All of these pictures have been taken in the last 1 1/2 years. All new stainless steel appliances, crystal chandeliers and hardwood floors have been installed within the last 2 years along with many other upgrades. I had the yard cleaned the morning of Dave's arrival but being late Sept, the trees were dropping leaves vigorously. The umbrella had recently torn due to high winds but all of Dave's other complaints were completely unfounded. I tried my best to satisfy him by paying my housekeeper, pool man and groundskeeper for a courtesy visit but after their visit, he demanded a full refund half way through his stay. The reality was, Dave rented this beautiful home that sleeps 8 but unfortunately all of his friends were no shows. Therefore he wanted to leave and get a hotel on the strip by himself. When I explained that I couldn't offer a refund 4 days into his one week stay, Dave threatened to write a negative review. I was also informed Dave stopped back and convinced the guest that checked in the day Dave checked out to write a negative review as well. I pride myself in ensuring my guests have an excellent experience and do my very best to make sure my guests are satisfied and responsive to their needs. If there are any concerns, I can put you in touch with many guests who have had wonderful experiences staying at this home.

This guest did not communicate with me during her entire stay. She requested a full refund right after check-out. She stated the home was beautiful but felt it was only surfaced cleaned. The housekeeper had cleaned the home for 8 hours one day prior to her check-in. I tried to explain that if she had any issues, she should have contacted me and I would have immediately sent my housekeeper. She threatened to write a bad review if I didn't refund her, she was a scam artist. Please reference the other reviews on this site as well as on Air bnb. Every other review had 5 stars during this same period.
