Visitez-nous à Memory Maker, une grande maison familiale de 5 chambres / 4 salles de bain. À quelques pas de la grande piscine communautaire ombragée ou de l'accès à la plage privée, votre famille sera facilement accueillie. Ameublement mis à jour et les draps tout au long de cette belle maison en font le choix parfait pour un confort premium. A l'intérieur, vous trouverez des espaces de vie généreux, une cuisine ouverte pour le divertissement et la retraite parfaite pour les cocktails et les couchers de soleil! À la recherche d’un peu de temps devant la piscine, faites une petite promenade de 20 secondes pour vous rendre à la belle piscine chauffée (ouverte toute l’année). Juste au coin de la rue est l'accès à la plage privée / fermée. C'est un très rapide 2 minutes à pied de porte à porte!

We just had some minor problems while staying there: bottom floor was not as clean as the rest of the house, bottom floor bathtub wouldn’t drain properly, and we seen a large roach like bug upstairs near the kitchen.

Excellent location!

We loved our stay at Memory Maker. The house is clean and functional, the location to the pool and beach access is wonderful. The only negative about the beach is that it is a very small section of beach we are allowed on due to private beaches on either side. The section of beach that we were allotted was very small and crowded.

The house and location was great! I would suggest a broom in the kitchen area for clean up and the beds were a little firm. But overall my family had a wonderful vacation in the memory maker.

Fun family trip!

We had the best time with my family. The only issue was the dryer kept opening, so we had to restart it after each load. The home was absolutely perfect otherwise, the location is amazing, and we’ll definitely be rebooking this house!

Family Vacation at Memory Maker

We enjoyed our entire time at Memory Maker. It was perfect for us, our children and grandchildren. The house was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beach was so close and the pool was just steps from the house. The kids enjoyed eating out on the porch and having their own space on the first floor. We hope to return to this wonderful home for vacation in the future.

Lovely home with ideal location!

We traveled with 3 families in total. Four adults and 6 teens 13-20. It was absolutely perfect and spacious. We all had our own areas and plenty of bathrooms. Steps to the pool and beach access. I also loved the location being much quieter than Seaside (yet 10 minutes away) with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The management company is easy to communicate with too. I will definitely book again!

Perfect Location on 30A

We loved our stay at Memory Maker! It was the perfect location on 30A. Close enough for biking and walking to coffee, ice cream, restaurants, yet out of the way from the spring break crowds down the road. The pool was just out the front door and the beach was a 2 min walk down a path. The house was wonderful. Enough bathrooms and bedrooms for 3 families. 3 large decks. Adults spent a lot of time on the top deck after days on the beach. 2 refrigerators were wonderful and needed!

The kids loved it. It was great that you had a Keurig and a regular coffee pot but the Keurig didn’t work. The only other issue was the kitchen sink and the downstairs bathroom sink drain slowly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down for a quick weekend on a mother/daughter trip with 4 moms and 4 girls. This house was absolutely perfect for our trip! We had plenty of room, the location was great with the pool and beach. For the most part the house was clean (clean sheets, etc) but the house could definitely use a cleaning. There is old food and stains splattered on walls and ceilings. Doors and walls are almost black from how dirty they are. All in all it was great and we would definitely stay again, but a good spring cleaning would be my suggestion:).

It is a nice quiet location with easy access to the beach or pool if you choose. The porches on the rental are great places to spend your downtime. My only recommendation would be to use 30A Shade for your beach chair rentals not the company you get the credit from with the rental. 30A Shade gets all the beachfront chairs on this beach and will move any personal or other companies chairs off the front row on the beach. Otherwise, everything from house layout, cleanliness to location were perfect.

Lovely home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was great, wonderful and convenient location! The only problem was the bathrooms badly need to be updated. The covers on the jets in the tub in the master were off and mold was present. Mold was in all bathrooms, and the shower curtain and liner in the bathroom on the kitchen level were disgusting. Towels and wash cloths are old. Other than the bathrooms, house was so cute and roomy for our group of 6! The porches were wonderful! We spent most of our time on the back deck. More key fobs are needed for the beach and pool access. It was hard to coordinate with 3 couples.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Third year in a row that we’ve rented this house. Has plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our 10 person family. 72 down to 5 years old. But the house has been used and abused through the years. Refrigerator plastic shelves were broken and drawers were broken. The sink’s fixture was broken. Kitchen is small and outdated. Sofa is worn, rug is very worn. Nothing over the last 3 years has been updated. The house is close to beach and two pools but you must have FOB to access the gates. This is a huge hassle for a large party of people.

