NOUVEAU SUR LE MARCHÉ! Venez vous détendre dans cette oasis privée luxueuse récemment rénovée 2BR / 2BA avec tous les nouveaux meubles et un hébergement confortable pour 4 personnes. Cette maison de ville de 1 000 pieds carrés est située sur la rue Commercial dans l'East End, à la lisière du quartier des galeries. Il est directement en face de la plage dans la belle maison Captain Dyer avec sa propre entrée, une porte privée, une cour paysagée, un parking, un patio exclusif et une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan.
Les deux chambres ont de nouveaux lits queen size, un espace de rangement généreux et une salle de bains carrelée avec une laveuse / sécheuse.
La cuisine de l'office bien équipée comprend des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un garde-manger rempli d'articles de première nécessité à votre arrivée.
La conception de la vie ouverte pour le salon et la salle à manger est située au deuxième étage. Il est nouvellement meublé, rempli de lumière avec accès à la terrasse, une belle vue sur l'eau, 42 "HD smart screenTV plat et système de musique wifi.

Great place true Ptown

Great space close enough with a short walk but very quiet and tranquil!! Perfect split floor plan and nice outdoor space we will be back!

Comfy stay in gallery district!

We love Paula’s place! It’s so spacious and has everything we need, also it is just steps to the bay beach, has a lovely outdoor space, etc. It is in a quiet area and it’s an easy walk downtown. We will be back again!

Wonderful little haven!

This is our second time staying at this property. It's lovely! Very quiet, clean and comfortable, with an included parking spot! Everything one needs in the the well equipped kitchen. Out door patio with grill (we didn't use). Walking distance to everything. We hope to return again soon!

Great Location, Perfectly Clean, and Very Quiet

We just spent 4 nights in Paula’s two floor condo. The outdoor table with umbrella and lush landscaping greeted us as we walked around from the reserved parking space. The two entrance door locks were user friendly. Paula made sure to communicate with us before our visit to clarify any questions we had. There was a lovely bottle of white wine waiting for us. Every inch of the 1000 foot condo was spotless. Any supply you might need was provided, including laundry detergent, beach chairs and even a beach bag. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked great. It felt very private. It is located on the quiet East End Art District and is a 15 minute walk to the main wharf and Pilgrim Monument with many restaurants along the way. Paula was always available to contact if needed.

Good location. Could be better ventilated

Nice location on the east end with a cute little deck & patio. We had fun coming and going. Air circulation isn’t great so there’s a mildew smell lurking in corners, closets, etc. The place is thoroughly cleaned, which keeps any mildew in check but people with allergies might be uncomfortable.

Can’t wait to go back!

What a perfect place to stay! The condo is comfortable, beautifully decorated and has everything you need! Quiet gallery district location just steps away from the bay. Paula was excellent to work with and even takes the time to call all of her renters before their stay. Having the second bathroom, two outside areas and a washer and dryer really makes this condo stand out. We will definitely be back!

Not our favorite place

This apartment has two floors. The first floor located on the ground level and has musty smell in the bedroom coming from the walls. The second floor level has height restrictions so if you higher then 5'11 you may have a problem. Apartment has dedicated parking with very limited space, so if you have minivan or midsize SUV or larger then you need at least two people to help with parking otherwise you may damage your car. On a positive note the apartment is clean and very well equipped with anything.

Location and clever space design

Great spaces, indoor and outdoor, from gazing at the water from the upper deck with a coffee in the morning to playing canasta or watching a movie in the evening. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, cozy furniture.

Perfection!

My family and I could not have asked for a more perfect home to spend our week in Provincetown. The location was spot-on for hopping over to the beach or strolling down the street to galleries and restaurants. Not to mention the cute playground across the street and East End Market a stone’s throw away. The home’s immaculate grounds and the unit’s private yard set the stage for the dreamy interior. Cozy, comfortable, and clean! It was everything we needed to feel truly relaxed. And the owner, Paula, was excellent with communication. We hope to book this treasure next summer!

Don't think twice.. just book!

We absolutely loved our stay at Paula's home. The house is as pictured and then some more. Spotless clean (we are OCD with cleanliness) and has all the amenities that you can think of. We especially liked the modern decor in the house. The location is great, walkable to all restaurants and great beach access as well. Paula is a great host, super responsive and thoughtful (we had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival). She also called us in advance about a fault switch in the bathroom which was nice. This was our first time venturing out of the house since the pandemic started and we totally felt safe and will absolutely return!

Sweet coastal getaway from the city

The property was quaint, clean, and perfect for a cape cod getaway with the girls! Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and beach gear! Paula was also extremely communicative! Would recommend.

Perfect Peace

My sister and I needed a getaway during this crazy Covid time. The booking process was easy, Paula immediately set up a call to review check in process followed by an email with very clear and concise directions. A lovely person to talk too, Paula said check in would be seamless, the property spotless and every amenity we needed was here at our disposal. Yes, yes and yes!! Check in was just as smooth as she said. The place is gorgeous, cozy and comfy. Not a single appointment missed. It felt like home and the energy here is so positive and peaceful. The beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby! We went to the beach with the beach chairs provided. Cooked all meals in and didn’t have a single need! I would highly recommend. A gem in the east end, quiet, perfect peace.

A true sanctuary

Paula's condo is just lovely. We vacation in Ptown on a annual basis. This is the first year we have used VRBO. It was private, with a water view and onsite parking with all the amenities we needed. And, many we didn't use. For instance, we always bring our own beach chairs, even though she provided them. We are seasoned travelers and like a certain amount of comfort at this point in life. Suffice it to say, this checked the boxes. We hope to return next year!

The perfect escape

Paula’s place was perfect for us. We have stayed in numerous places in PTown, and while we’ve been happy with all of them, Paula’s place provided some amenities that became particularly important to us through the years, such as: parking, bike racks, a village location within walking distance of everything but far enough away to have quiet nights, a washer/dryer, full cooking kitchen and a sunny, airy space. Everything in the apartment worked really well, including water pressure, the appliances, TV, comfy bed, etc. Bonus: water view from the 2nd story, beach across the street and lovely private yard with a grill and umbrella table. Paula was very responsive and easily reachable. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Get-a-Way

The home was perfect for our week long vacation in PTown (wish we could have stayed for the month)! We Celebrated my wife's 50th Birthday! I loved the bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels. AMAZING!

I would come here again in a heartbeat. The home is beautiful (even better than the pictures), the location is awesome, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are luxurious, and Paula is extremely responsive. The patio area is truly private and lovely. My toddler daughter especially enjoyed running in the extremely well manicured garden and smelling the hydrangeas. I especially enjoyed reading the house copy of LANDS END by Michael Cunningham. My mom especially enjoyed the 90 second walk to the beach! Thanks for a great stay, Paula!
