Spacieuse, lumineuse et lumineuse, cette maison en accueillera beaucoup pour votre prochain rassemblement. Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes dans 4 chambres, il y a de la place pour tout le monde! Vous trouverez 2 suites de maître avec lits king size, une troisième chambre avec un lit queen et une quatrième avec un matelas queen et un ensemble de lits superposés. Il n'y aura pas de file d'attente pour la salle de bain dans cette maison de vacances avec 3 salles de bain au choix. Laissez les enfants initier un tournoi de baby-foot pendant que le chef crée un repas gastronomique pour tout le monde dans la nouvelle cuisine. Le reste de l'équipage peut siroter une boisson et tenir la compagnie du chef dans le grand espace de vie ou sur les grands ponts ouverts tout en réfléchissant aux activités du lendemain.

Pendant les mois d'été, les enfants peuvent se rendre au parc Fort Rock, juste en face de la rue, ou toute l'��quipe peut prendre un vélo et explorer Sunriver avec des kilomètres de sentiers juste devant la porte de derrière. En hiver, Fort Rock Park est l'endroit idéal pour une bataille de boules de neige amicale ou pour construire un bonhomme de neige. Après une longue journée d’activités, défiez-vous autour d’un jeu de société amusant à côté du feu ardent. Sinon, prenez une serviette et plongez dans la chaleur du bain à remous sous le ciel nocturne de l’Oregon central.

Nice

This was a nice home for a quick weekend getaway. The home was fairly clean (with a few carpet stains) and spacious enough for our entire party which included 5 adults and 5 children. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect for enjoying Fort Rock park.

Horrible Bed

The house was OK, outdated but OK. But one of the king size beds was horrible! For 2 people to sleep in this bed was like sleeping in a crater! I can't believe anyone would allow such a bed in a rental. We had the bad bed all week! They gave us a small refund. We registered 10 people when we signed in. Considering the bed was for 2 guests it was rediculous

Family Vacation

We had 4 generations stay and it accommodated us well! We used ALL the amenities for family meals, games, bike rides, park time, SHARC = awesome! Patio furniture is nicer than shown. Overall lovely! The kitchen is WELL stocked to the point there is no free cupboard space. Not the end of the world but a little annoying to keep all our food on the counter or in grocery bags. We used the ironing board as an overflow spot for dried goods/snacks and put fruit in bowls on the dining table to free up counter space. Guests should note there is no A/C and it gets hot in the high desert. We put box fans in the bedroom windows once the outdoor temp dropped in the evening. The house was sitting around 76° during the afternoon/early evening and down to low 60s in the night with fans. A few issues, which we were just mindful of rather than asking for in the moment repairs as that is disruptive to the trip. Dishwasher door will quickly fall open if not latched all the way (it’s heavy so a bit of a hazard). The dryer vent does not work properly so hot air fills the space when running. The deck has a ton of screws that are not flush so it’s important to wear shoes or tread lightly (seem to be stripped so not a quick fix). The new king mattresses are incredibly warped - my parents and grandparents had to fight gravity which consistently pulled them into a massive divot in the center. The “queen” mattress was very comfortable though it’s a full size. Several hot tub jets don’t work.

It’s right across from the fort rock part. Perfect for kids. The property was clean and had all what we needed. Bring your own coffee grounds .

Perfect house for our family

So handy to Fort Rock Park just across the street. Right on the bike path so could go anywhere on a bike. The little boys loved the bedroom with the big pine bunkbed setup and having a foos ball game right there in their bedroom . A comfortable house for all.

Perfect house for our 2 families.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better for our 2 families of 5. Plenty of room and had everything we needed to be comfortable and have fun. Love that it’s next to the park.

Good location, easy access to the village.

Overall, the house served our purpose. The hot tub and fireplace were great to have. The entry way needs a walk off mat for not tracking dirt and pine needles into the house. Used the vacuum several times lol. The house visually needs some updating. If it were my rental, I would clean the piles of pine needles off from time to time also. The outside garbage cans were completely full when we went to dispose of our trash before checkout. BBQ was great, thank you for making sure we had propane and a working BBQ. Overall, place was clean, comfortable and great space to lounge and cook.

Lots of space, but lacking everything else

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was definitely a lot of space to stretch out in at this property, but that was really the only plus to it. The house looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time - all of the shower doors had soap scum on them and the kitchen sink had bits of old food stuck to it. There were multiple things broken, working improperly, and/or missing in the place, including:- master shower didn't drain properly/was obviously clogged, and quickly filled with water/soap scum- multiple pieces of baseboard were falling off the wall and had exposed nails- a piece of the tile floor in the kitchen was broken and had simply been laid back in place without any kind of glue so it still moved around when walking by it- the kitchen was missing necessary utensils, including a can opener and scissors- there were no cleaning products in the house and only one roll of paper towels, so we ended up having to buy cleaner and more paper towels in order to keep the kitchen clean (we were there for over a week)The food items that were provided (spices, oils, etc) are all EXTREMELY old and should be thrown out. There's literally baking powder there that went bad in 2002. I'm shocked that no one is paying attention to these kinds of things.We had seen the previous reviews about the beds being too firm/uncomfortable but figured it couldn't have been that bad. The beds were extremely springy and so hard that we literally woke up sore in the mornings. Brad (property manager) was extremely easy to work with and got back to me right away when I needed to extend our rental. I know if I had brought up these other issues earlier that he likely would have been able to help, but we were super busy during our time there that it was easier to do it ourselves.

The back deck is nice but right by the road so traffic can be busy at times. The location was good as Fort Rock park is across the street and easy access to the bike trails. The house has bikes but most of them are in need of repairs and we had to repair a few to have enough for the family to ride. The owners need to put some money into bike repairs as they have several that do not work. I did like the open floor plan and rooms were good size. Beds were ok but could use new mattress in a couple of the bedrooms. Overall a good long weekend with family.

Weekend getaway!

This house is very nice and open and good for large group of people! It is right across from fort rock park! Has everything you pretty much need and bonus was lots of bikes to ride around! The one downside I would have to say was a couple of the beds were pretty uncomfortable, just think we prefer our mattresses a bit softer. Also, the upstairs skylight needs a REAL good deep clean! Had cobwebs that have been growing there for a real long time! The rest of the house was clean, just think that the skylight gets overlooked. Overall, a good place to stay for sure!

House OK, beds...not so much

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mattresses left everyone with sore backs, owner really should buy new ones. House backs up very close to a busy road, so sleeping in wasn't an option. Out of 10 bikes, only 2 worked, and none were kid sized, so we had to go rent bikes. Love Sunriver, but won't ever stay here again.