Included in my rental were 4 bikes, but they were locked up and I never got a code. The internet and TV did not work, despite calling. The pool was out of service. I do understand the hurricane affected panama city the week before, but there was no damage or outages where we were staying. The "service fees" I paid were almost the same as the rental, yet I received absolutely no "service". We loved the house, but we never intend on using a rental through Benchmark again. You cant overcharge people for service fees and then not provide service.

Thank you to our valued guest for your recent stay. Your comments regarding the beauty and cleanliness of our home, located along the perfect stretch of Florida sand, were greatly appreciated. We have never looked at our home as a rental property, but rather a home we invite friends we have not yet met to come in and enjoy. Just before the storm, I spent the weekend at our home and left Tuesday morning, a little more than 24 hours before Hurricane Michael made landfall. This Cat 4 hurricane is the largest hurricane to ever strike the Panhandle, and devastated parts of Panama City, 40 miles to the east. Entire blocks were bulldozed and tens of thousands of homes and businesses were totally destroyed. Over 100 miles of Interstate 10 were closed due to damage and debris, over 1 Million people were left without power, if their homes were even habitable.Benchmark 30A is a company with a dozen employees and manages over 90 properties. Most of the employees left the area, along with their families, uncertain as to what they would find when they returned. But, a few employees did stay behind. Within 12 hours of the passing of the eye of the hurricane, I received an email stating there was no visible exterior damage to our property. Within 36 hours of the hurricane’s passing, I received another email from Benchmark 30A stating they had done an interior inspection, placed all furnishings back on the decks, and the house was dry and habitable. This gave them less than 48 hours to locate cleaners (many of whom were greatly impacted by Hurricane Michael), clean, and inspect the home prior to your arrival. As you stated, they did a superb job in presenting you with a beautiful and spotless place to enjoy a few days of vacation. The pool was closed until it could be cleaned & sanitized. It would have been grossly negligent to allow use of the pool until its safety could be guaranteed. As for internet&cable it is not reasonable to expect no interruptions after a Cat 4 hurricane.

Great family house steps to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was terrific for our family (9 people----6 adults and 3 kiddos). Everyone had their own space and plenty of bathrooms. Pros--->Incredible location, steps from the heated pool and the beach. 5 private bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms + secondary living space with pullout sofa. Secondary lower level refrigerator. The house was clean and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. House offers 3 separate balconies with plenty of furniture---and yes, you can hear the ocean from them. Kitchen well stocked. Amazing water pressure! Cons--->Beach access is via electronic key fob only---2 provided. For a family of 9, we were always planning beach walks and visits by who had the fob, how we were getting back in, which of us would meet each other at the gate to let us back in, who was going to the pool when, and "careful not to lose it, it costs $200." More fobs---or zero fobs would be better than 2. Either 0 or 3+. Several of the closets were full of so many extra blankets and bedding that our suitcases would not fit in them. One of the bedrooms did not have a nightstand or access to a plug for charging--little things but they could be addressed. The floorplan worked great for us, but folks should be aware that the kitchen is on the 2nd floor, so people who have issues with stairs should take note.

Summer vacation

It has great space with many decks and a small view of the ocean. The only downside we found was that it was very misleading with the private beach access. Yes it is a nice short walk to the beach- but during the day, you can’t use that beach unless you pay big bucks for rented chairs(not the same company as the credits you get with the rental). You have to walk a long ways down the beach to set up. This was very frustrating! But in the evenings the beach access was great! Also maintenance came in the house several times without notifying us beforehand. Was a little unsettling to come home and find things moved around.

Regarding the beach access, since it is a private access, this beach has an exclusive vendor. This is common recurrence with private beach access and sadly, we do not have control over which vendor services which beach. We are sorry for any inconvenience it caused you while on your stay. Our maintenance team here at Benchmark is in house, and unless you ask to be notified, they do not reach out. They are required to knock before entry, but if no one is home it is their job to complete the task and leave. If you would preferer to be notified of their arrival you are welcome to ask us, and we will pass the information along to the proper parties. Family Vacation

Great house for a family. The kitchen is small but manageable. The appliances work and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, but barely enough utensils. There is a second refrigerator on first floor. Definitely a plus. The beds are comfortable. The house is well decorated. Big Negative: I did have to report to management that we killed several roaches. Hopefully this was taken care of right away.

Wonderful family vacation

The Master Suites were excellent accommodations and the twin room snd bunk room accommodated our 3 granddaughters! The living space adjacent was perfect for them to hang out when not at the pool. The decor in this home is perfect for this space and we enjoyed the sectional watching our Atlanta Braves play!! We will be back next year and have already booked Memory Maker for our family. We had no issues with the house and Benchmark answered any questions we had. Thank you; see you in 2023!!
