Overall the property is nice and had everything needed for our stay. The kitchen and master bath need some updating as the cabinets and master bath tub appear very old. The property manager was very responsive by text message with any questions we had.
My wife and I stayed in this condo with our two small children. It was our 3rd stay in this resort and we have always enjoyed las palmas. This place worked well for us but is a little outdated. Something that would make a huge difference would be the lighting. This place has terrible lighting especially in the showers. Also in other condos where we have stayed they have provided us with paper plates cups and plastic ware. Those make a huge difference and would be a great addition to this condo. Both rooms have king size beds which was a pleasant surprise and not shown in the pictures.
Everything was great except the AC. We followed the instructions on the walk by not turning the thermostat before 74, but the AC unit could not keep up with the St.George heat. We had to go buy a fan just so we could sleep on to of the covers. Miserable the whole time.
We had a great time staying in this property. We loved the sunroom and the beautiful view from the balcony and kitchen. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for a week stay. There were a couple things here and there that needed fixing, but nothing that was too big of a deal. My main issue is that the listing says it sleeps 7. It DOES NOT sleep 7. You can sleep 6 here BUT only if two are on the air mattress. Iâve never seen a listing that counted an air mattress on the floor as sleeping capacity.
The apartment was old, stinky, and skimped onnbasic amenities. The master bed is a double and felt like a canoe. The travel size iron and tiny ironing board were ridiculous to try and use. The front closet smells like smoke.
