IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of âŹ40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown.
If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location.
If the âŹ40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways:
âąPaid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property.
âąPay As You Go electricity meter. The âŹ40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay.
Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of âŹ200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to âŹ500 per property.
3. Recycling Charges:
Please note there is a separate recycling charge payable to the On-site Manager before departure.
4. Internet access:
Unfortunately, there is no Internet access within the property.
