Wake up to one of the best views in Sea Colony from our 7th floor, oceanfront condo! Our condo does not look into the other high-rise buildings as do so many other Sea Colony units nor does it overlook a noisy pool. Looking south from the balcony, take in the view of South Bethany, Ocean City, and the bay! Our condo was renovated in 2010 and entirely repainted in 2020. Tastefully decorated in a tropical motif, it features a completely renovated gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless-steel appliances. Keurig, 10-cup drip coffee pot and French Press are available for your use in the kitchen, as well as a blender, 4-slice toaster, crock-pot and extensive inventory of pots and pans, baking dishes, etc. The living room features a large sectional upgraded sofa and new 50" Smart TV for when you need a break from the beach! Dining table seats six people with additional seating for two at the serving bar.
New solid core interior doors have been installed to increase privacy in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms! The Master Bedroom features new furniture, including an extremely comfortable King-size bed and a new 40" Smart TV as well as an adjoining master bath with tub and shower (with full-size stacked washer and dryer). The second bedroom includes a Queen-size bed, closet built-ins, and a 40” Smart TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for young guests with a "pyramid" bunkbed that includes a comfy, full-size mattress on the bottom bunk, twin on the top bunk and twin trundle. The bunkbed bedroom also has a 40” Smart TV. The second bath features a shower stall with dual shower heads.
Guests have access to our beach locker located in the covered parking area under the building. There are 6 beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use.
