Maison gĂ©nĂ©reuse: 10 lits pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'Ă  18 personnes. Grande cuisine et (bonus!) Kitchenette au 2e Ă©tage. Piscine chauffĂ©e avec veilleuse pour la baignade en soirĂ©e. Vous ĂȘtes en face de la plage.

Grand salon confortable avec vue sur la piscine chauffée. Ce salon dispose d'une grande télévision, de deux canapés, de deux fauteuils inclinables La-Z-Boy et d'un lit pliant. WiFi haut débit gratuit de 100 Mo. Toutes les chambres disposent également d'une télévision avec Netflix, Hulu et SlingTV. Il y a une (bonus) kitchenette au deuxiÚme étage avec réfrigérateur complet, cuisiniÚre, lave-vaisselle. Cela permet aux grandes familles élargies de s'étaler et d'avoir différentes personnes qui préparent les repas pour leurs enfants, etc. Profitez du farniente au bord de la piscine chauffée dans un pool house blindé. Grill et table de pique-nique dans le patio couvert au bord de la piscine.

Asseyez-vous sur le balcon du deuxiÚme étage et sentez l'océan briser au deuxiÚme étage! Sur ce balcon panoramique, vous avez une vue magnifique sur l'océan (de l'autre cÎté de la rue) et vous pouvez regarder le soleil se lever sur l'océan. Vous pouvez également voir l'océan depuis la chambre principale au deuxiÚme étage. Il y a un patio arriÚre au deuxiÚme étage avec une table et des chaises pour profiter d'un repas ou d'une boisson en plein air. C'est vraiment charmant la nuit - regarder les étoiles et sentir la brise de l'océan.

Vous serez à quelques pas d'un restaurant mexicain préféré: Little Dos. et juste au coin de la boutique de crÚme glacée "The Surfin 'Turtle". Livret de bienvenue fourni avec des choses à faire, des endroits à visiter et d'excellents restaurants locaux. Perfect for three families to share while all in town for a reunion. Beach access was stellar and house had plenty of space for us all. Owner was very responsible and accommodating. Would rent again if we all came to the area again.

Excellent Vacation

The house is exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach and had a great restaurant next door. Beach was very rocky, but we were able to walk down a little and find a spot we could swim. House accommodated our three families only downside was the need to move vehicles as they only wanted two in the driveway, and it was difficult to get bigger vehicles in the small garage.

Sand Castle Satellite Beach

Great place for a larger group. Extremely comfortable beds & well stocked kitchens. Nice bar/restaurant right across the street. My only concern with the location, is the huge rocks & boulders in the surf at the beach area, but the home was perfect for us (9 people). The host is very responsive. We had a fantastic time!

This house was perfect for our family of 9. Ground floor had 3 bedrooms (king, queen w/ensuite, and full bunkbeds) and full bathroom in hallway. Kitchen was small but very nice and well equipped with everything we needed. Dining room and living room on ground floor was open and great gathering spot. Upstairs has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, full bathroom, living room, and small kitchen. Upstairs kitchen was very small and dated, but functional. We didn’t use it at all. We always gravitated in the ground floor area. Pool was great! Beach is right across the road. Be patient and carltch the timing of the traffic lights and easy enough to cross. The public beach access only allowed for 1 car and 1 golf cart which equated to us feeling like we had our own private beach. Only 1 other family on beach for 100 yards on either side of us. It was amazing! We had no issues with rocks mentioned in another review. Lots of great restaurants within 10 minutes. Recommend the The Red Crab, Too Cool Cafe and Surfing Turtle Ice Cream were a few of our favorites. Publix and Walmart within 3 miles. Great movie theater with recliner seating within 1/2 mile. Quiet laid back place. Host communicated promptly to any questions throughout our stay. House was clean and exit process was easy. We will definitely be back! Enjoy!

This Is A Beach House

My wife and I have been visiting Atlantic beaches and their houses since at least as far back as 1966 including the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Today, at an age of higher expectations, we expect a good beach house to have the usual amenities of clothes washer/drier, dish washer, multiple TV’s, WiFi, and comfortable bedding. This home had them all and performed well. While there is nothing wrong with a beach home looking to be a story for Southern Beach Home, a good beach home to me should be livable for its setting, that is: beach sand happens, sea shells sometimes appear in unexpected places, furniture is used, but stands up to occasional hard use. We met our host, Richard, at our check-in as he was finishing up a little last minute lawn mowing. He was as amiable and cooperative in person as he had been during our VRBO messaging. Lastly, this home was a slam dunk for it’s location with a short walk to the beach, a short drive to a Publix grocery, and many options for fishing, bird watching, and beach combing. Oh, and have I mentioned the satellite launches and museums to document the nation’s space program. You can’t miss with this genuine Beach House.

