Cette propriété a été répertoriée récemment sur VRBO, donc il n'y a pas encore beaucoup d'avis mais tous sont des avis 5 étoiles! Vous et vos invités adorerez "Grand Panoramic Retreat". Avec 6 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 12 lits pouvant accueillir 16 personnes plus 4 canapés-lits queen pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, ainsi que des canapés pouvant accueillir des invités supplémentaires si nécessaire, cuisine en plein air, 3 grandes chambres familiales avec vue imprenable sur le lac, lumières LED bleues en plein air, grande cour et plus, vos familles adoreront votre séjour. Nous avons également des jeux d'arrière-cour tels que des fers à cheval, un frisbee, un lancer de sac de grains de maïs et d'autres jeux pour votre famille.

Nous avons également un bain à remous toute l'année, un quai 12x30 disponible où vous pouvez amarrer votre bateau sur le côté (sans ascenseur) et pêcher et nager du quai plus 300 'de bord de lac sur un point. L'une des meilleures vues sur Grand Lake. Nous avons un quai de nage de 18 pi x 18 pi avec échelle (à partir d'octobre 2019) pour que vous puissiez vous allonger sur l'eau et l'utiliser sur l'eau ou amarrer votre bateau sur le côté. Nous avons également notre propre rampe de mise à l'eau sur notre propriété. Vous pouvez charger votre bateau directement sur la propriété et y amarrer aussi! Nous avons un port jet ski pwc à votre disposition.

Nous fournissons tous les pots / casseroles, ustensiles de cuisine, verres, tasses, assiettes, argenterie, etc. Vous pouvez également profiter de nos barbecues extérieurs si vous souhaitez cuisiner à l'extérieur tout en profitant de votre temps sur l'espace terrasse. Profitez de superbes vues panoramiques sur les eaux libres du Grand Lac avec la propriété face au pont de voiliers. Le soleil se couche juste en face de notre propriété près de Sailboat Bridge est incroyable et vous adorerez prendre beaucoup de photos et profiter des couchers de soleil avec votre famille et vos amis! Pour les lève-tôt, vous pouvez également voir un lever de soleil incroyable!

Grand Panoramic Retreat a un total de 6 chambres (salles combinées). Les lits sont un lit King, 3 lits Queen, 8 lits jumeaux pliants avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, 2 canapés-lits Queen (matelas en mousse à mémoire) dans notre chambre à aire ouverte à l'étage, 2 canapés-lits Queen dans la salle familiale / chambre à coucher du rez-de-chaussée pour dormir la nuit. Votre groupe peut décider où vous souhaitez installer les lits pliants.

Détails de chaque chambre:

La suite principale à l'étage dispose d'un incroyable lit king-size et d'une télévision connectée. Il a une baignoire sur pattes pour que vous puissiez profiter de votre séjour ainsi qu'une grande salle de bain principale avec double vasque, une station de maquillage et une grande douche à l'italienne assez grande pour 2. Il y a 3 lits jumeaux pliants dans le placard pour que vous puissiez les utiliser au besoin.

Le salon à l'étage est notre espace combo à aire ouverte pour que vous puissiez profiter avec 2 canapés-lits queen, un petit réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes et une cafetière avec du café fourni. Il y a des doubles portes coulissantes en verre qui sortent sur le balcon avec des sièges qui donnent sur le magnifique Grand Lake. Vous allez adorer votre séjour! Il a une unité de chaleur / air séparée. La nuit, le salon à l'étage se transforme en chambre à aire ouverte avec 2 canapés-lits queen afin que 4 personnes puissent dormir dans cette pièce au besoin. Ou vous pouvez utiliser un ou deux lits pliants pour dormir plus.

La troisième chambre (deuxième maître et en bas) dispose d'un lit queen (2 couchages) et d'une salle de bain complète privée. La chambre dispose d'une télévision connectée. Il y a un grand dressing et des commodes pour votre séjour. Il y a 4 lits jumeaux pliants dans le placard avec matelas en mousse à mémoire pour que vous puissiez les utiliser dans la maison.

