Appartement spacieux avec vue splendide !

Superbes vacances dans cet appartement avec une vue splendide. Le logement grand et est très fonctionnel, et nous avons pu profiter des piscines de l’hôtel, des deux grandes terrasses. Lieu très calme. Possibilité de garer une voiture juste à côté. Commerces, restaurants et plages accessibles facilement à pieds. A refaire!

Wohnung mit Top Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt richtig genossen. Die Aussicht ist nicht zu überbieten ob auf der Terrasse, im Wohnzimmer oder in den Schlafzimmern (ebenfalls das Meeresrauschen nicht zu vergessen). Pools stehen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm. Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens geklappt. Besten Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We have had a wonderful week here. The apartment was clean and felt homely. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed many meals sat outside watching the boats sail by. Really super

Loved this, don't want to make it sound too good as we will come back and don't want it to be booked up. The view is amazing, a warm breeze was welcoming. Lots of space. Close to restaurants, we did all inc one lunchtime, as you can use the hotel, we didn't like that too much. We were able to get a shower room on the last day. The 3rd bedroom doesn't have air con, our only bit of feedback would be to install that. There are beach towels provided, don't bring your own. WiFi is strong, lots of kitchen equipment. The position is brilliant.

Old and neglected

The apartment is very worn and smells old. Everything in the apartment is old. The stove is very old, and when it is turned on, there is a strong smell of gas in the apartment. The beds creak loudly because they are so old. The WiFi does not work. We contacted the landlord about this (the daughter came, she seems to handle the correspondence if you don't speak Spanish), as it was a significant problem for us that we couldn't access the internet at all. She simply replied that it was her personal WiFi being used, and that it was old. She did nothing about it. We, therefore, had to speak with the hotel staff and got the hotel's WiFi code, which we could use by the hotel pool, but not in the apartment. We also couldn't make calls from the apartment, which the daughter was well aware of, so if you needed to make a call, you had to go to the pool. Had we known in advance that the apartment was old and worn, smelled bad and of gas, and that there was no WiFi or the ability to make calls from the apartment, we would not have rented it. The view outside the apartment over the sea is beautiful, but it is little consolation when nothing inside the apartment is good.

A great stay

The property was great - amazing views, more spacious than the photos suggest and two great pools within the complex. There's a well stocked Spar 5m walk away, nice beach 5-10m walk, lots of restaurants in Cala Egos 5-10m walk (we recommend Restaurant Tentol, fantastic food and service!) and Cala D'Or Marina 15-20m walk. Great communications and help from the owner.

Toller blick , lage und anlage

Gern wieder , sehr nette vermieterin , kleine sachen wurden umgehend erledigt und es kann die komplette Anlage genutzt werden Lediglich ein Gasgrill wäre noch klasse gewesen …. Ging aber auch so Das kleine Zimmer leider ohne Klima , aber auch das stört nur sehr wenig Gesamt Mega !

Cala Egos - Las Rocas Apartment

Just back from 5 nights in this apartment. Excellent location for a relaxing holiday. Apartment is located overlooking the sea which provides a great backdrop and a peaceful setting. The apartment is set within the Alua Las Rocas complex and benefits from all the facilities that it has to offer. 2 great pools, (1 adults only), bar, gym, evening entertainment, and helpful friendly staff. Arrived late but the keys were waiting at reception, so check in was as smooth as you could wish. Had a visit from the owner the following morning, as arranged, to ensure everything was ok. We've been to Cala d'or numerous times and have always stayed in the centre or Cala Ferrera. This made a nice change as Cala Egos centre had some nice restaurants and shops, but it's only 15 minutes walk to the marina, (ensure you turn left out of the complex and don't follow the road around to the right), and then a further 10 minutes into Cala d'or centre. Overall a great apartment, set in a relaxing location. Everyone in our group enjoyed it, both kids and adults.

Five women loved it

This property is within a small clean friendly resort. The apartment was ideally located for lazy days by the pool and only a short walk to shops and restaurants. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a well equipped kitchen made the stay easy.

Het appartement heeft een schitterend uitzicht

Zeer schoon appartement, met voldoende ruimte en buiten 2 terrassen. Uitzicht is echt schitterend. De zee hoor je tegen de rotsen slaan. In hoogseizoen is het vrij druk op het resort Alua Rocas suites. Dan lopen er veel mensen voor het appartement langs of gaan op de twee bankjes zitten die op het pad staan. Wij vonden dat wel gezellig. Catalina heeft geholpen om ons wegwijs te maken (o.a. de gebruiksaanwijzing van de wasmachine). Ze is heel aardig en reageerde snel als we een vraag hadden. Ook het personeel bij de receptie was heel aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben 1 x op het resort gegeten. Dat was heel lekker. Zelf koken kan ook makkelijk. In de keuken is alles aanwezig. In de buurt zijn verschillende mooie baaien en strandjes. We hebben een fijne week gehad, samen met onze moeder van 87.

Fantastisch verblijf

Nog mooier dan op de foto's. Ondanks dat het interieur verouderd is een fantastisch verblijf op een geweldige locatie. We hebben allemaal erg genoten. Gastvrije eigenaar. Als we dan een aandachtspuntje moeten noemen, wifi is erg traag en 4G/5G nauwelijks bereik. Soms lastig om mooie uitstapjes in de omgeving op te zoeken.

Just what you'll need

Loved our stay in the perfect location. The apartment was a bit smaller than anticipated, but we hardly spent any time in it. The sea views are spectacular. The use of the hotel amenities is a bonus. At the end of the day we used the pool, and after dinner we enjoyed the live entertainment. The host allowed us to check in early and was very responsive with communication.

Absolutley amazong location!

This property is the best located on the complex, very spacious property with everything you need inside. Views are amazing and the pictures do not give them justice they are beautiful. You can also use the facilities on the complex which were very good. Check was easy and we also got an early check in which was great. 5 mins walk into Cala Egos and 15 mins walk to Cala Dor. We will definately be booking again.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Tolle Lage, gute Kommunikation mit Eigentümer, große FeWo mit unschlagbarem Ausblick, Frühstück vor Ort zubuchbar, Pools. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nur die Sanitäranlagen könnten besser in Schuss sein.

Ladies getaway

The apartment was lovely, great views and great position. All the hotel staff were very good, eager to help with anything, we did upgrade for a couple of days to All Inclusive, which was a really good deal. The bedrooms in apartment were very comfy, the main bedroom did have an en-suite which wasn’t listed, so a good bonus for the eldest member who loves her own toilet. Everything there that you could want to use. Really lovely place.

Lovely property overall

The apartment was stunning as far as location and views. There were 3 of us, each needing our own adult bedrooms and were disappointed when the 3rd bedroom turned out to have a child sized bed and no air conditioning. There was also the smell of mold in wardrobes although none could be seen. These turned out to be minor irritations though. Overall a very good value for the price and the location was stunning.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. All the convenience of the hotel (that you can use the facilities of) but independent too. The location is good and is close for buses and local shops etc. The sea views are amazing and great communication from the host. Really appreciated the early check in too.