Fun week in Satellite Beach

This property worked out very well for our extended family visit of 10 adults and 6 kids. The pool was a hit, as was the close proximity of the beach. There were enough bedrooms for every family to have their own, and the washer and dryer was also much appreciated.

Perfect

We had a great experience with this property for an impromptu trip to the beach. The owner was very accommodating and responsive and the location was so convenient. The beach was so beautiful. The Mexican restaurant right across the street was delicious and the ice cream shop down the road perfect as well. We had a great experience.

The Sandcastle Resort

Our stay at the Sandcastle was amazing. It had everything we needed for our large group ranging in age from 1 1/2 yrs to 88 yes. A wonderful relaxing atmosphere and location location location! The Mexican restaurant across the street is fabulous and the ice cream shop a hit with the kids! All in all a perfect spot for a family getaway at the beach! We would definitely come again! Also a plus that you can rent the top or bottom separately for smaller groups.

Great family house!

We had an extended family group of 7 for Christmas. There was plenty of space with the upstairs being nicely separated. Very comfortable with everything you need. Great location. The host told us everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend!

The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. They spent alot of time in it. The landscape and grounds were immaculately kept. The kitchen extremely well furnished. Very good summer

Great location with all the amenities, walking distance to the beach, enough room for my group, cover patio with and screened pool. There was also a volleyball court by Pelican Park that we have a lot of fun at. Richard was a great communicator and helped answer all the questions along the way.

Outstanding Location

Great experience overall. Fit our party of 6 very well. Loved the pool. Close to beach access and good restaurants. A little mixup with cleaning crew not making upstairs master bed but not a big deal. Great communication with Property manager during our stay. I would rent again.

Family vacation

We had a great time during our stay in Satellite Beach. The house had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool was great and we spent many hours playing in it. The beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the beach due to the amount of seaweed. So, we were even more thankful to have a pool. We would definitely stay here again, and are planning to next year.

Great house for large family.

Great house for large family. Family and dining area open and spacious. Close to the beach, great pool and pool area. Close to Cocoa beach, and all your basic needs are within a few minutes, (publix, ABC liquors, CVS, Walmart, Ice Cream Shop, etc.) Lots of local places to eat. House manager was very engaged, checking in several times throughout the week. We had an awesome week of family bonding! You wont be disappointed.

Great experience

The property was very nice, and right across the street from a great beach. If you're lugging a bunch of beach gear, there are a couple of very close parking areas with ramp access to the beach. Great restaurants nearby, and if you like Mexican food there's a restaurant that you'll be surprised how quickly you can get there. If I go back to Satellite Beach, I would 100% go back to this house. Thanks Richard for everything.

Amazing house for my large family

This house was perfect for my family's needs. We had our family reunion here and we all (16 of us) had plenty of space to not feel cramped. We couldn't have asked for a better. The pool was a huge hit especially among the kids and only being a block from the beach was so nice. The owner of the property was very timely in all his communication and super accommodating. My whole family said this was such a great find and that they would all come back if we decided to vacation in Florida again for our reunions.

Family Vaction

My husband and I took our kids, their spouses, and all our grandkids for a family vaction.12 in all. This house worked out perfectly, plenty of room, loved the pool, excellent access to the beach, the beach was not overly busy quit friendly neighborhood. The acess to the washer and dryer on site awesome. The property manager was the best we ever worked with,always helpful, quick response. We all had a great time . High recommended the house, the proper manager and vrbo

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I have lived in, maintained and cared for this property for more than two decades. It is a comfortable, spacious, well-maintained property close to the beach: walk in the sand and surf, view pelicans flying by, and enjoy the great local Mexican restaurant Little Dos that is at the end of the street!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

An on-site heated pool in a screened pool house is available 24/7. Comfortable lanai with picnic table and sofa to eat/relax in the fresh air. You have free high speed WiFi throughout the house and the pool area. There is free laundry on-site and six or seven parking spaces in the driveway (depending on car size). The city does not allow RV parking.
There are TV's in all bedrooms with Netflix, Hulu, other channels and DVD/BlueRay players.
The second floor of the house gives you nice ocean views and is surrounded by windows making it sunny and bright. There are sliding doors on three sides allowing for the ocean breeze to come through softly and enjoyably. There is a dining area on both floors. The one on the second floor allows views of the ocean in the near distance. The sunrises, visible from the kitchen, dining area and master bedroom can be glorious!
Several grocery stores are just a 3 to 5 minute drive away as is Pelican Beach park with extensive picnic facilities.
The setting is peaceful and comfortable. Stay here for a fantastic experience: relaxing and fun.