La quatrième chambre (en bas) a un lit Queen (2 couchages) et a une vue magnifique sur le lac.

La cinquième chambre (en bas) a un lit Queen (2 couchages). Il y a aussi un lit pliant double que vous pouvez installer dans la maison.

La 6e chambre est une salle familiale pendant la journée et une chambre de nuit avec 2 canapés-lits queen. Vous pouvez également installer des lits jumeaux pliants dans la salle à manger ou dans toute la maison au besoin.

Pour les grands groupes, vous pouvez installer les lits pliants dans n'importe quelle pièce ou zone de la maison qui convient à votre groupe.

Nous avons une cuisine complète. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une cuisinière / four électrique plus un four mural supplémentaire, un lave-vaisselle, 2 réfrigérateurs côte à côte avec eau filtrée / machine à glaçons, élimination et cafetière ordinaire (avec café et crémier fournis), casseroles, poêles, vaisselle, verres, argenterie, mixeur, robot culinaire et bien plus encore.

Vos invités auront beaucoup d'espace pour manger avec la salle à manger avec une grande table et des chaises pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. De plus, nous avons des tabourets dans l'îlot de cuisine pour plus de sièges pour 9 (pour un total de 19 personnes). Vous pourrez profiter de la fonction cheminée et de superbes vues sur le lac Grand.

Votre groupe peut également profiter de plusieurs espaces de vie comme le salon principal, la salle familiale à l'étage, la salle familiale au rez-de-chaussée, le porche, la terrasse extérieure, le balcon et la grande cour. Il a une vue panoramique sur le Grand Lac.

Nous fournissons un espace extérieur fantastique avec un grand gril à charbon et un gril à gaz avec du propane et un fumeur. Girls Getaway

What a wonderful weekend. The home was perfect for us. We had 8 women in our group. We. had plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations for our group. It was very nice to have the additional refrigerator space as well. The Hot tub and back deck were very nice features to have. We used both often. The docks and all of the chairs were very nice. There was ample seating everywhere. The lake and weather were perfect. There were some items that needed to be repaired. The spiders and ants on the back porch need to be sprayed.

Our stay

Beautiful views and location. Check in was a breeze and close to grocery and any other needs you may have. Only negative for us is that it is not a 6 bedroom it is a 4 bedroom and there is no boat ramp on site. We had one of our party have to rent a hotel room to accommodate our family. Otherwise, lovely place.

Stunning view of the lake!

The hostess was easy to communicate with and very gracious. The layout is family friendly, with many roll away beds, if needed. Easy access to the docks, with nice back porch for grilling and relaxing. We are a game playing family and we enjoyed all the many areas conducive to these activities.

Not as many rooms as listed, beds in closets don’t count as rooms. Mobile home screwed on to the end of an older house. Sheets had stains, dead bugs in multiple beds, house cluttered and dirty. Storm shelter full of clutter and we couldn’t get in during storm. Way way overpriced

What a cool place! The views are amazing. The house is very updated and they have so many extra beds! Kitchen is stocked up with plenty of utensils and grilling equipment! Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home with excellent location!

The home was perfect for my husband and I, our grown children and 3 grandsons! We all had plenty of space and the outdoor area was amazing! Loved floating around the swim dock and the jet ski slip and boat ramp we so convenient. Enjoyed how it was on a point so we had the ability to watch the kids going tubing and riding the jet ski all within our sight. Loved the ladder into the water too. Easy for everyone to get in and out. Kitchen well-equipped and entire home stayed very nicely cooked even in 100 Desiree weather. Great communications with owners too. We will be back!!

