Great value, nice stay

The place was nice for us. GPS had a hard time finding it, but the owner was nice enough to give us directions. Only one TV and it was in the den, which was kinda limiting. Kitchen's a bit small, but it did the job. The loft bed was a little quirky - you gotta make sure you don’t hit your head on the ceiling when you get up. Beds were firm, which wasn't a big deal for me. We also appreciated that they had plenty of blankets and pillows. The location was great and the place was clean.

Perfect spot for our daughters birthday!

We were hosting a trip for our daughter's Sweet Sixteen birthday party with some of her friends and were looking for someplace special. This condo fulfilled all of our wishes! The place was clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The communication both before and during the stay was timely, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away.

The condo was impeccably decorated and had ever single thing we needed. The lake front view off of the gorgeous deck was spectacular. The homeowners were super responsive and delightful. This was the best place we have ever rented on sea colony from location to space to decor. A wonderful week!

From the moment we walked in, you could tell that the owners really care about their home. In addition to the wonderful indoor accommodations, the deck was furnished beautifully and the view of the lake was spectacular! I began relaxing immediately. Such a great time!

What a wonderful trip for our family! Adorable place with tons of fun for all ages! Perfect location on the lake by the tennis and pickleball courts! Michelle and Paul provide everything you need to make it an amazing time! It was super clean and the beach decor was charming. Michelle was wonderful to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed! Beautiful, well-appointed space

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. The condo was exceptionally clean, the decor is stunning and everything feels high end. The loft area up the spiral staircase was great for two teenage girls who wanted their own "space." Thoughtful details made our stay easy - plenty of hooks for hanging towels, hats and bags, plush throw blankets throughout, family games, hairdryers and toiletries included. It felt more like we were staying at a friend's. Michelle was responsive, attentive and clearly dedicated to being a consummate host who provides the best possible experience. This was our first time in Sea Colony and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach, tennis, pools, and the town of Bethany. Renting bikes turned out to be our group's favorite way to get around Sea Colony, to the beach and town.

One of the Best in Sea Colony West!

This property was absolutely PERFECT for our family of four. The tastefully decorated condo gave us a lot of room to spread out (the kids LOVED the loft area!) and was immaculately clean with a fully stocked kitchen as well as comfy bed linens & bath towels and cleaning & laundry supplies. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into this property to ensure that visitors feel at home when staying here! The location of this property is ideal and parking is plentiful. The condo is steps from one of the Sea Colony West pools and a tram stop or a short walk/bike ride to The Marketplace at Sea Colony (ice cream, dining, bike rentals--call to reserve early upon arrival, barre, shopping), the fitness center, playgrounds, the beach or downtown Bethany Beach. There is a fantastic view of a large (catch and release) lake from the deck of this top floor condo where we spent quite a bit of time relaxing and/or eating our meals at the outdoor dining table. Michelle was super responsive and kind throughout the reservation/check-in/departure process and the pride of ownership is evident in this condo. If you are looking for space to spread out, enjoy modern accommodations, don't want to pack a lot of small necessities and prefer laid back surroundings -- this condo is for you! I can't stress enough how delighted I am to have found this Sea Colony Gem! We are already counting down the days until our return :)

Terrific Labor Day Weekend

This property is as advertised. It’s well decorated and stocked. The appliances are all fairly new and function well. As a single father of two young kids, we had plenty to do. We played tennis, fished, spent time on the private beach. The booking, check- in process, and communication with the owner was great. I’d definitely stay again, maybe next time for the whole week,

Pleasant Getaway

Upon entering the property, we were amazed by the cleanliness and the furnishings. The accommodations were so welcoming and nicely updated - flooring, baths and appliances. We had bad weather the first few days, we had a wonderful time and were able to work with the owner to stay an additional day! The deck overlooking the pond was fun and filled with activity - swan, heron, osprey, cormorants and geese! Overall it was more than we expected!

What a wonderful condo! Everything was as described and the place was very clean. Having hand soap, dish detergent, dishwahser pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper there was great. The deck is awesome, and the wonderful view of the lake with ducks and swans was an unexpected bonus. Location is great, just across from the tennis center. Would absolutely stay here again!

We've been coming to Sea Colony at Bethany Beach with our family and friends for over 10 years. It has everything you could want. We especially like the peace and tranquility of the west side which is a short walk or beach cruiser ride to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the Bethany Boardwalk.

We've stayed in this exact same model several times and loved the vaulted ceilings and lake view. We love it here and are sure you will too!
