Ocean Winds Unit 6 est le lieu de vacances idéal pour une famille ou un petit rassemblement d'amis matures. Situé sur la 43e rue calme, il n'y a pas de gratte-ciel, juste des condos et des maisons familiales. Oceanside, et à moins de 70 marches de la plage!

À PROPOS DU CONDO:
- LOCATION HEBDOMADAIRE UNIQUEMENT pendant la haute saison 2020 - 13 juin au 29 août - samedi au samedi - Arrivée à 15h, départ à 11h
- Situé au troisième étage; monter.
- La chambre 1 a un lit queen size.
- La chambre 2 a deux lits jumeaux.
- L'espace de vie comprend un canapé avec un matelas gigogne.
- La cuisine a un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, une cuisinière et un lave-vaisselle; table et quatre chaises; cafetière.
- La salle de bain a une cabine de douche. Douche supplémentaire avec eau chaude est derrière le bâtiment et partagée avec d'autres unités. Idéal pour les pieds de sable et le rinçage de la journée à la plage!
- Parking sur place pour un véhicule garanti. Stationnement dans la rue pour des véhicules supplémentaires (à vos risques et périls!).
- Veuillez noter que j'ai ajouté des frais d'administration pour les taxes du comté de Worcester (5%) car VRBO ne peut pas personnaliser cela actuellement. Désolé pour le dérangement - c'est obligatoire. (8, 75 $ / nuit en haute saison; j'ajusterai manuellement les autres tarifs selon les besoins.)

Beautiful place perfect for 2-4 people with easy access to the beach. Perfect view of the ocean from the deck. Robin was such a kind host who made checking in and out of the property easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

This clean, cozy place was only steps from the beach. Located on a quiet street but still close to restaurants and shops. The owner is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!!

Lovely home on a quiet street

We loved spending the evenings sitting on the front porch listening to and watching the waves over the dunes. Robin was a very attentive host with a wealth of insider local recommendations.

Perfect spot for an OC getaway... walkable to the boardwalk

As soon as we pulled up, met Robin for the keys and stepped into the unit and onto the porch to see the ocean just steps away and feel the sea breeze, I took a deep breath and felt at home instantly. It's near everything, walkable to restaurants, 3 doors down to the beautiful beach, bus stop is 1 block away, and if you're a walker you can easily make it to the end of the boardwalk to the inlet in 1 hour. I'd definitely stay here again!!

Perfect beach block atay

43rd street is my favorite street of all OCMD. The beach isn’t crowded and no large hotels, the street is all residential. The porch provided a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved yo sit out there to eat. Robin has everything you need in the condo and the kitchen was nice to save money and cook a few nights. Look forward to next years visit!

Great Location Amazing Owner

We totally enjoyed our time staying here! Robin is such a great person. She made recommendations for things to do and gave us complete access to everything we needed. Next time, I know what I do not need to bring because it is already available. :) The view and location were great.

OCMD

The location was great, just a few minutes from the dance comp venue we were in town for. The space was small but adequate for our needs. Guests are required to clean the condo prior to checkout, not ideal, but overall a good experience. I did enjoy looking out on the ocean from our porch each morning as I had my coffee.

It is true that guest must clean before they leave. I check condo after each guest to be sure incoming guest have a perfectly clean place to enjoy. This is one of the reasons I can keep my rates lower than others and can get them in much earlier than check in. Over all most find it a easier to spend 20 minutes cleaning and saving $100. Bucks as well as getting into condo much earlier. We enjoyed you and your pretty daughter being here and hope you enjoyed your stay Best Regards Robin

Beautiful location!

Robin was absolutely amazing!! She lives below the rental and my kids immediately were attached to her and so excited to see her daily lol. She offered us everything we needed during our stay like chairs, sand toys and more. Just a very short walk to the beach! Absolutely perfect and would stay again :) It didn’t have streaming options but that wasn’t a problem for us we just brought a roku stick for the kids to watch movies at night.

Pros: nice clean comfortable place. Cons: landlord lives below and can here everything. Also you can't park your car in the front to load and unload suitcases.

O.C. Rental

The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed . The owner was friendly and helpful . Only downsides were the shower size ( small ) , but the outdoor shower was nice and much larger , and had limited tv , but the internet is good. The owner gave us good restaurant recommendations and the beach was great .If we visit O.C. again , we would stay here again .

Very nice home- Recommended to rent if older children or all adults

The condo was very clean and tidy. The owner left some sand toys for our boys to play with at the beach as a gift. That was very kind and thoughtful. We had great location to the beach and to nearby restaurants. It was easy to get down to the inlet and over to Sunset Marina, where my husband was fishing in the White Marlin. The outdoor shower was a great set up! Owner was kind, and her daughter was very kind. The owner was very kind in allowing us to extend our stay by 2 days due to the White Marlin being extended. Owner does live below condo. I would recommend renting if you have older kids or all adults as owner can hear footsteps. Several comments were made about my children playing in the condo and making noise. Owner even commented to my husband how they should be still and playing puzzles or coloring instead. This put us on edge as to try to keep them as quiet as possible so we did not bother her- or give reason for more comments. The number of comments was the only downfall and upsetting part of the condo stay.

Friendly Ocean City Stay

The condo was fine for 4 adults who wanted a week's stay very close to the beach. We needed to stay away from others during COVID, so the condo was good for meals we cooked and for meals that we brought in from restaurants.

Great stay and location!

Robin’s place was perfect for the two of us. She was very accommodating and we were able to get in and park an unload earlier than we had expected. Perfect place with everything you need. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of cleaning supplies especially during this year of Covid-19. Easy to walk to the beach and other places for food and fun. Nice big outside shower. Will be back! The ocean was fantastic as well as Robin’s hospitality! You feel line family there! Thanks for a much needed week!

This property was absolutely what we were looking for. The house, location, and owner couldn't have been better. The owner Robin made us feel so at home. She was so accommodating and helpful in every step. We can't wait to book next year again with her. Just a perfect vacation beach stay!

Perfect accommodations for us

Robin couldn't be nicer and her condo is in a fantastic location - close to downtown OC yet far enough away to be quiet, and just steps from the beach. Nice little crabhouse at the end of the block. It was the perfect size for us and the balcony was great. Loved the outdoor shower. The bed was comfortable. Robin knows everything about OC and will give you great advice on things to do/see/eat. Next time we are in OC I will absolutely choose her place.

I live in the same building, and I'm available if you need anything or have any questions! I'm also happy to provide a recommendation for food, drinks, or fun in the area. I might also be able to help you secure things like baby-sitting or help you set-up experiences that aren't typically available to the average visitor (VIP at Seacrets, last minute reservations at hot spots).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I've owned Unit 4 since 1986, Unit 2 since 2014, and Unit 6 since last year.
Over the last 30+ years, I've vacationed and eventually lived in OCMD with four daughters, their now-husbands, my six grandchildren, and plenty of family and friends. With the short walk to the beach and ideal street location, 43rd street is the perfect family street. Close to lots of great restaurants, but not overcrowded. We have amazing lifeguards and lots of kids and families who are regulars on the block.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Super family oriented block (we call the kids on 43rd the "43rd St. Mafia" because they get so close during the summer!). Close to Seacrets; possible VIP treatment for one night of your stay! Close to great food (Belly Busters, Taphouse, On de Bay Seafood)!
