La chambre principale avec Cal king est située au niveau principal avec accÚs direct au jacuzzi. Trois chambres doubles (dont une non entiÚrement fermée, rideaux utilisés à l'entrée) et salle de bain au deuxiÚme étage

Salle familiale, salon séparé et table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir huit personnes. Buanderie privée, salle de jeux avec table de billard et 3Úme salle de bain avec douche

Perfect

There were 4 of us in town for golf and the 4 bedroom, 3 bath worked perfect. Home was clean upon arrival and all amenities were there. Communication with John was fast and check-in was easy. Enjoyed stay very much.

Beautiful property and well maintained. communication with owner was excellent. All parties really enjoyed the stay at this property. Will return in the future. We all give it an overall rating of 5 stars. Thanks John for all you did to make our stay one to remember for a group of old mem.

Vegas Graduation Vacation

This house was perfect for our family celebration in Vegas! Plenty of bedrooms and space for our entire family. The outdoor space, with pool and hot tub, were used daily. Location was great and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Summerlin during SEMA. The place was great. Clean, comfortable beds and great outdoor space. Used the grill one night as well which was a bonus. John was easy to get in touch with and was a pleasure to work with!

Beautiful beautiful home. It comes with all the things that make you feel like you are at home!

The pool is beautiful is absolutely beautiful and so is the property , with its high ceilings and breathtaking master suite.

Holiday July 4th

I want to start off by saying John the owner is awesome. Love that he was available and responsive whenever we needed him. That was from the start of the reservation till departure. The home location is about a 19 minute commute to the strip. Great location has everything in the area from Grocery to Fast food, shopping. The neighbors put on an awesome fireworks show that we could see right in the back yard. We had to move out of the yard because some of the fireworks residue was coming over in the yard! But it was an awesome show especially if you like fireworks! Overall our stay was great and as I advised John. I will be back to rent with him again.

Lovely home in safe neighborhood. Pool was awesome, with a dolphin on the bottom, which my grand-daughter named, "Splash". Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great alternative to The Strip

I rented this for my sales team during a trade show. It was ideal to come home to a spacious home after the hectic workday. Neighborhood was peaceful. Also only 1/2 hr away from great outdoor rec areas. Communication with John, the property manager, was exceptional. Look forward to staying here again.

Golf Trip

This property is as advertised in a very nice neighborhood. My contact with John very good along with house rules had other numbers to contact if we needed anything. Chilly for pool in October but hot tub was good along with sitting area and grill.

Beautiful home, lots near by

The house fit our family well. Kitchen was well stocked with items to cook with. We did have to buy our own dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper. It is a great place to have little ones. The pool is a perfect size. We would stay again!

My only draw back is check out process because owner said garbage disposal was broke i never used it so i think thats unfair to say i broke sonething that i never used so i wish check in and out is done maybe in person so that way guest can be sure everything is working properly

Great Summer Stay

We stayed at this home during the summer while home shopping after relocating to Vegas. The home was clean, well kept and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The layout was perfect, with the master on the main floor and kid's bedrooms upstairs. The backyard with the pool was really nice to have during the summer heat. The neighborhood was nice and close to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Modern, comfortbale and convenient home

Our family stayed at this home for several months. The pics accurately represent it. It was a very comfortable, modern and spacious with many nice upgrades. Everything was in good working condition. The backyard and pool area was private and relaxing with lots of nice patio furniture. Any questions we had were replied to within a few hours. The neighborhood was well kept, great location from many shops and restaurants and 15-20 minutes to the strip. I would definitely recommend renting this home.

Amazing property made for an amazing vacation!

This is the absolute best house we have ever rented. The house was impeccably clean at our arrival and the pool and hot tub were really well maintained during our stay. This house has all the amenities you could need! John was easy to deal and anwsered all of our questions! The home is in a calm neighnorhood but close to everything: close enough to all the entertainment, and far enough to relax in the pool and hotub! Vegas is also a great destination to enjoy the outdoors: Red Rock Canyon, Valley of fire, Grand Canyon, Zion national park, Death Valley. And just a few hours from LA... thanks again for letting us enjoy your wonderful home!!

Wonderful home with pool - great experience!

This is a fabulous home with most things you need. The pool was lovely and I became quite spoiled spending as much time in it as I could. There is a Jacuzzi but we didn't use it because the pool was perfect enough for us. Lots of outdoor seating, with a gas grill. The home itself is beautifully furnished and the bed in the master was so very comfortable. It was just my husband and myself so we didn't check out the beds upstairs. Everything we needed was on the main floor. I'd recommend this home for anyone going to Vegas. It is about 15 minutes from the Strip. As for nearby amenities, there is everything you can ask for ... fine dining (Echo & Rig to name one), fast food, and fun family style restaurants, movie theatre, shopping, dry cleaners & grocery stores are also close by. If you are staying for an extended time like we did, we found Costco about 15 minutes away and great for bulk buying. The only thing I would like to have had was perhaps an umbrella for some shade in the back by the pool. We've rented homes quite a few times across the US and have found that it is quite common for all the towels and face cloths to be white. With a pool, I didn't feel comfortable taking them outside so we did buy some nice fluffy beach towels to use by the pool and then bring them home with us when it was time to return home. John, the owner, was very quick to get back to us with any questions. The only problem we had was that one of the toilets wouldn't flush and he was quick to get someone over to fix it. He was great to work with and I look forward to staying there next time we are in Vegas!