A great place that needs some Maintenance

Looking online the place was beautiful and perfect for our groups needs. Getting there was little sketchy, It was at the end of an older trailer park and the road was very narrow and old. Upon arrival we could smell the pine sol cleaner that was used. so we knew it had been recently cleaned, however you could tell it had not been well maintained. The upstairs patio was full of old spider webs and spiders. Even though we tried to sweep it off and clean a little, it was just to far gone. The deck needed repair and was a trip hazard. We put a few nails in to a few of the boards and put a rug over the section we were concerned about. Our guys and boys were very excited about the crows nest shown in the pictures, however it was broken, closed off and unable to be used. The docks also had lots of spiders and cobwebs. We found clothes and trash under some of the beds. There was a coffee pot but the coffee filters were all waded up and did not hold up to the brewing and we had coffee grounds in all of our pots of coffee as well as it brewed really slow. There was also a Keurig machine and no k cups for it. There were lots of opportunities for outdoor cooking, however the two propane tanks were empty and we had to go purchase some. The hot tub was cloudy and there was some cleaner to put in it but not enough to really help. There is space for parking but if you have a big group coming you need to park it tight or around back. None of us could ever get the wifi to work even though we reset it 3 times. On a positive note, the house was equipped with all the kitchen tools you would need, loads of towels and lots of outdoor cooking options The view to the lake is amazing and there is lots of room in the back for the fun and games they have available. There is plenty of sleeping space and all the pillows and blankets you would ever need. All in all, it is a beautiful place and more than met our needs. It appears that it was not opened properly for the season. The pictures online have to be from past seasons. You can see last years reviews were amazing and this years reviews all talk about the lack of maintenance of the place.

Great dock but the house needs some updates.

This house has many positives although it really needs a little TLC. The kitchen has every utensil imaginable which was helpful when making meals although the outside grill did not work properly. There was something dead under the deck so eating outside was not an option. The upstairs shower did not have hot water although the sinks did. There were extremely crooked pictures hung throughout to cover up issues behind. No one had properly prepped the house before our arrival. There were left over t-shirts from a previous bachelor party and the upstairs was left unairconditioned so it took at least 5 hours to get the space even comfortable enough to unpack. I received delayed responses from the property manager who was not extremely helpful or apologetic in regards to our issues. This house could be great although it needs some expert attention to get it renter ready.

That’s all the house has to offer. Boat ramp was covered with large trees we had to move when we arrived. Tried to contact owner, never returned my call. Definitely does not comfortably sleep what is advertised. Doors falling off in kitchen and refrigerator! Definitely not worth what we paid for the stay.

Would not recommend to anyone

The house was not what was advertised. It has 2 king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms plus pull out beds and roll away twins in the closets. We were told by the owner there was an additional queen bedroom so we were disappointed upon arrival. The deck boards on the back deck were rotting and very unsafe - I am surprised none of our guests fell through. The deck was also infested with bugs. I understand you will have a lot of bugs at a lake house but this was extreme and seemed to be due to the area never being cleaned - there was so much grease on the deck from the grills. The neighborhood was also not good - some would not feel comfortable staying due to the surrounding homes. There seemed to be an addition that was added to the home at some point but it didn’t seem structurally sound based on the cracking around the support beams. Based on the pictures online it had so much potential but unfortunately I would not recommend this house to anyone.

Big Time Potential, but NOT worth the price

A group of friends got together for a nice Grand Lake Luxury Cabin stay. To get to the cabin you had go through a sketchy neighborhood. So our first impression was guarded. We knew there was rain, but were never made aware the boat ramp and boat slip were not really accessible due to the debris. That would have been nice to know so we didn't waste our time bringing the boat. The back of the house and view are spectacular. Amazing potential. Our problem was the price was over double that of other places we stayed that were better maintained and cleaner. The crow's nest isn't the safest and the decking has screws sticking out. My husband is a carpenter and recommended using extreme caution when using the crows nest. The inside has phenomenal potential as well, but it was not cleaned or or cleared of bugs. I found several spiders in a bathroom that were alive and had carcasses of ants under their webs. The house was either cleaned well before our stay, or not very well. There were crumbs in the kitchen that the ants were collecting. We brought our own bug spray and cleaned off the cobwebs and sprayed around the outside of the house and sanitized the kitchen. There are ring cameras everywhere on the outside. This is understandable due to the neighborhood, but still not the best feeling while staying there. The hot tub was green. We put the chemicals in there as directed, but it was still green. The house was not worth the price. If better care was taken of the property, then it could be fantastic.

