We all enjoyed the stay very much in the quiet site in the wilderness of Connemara ! The very remote location in wonderful landscapes was a real pleasure for us
Was situated just right to be able to travel around and visit all the must see sites in Connemara. Road was busy at certain times but didnt distract from the peaceful area. Would definitely need a car, but plenty of parking at the house and free parking available at all visitor sites.
We had a lovely stay in the house. Itâs has everything you need and is a great base for exploring the area. It has lovely comfortable spacious bedrooms and living area and kitchen. I would definitely like to come back there again.
Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings, plenty of fishing and beautiful scenery.. house was spottless.. would definitely recommend and will be back đ
An ideal place to relax with family. Nice and big house. The house has absolutely everything you might need. Very beautiful nature. The lake and many swans impressed. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back.
We had a great week in Connemara and the house was fantastic! A shoutout to Michael (Unaâs brother), who was very helpful and pleasant. We recommend visiting Glengowla Mines and Kylemore Abbey.
A week at Weaverâs Cottage in Rosmuck, County Galway.
Lovely well-kept cottage will spacious rooms and all amenities. Quiet location with breathtaking view of the sea. Host and brother were very hospitable. A pleasant experience. Would recommend to others for a holiday stay.
Cottage was wonderful, just as described. Location was remote as expected. Took this American some adjustment to navigate the narrow country roads. Great trip all around.
Authentic and cosy cottage - next to the sea. Plenty of space (up to 9 persons can sleep here ...) - several bath rooms available; large kitchen, big refrigerator, coffee machine, and also otherwise very well equipped (... a dishwasher would however be a plus - especially if you are numberous here ...). We have spent a wonderful week in this beautiful spot of Ireland.
Very well-maintained and clean house, comfortable beds, very good location for exploring connemara. The house is on a main road so a car is needed. Also we would have liked to have a dishwasher.
I loved this bright, well maintained home. It is truly a place that offers a wonderful respite. I'd have preferred a few more offerings on the tv, or at least a way to connect Netflix. The house is secluded, which is both good and somewhat of a drawback in that it's quite a way to a pub, restaurants, or a good-sized market. Knowing that in advance, I was still very happy with my stay.
The House was in a peaceful remote location right across from it you have the sea. You have all necessities in the house, from a well equipped kitchen to towels and a washingmachine.
We stayed at the end of October/ beginning of November and the house was warmly heated when we arrived.
The communication with our host Una was uncomplicated and the registration for the house went without problems.
The Weavers Cottage is ideally located for visiting all the wonderful sights of Connemara. We were 4 generations, and the house itself suited all our needs. The downstairs bedroom with en suite was perfect for my mum who has mobility issues. The family room was great for my daughter and her family. The house is spotless and is truly a home from home and is very well equipped. We were exceptionally lucky with the weather and had sunshine every day which was a bonus! Thank you Ăna for a memorable visit.
