Great place if you are looking for a fast getaway with the kiddos. Main reason we selected this location was because of all the pool options and activities for the kiddos. A few things could be more updated to make it look nicer but everything worker well.

The condo is very clean. The kitchen is older and outdated style wise but everything worked well and we really enjoyed our stay. Living room couch is very comfortable. The pools and other amenities were a lot of fun. We enjoyed pools, pickle ball, and a little basketball. Great value and tip for the price!

No carts to borrow or rent to move everything from the car to the unit. No Laundry in our unit OR the resort. Not enough soap, shampoo,etc for our 12 night stay. No business office with a computer or printer. Pools are great. Wonderful Elevator to get us and our belongings to the 3rd floor room!!

Fun place for the family!
We really enjoyed our time here. Even though the weather had cooled down, the kids couldn't get enough of the pools and waterslides and we all loved the pickelball and basketball courts. Lots of things to do to keep us all entertained and the apartment was clean and worked perfectly for us as well!

Stayed here for 6 days with the family, 2 adults + 3 year old and had a great time. Loved the pool and waterslide. Lap pool was great in the days leading up to the Ironman. Fairly close to downtown St. George, 10 min drive.

The property was just like the pictures. It was clean, the decor was modern and clean. The views were like postcards with snow on the mountains. The parks are all around, and we have to come back to finish seeing all of them.

Clean condo and great location!
Super cute, newly remodeled and updated condo. Fresh clean carpet and flooring throughout. We loved the view from the 3rd floor balcony. It’s a short walk to the kids pool area and my little ones loved all the amenities throughout the resort. Unit was clean, Stayed cool and located in a great place. It had everything we needed and we will for sure be back again.

Stayed for a month
The property was very clean with updated floors and furniture. The queen size bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked enough with cookware which were all clean. The condo is in a nice resort area with easy access to St George, Zion, and Snow Canyon. I enjoyed Pioneer Park, Red Hills Desert Garden, Anasazi Trail with petroglyphs, Chuckwalla Trail, and there are gobs of walking trails to use throughout St George.

I had some issues during the stay. But nothing so bad that I had to leave, cry, or get mad. Not having the washer/ dryer in the outside closet was kind of annoying. Being locked out was worst of all. Fixed.it.

The condo is kinda worn looking. The rooms are outdated. The deck is awful. The bedding was clean but the headboard shelf was very dustu. Did not use the kitchen or sit on the living room furniture. I will say that the manager on duty was extremely helpful when I called for assistance. The pools and outdoor areas are wonderful!

Great Location On The Property
The location was probably the best part about this rental. I’ve stayed at many different rentals over the years at Las Palmas. This one isn’t anything special, and I wouldn’t recommend this unit or management company. We had an issue that wasn’t resolved over a holiday weekend where we were being up charged. The unit is somewhat updated on the surface, but seemed more reminiscent of a poorly renovated motel room. Move on and find another rental, there are plenty of options for you in Las Palmas.

My kids absolutely LOVED the time spent here! The pools were a hit and the room was comfy cozy! The appliances are old, the microwave doesn’t spin and the stove is old but they all worked phenomenal. My only complaint was that I couldn’t get the sliding door to lock but being on the third floor, I wasn’t too concerned. Also, one of my boys spilled some water on the carpet in the bedroom and while scrubbing it up, the towel came back BROWN. The carpets could use a good cleaning for sure. Otherwise, great stay and would love to visit again! :)

We walked in upon arrival and immediately found a syringe with a needle in the kitchen trash can. God knows what kind of biohazard or substance that contained. Very dated appliances and bathroom. Unit smelled stuffy/musty. Parking was very difficult and every night we had to park several buildings away. The “driveway”in front of the garage for the specific unit had a no parking sign so we had to park and walk quite a distance.

Property management the worst I have ever experienced
Property management the worst I have ever experienced. Communication with property management was not only untimely but I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life in a hotel or VRBO. Because it was a weekend I called the emergency contact number several times before I got an actual person. When I told her I had been trying to get a hold of someone for over three hours she said “ nobody’s called and nobody’s left a message“. I told her in fact that I had called and texted and posted something on the website. She said “no you didn’t” I told her there was a man’s Voice on the answering machine and I left a detailed message that there was no Wi-Fi and I needed it desperately as I was sending out messages for extended family for a funeral that afternoon for my sister. Then she said “oh, someone must’ve forwarded my phone. Not my fault.” And she said she “knew the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and hoped somebody would’ve fixed the Wi-Fi but they never showed up.” I then told her that the room was not accurately represented because I needed to work during my 10 day stay and I need Wi-Fi. At that point she said a few quick words and hung up on me. I had to drive downtown to several cafés to try and find Wi-Fi. My contact list was on my computer and I needed Wi-Fi. I finally found Wi-Fi and got contacts for 17 people and had to make phone calls as the funeral changes were in two hours. I wasn’t even able to shower before my sister’s funeral. The Wi-Fi was eventually fixed 44 hours after check in and then I was charged an additional 75+ dollars for miscellaneous fees. I will never stay at a condo who uses this property management. Not only were they rude, they were dishonest. The VRBO website was manipulated to take off my questions and communication. It only showed one question where in fact I had asked three. Also the text thread with the property management is missing from my phone. I called Verizon and they said that someone who is savvy could take that off my phone if I was using their Wi-Fi. This was the worst nightmare of a stay in St. George I have ever had. I come twice a year for a week each time to see my extended family. I will never stay where this property management is utilized.
The condo is beautiful and very comfortable and well stocked. The owners took great care to make it nice.
I gave this a low star rating because the property management made my stay quite awful.

You get what you pay for. One of the cheapest properties in Las Palmas but you get a bare bones kitchen(Tupperware with lids that don’t match, knives that can’t cut a watermelon). Disposable supplies(toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) all clearly dollar store quality. Trash bag ripped while carrying it half full down to dumpster. Room was quiet. Two of the four close pools were green and had lots of hair in them. Host was unresponsive to multiple messages through VRBO. Would stay anywhere else next time.