We totally loved it.

I loved the property. It had everything we needed from towels to linen to dishes. Awesome property. We really enjoyed ourselves. BBQ grills. Tree house. Paddle boat. Hoarse shoe. Hot jacuzzi. Cant tell you how awesome this property is.

Fall Break at Grand Lake

We had great fun fishing at the dock, swimming at the swim dock, playing yard games,and enjoying the sunsets from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and pulled the kids on a tube in mid-October!! The property is erroneously listed as six bedrooms. It’s actually 4 bedrooms with additional multiple hide-a-beds in closets, and sofa beds in living rooms. Nice for a large group; we had 8.

A grand getaway

This house had some great features including a beautiful view! The docks were great for our group who did a lot of fishing and swimming. One thing I would say is it is not a full 6 bedrooms it’s 4 bedrooms with bathrooms in 2 of those rooms and 1 bathroom for the other people to share. The two areas that are ‘bedrooms’ are really more common areas with 2 pull out beds it worked out for our group because we had some people back out but I would say had we had the full 18 people we had planned on it would have been a tight fit. The property had all the amenities we could have dreamed of with a hot tub, grills, a flat top griddle, and an awesome convection stove in the kitchen!! Overall it was a great place to stay if you have a group around 6-10 people unless they are kids.

Stunning view, BEAUTIFUL lake home

Traveled with my large extend family to Grand Lake for the weekend. This home could not have been more perfect! Our whole party was stunned by the view from the entire back of the home. It is breathtaking! The home is decorated beautifully and has everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The house truly does sleep a large number of guests. The sunroom or 2nd living room area with two sleeper sofas easily turns into a private bedroom once the blinds are closed. I cannot say enough great things about this house and the homeowner was great as well. Super easy to reach if you have any issues, which we did not but had his cell phone number just in case. We will definitely be back!

2020 Family Vacation

We had great access to the lake, the property was clean well stocked it had every cooking utensil you could possibly need. The grills worked great. We will defiantly go back.

Family Staycation

The house is up to date and beautifully furnished with plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 children. The large back yard has plenty of seating. We especially appreciated the boat ramp and dock. We unloaded boats upon arrival and did not load until we left. We enjoyed the sunsets on the swim dock. This part of the lake was not busy. The kids loved the paddleboat and fished off the dock. We had a wonderful vacation.

Remarkable.

This is a great venue with amazing views. It is located in a cove that did not have much boat traffic which was a plus for us. We loved the peaceful serenity. The fishing was great too. The house is totally stocked and the owners were very ready to accommodate our every need. Would highly recommend the Grand Panoramic Retreat to all who are looking for a memorable getaway. Our grandson cried when we had to leave.

Memorial Day Weekend at Grand!

We had a group of 18 people - the house had more than enough space and beds. The home was fully stocked with anything you could need - kitchen tools/appliances, towels, sound system/tvs, games etc. The view of the open lake is hard to beat! Hope to return again soon!

We bought our house in Summer of 2018. We had a vision of what we wanted and transformed the house into Grand Panoramic Retreat. When you arrive you will be blown away by the amazing views, furnishings, activities to enjoy and more. We have made it very nice for all ages to enjoy. We wanted to have a home for our family and for other families to build great memories together.

We have outdoor grills, outdoor deck area, lots of seating, propane fireplaces, cool LED lighting around the house, hot tub and deck.

We have the one of the best places to view the Grand Lake with multiple deck views to the boaters!
