guests' private pool deck. All of our guests 5-star ratings mentioned their appreciation for their privacy here, cleanliness, proximity to everything, and wildlife provided by the beautiful14 acres of Florida woods in the backyard. I highly recommend you stay at a VRBO hotel/full house for your future travels.

Christmas Family Gathering

We were there to share Christmas with our 3 daughters and their families who were staying in a near by rental. We certainly enjoyed our time and the Host went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Our only regret is that we did not get to say good-bye to her when we checked out.

I made extra efforts for your comfort by providing heating which is not listed in the amenities and as you are aware heat is expensive in tropical Florida, at no extra charge. I supplied you with a heavy comforter, despite the typically cooler weather in Florida where you reside and celebrated your birthday with a few unacknowledged surprises to welcome you and wish you a happy birthday. You advised me that you would not be homebodies and would spend most of the daytime visiting with your family. I sorry that did not work out as planned and hope you enjoyed your stay here. The studio is super clean and has everything you need including a nice pool! The host, Barbara was wonderful and very helpful if we needed it! The location is great too…so close to the beaches and lots of restaurants!!

Great Clean room!

Great clean room with clean pool. The owner was so sweet and kind. We weren’t there much, but the bed was comfortable and it was a relaxing place to stay. So close to island beaches.

Lovely and relaxing

This is an awesome stay! Barbara sees that you are comfortable and can always be reached. Property backs up to a wooded area, hearing all different birds, seeing butterflies while listening to the waterfall in the private pool area. We will definitely stay again.

Just had 5 fabulous nights staying at Barbara's accommodation. We were in the pool every evening, lovely comfortable bed, perfect location and spotlessly clean. Barbara is a wonderful host. What more could you ask for!

We are Christian and retired from the education field, and we enjoy meeting people from around the world and welcoming back our wonderful guests. We have one small pet, though he’s not allowed in the room due to allergies. We’re non-smokers, and our entire property is smoke-free.
