SUNSETTER, est à 2 minutes de la plage et du centre-ville d'Avila Beach. Le condo est situé dans l'un des meilleurs emplacements de la communauté fermée - Ocean 17. Entrant dans la maison, au niveau de la rue, il y a une grande suite de jr (lit queen + twin / chaise-lit) avec cheminée, TV, walk-in, et salle de bain. Aussi au niveau de la rue est le garage 2 voitures et un centre de blanchisserie pleine grandeur. Jusqu'à une volée d'escaliers est le salon principal avec cheminée, cuisine gastronomique avec appareils Viking en acier inoxydable, bar et salle de bains principale.

De la cuisine est une vue panoramique sur les montagnes avec balcon. Le balcon avant a un barbecue au propane, et des sièges pour 2. Le balcon avant est situé sur la cuisine, ce qui est pratique pour la préparation des repas et le service. Juste à côté du salon est un autre balcon avec un escalier en colimaçon qui mène à une terrasse sur le toit spacieuse avec vue sur la montagne et vue sur l'océan. Le toit est parfait pour se détendre ou se divertir. Le centre de barbecue a un mini-réfrigérateur intégré, barbecue à gaz.

SUNSETTER est une unité de coin dans le complexe, une fois l'unité privée du constructeur tant de touches et de commodités supplémentaires. A 2 minutes à pied de la plage et à quelques pas du parcours de golf Avila Beach et du sentier de vélo et de marche Bob Jones.

This was our second time staying in Ocean 17. We love the condo and rooftop deck, all balconies, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, thoughtfully appointed. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday this weekend and had everything we need for a birthday dinner. There was a power outage on Sunday, so we were not able to turn on the dishwasher upon check-out. There was 1 broken beach chair out of the 5 (we had brought a few of our own so we were OK), and we accidentally took the frisbee with us but returned it the same day and left it hidden behind a bush by the front door. Thanks, and would love to stay again!

The condo is in a great location (Very close to the beach and the town but not noisy) and we could hear the ocean while we were falling asleep which is wonderful!!! We had a pretty good view of the ocean too from the living room, the master bedroom, the rooftop deck (which we loved) and the deck off the living room. Everything was in good order and super clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We’d go back in a heartbeat!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for two days. Power was out most of the day due to a city outage. When power came on the smoke alarms beeped for 24 hours. Chirping every few hours. The master sink would not drain , and i called to see if I could have a late check out and was rudely told no cleaners will be there in 15 min . In which they were not there until 4 hours later as we were still visiting friends. The automatic gate near the garage opens whenpulling into the garage nearly hitting the car twice. Gate needs a pad on it in case it does bounce off the car and should be painted a bright color so you can see it coming at you in the dark. And the garage does not park two cars just one . Too small bc of the cabinet that is standing in the left side of the garage. Other than that, the condo is beautiful inside and is decorated nicely.

Both bedrooms were the same size which was nice. Plenty of amenities provided too. A bit tough to remember all the access codes and tough maneuvering entering/exiting garage due to unit being on end. Very tight squeeze for 2 cars. Overall I would recommend this property. Management was excellent at communicating.

Access to the beach and the stores is very convenient and close. The only problem we was access into and out of the garage for the second car. The entrance is very close to the gate and there were trash cans obstructing the entrance to the garage. There were a few minor repairs I needed while we were there. They were handled within a very short time by maintenance.

A Pleasant stay

Location is perfection. We loved having two master bedrooms with attached baths. The main living area was great for relaxing after a day in the sun. The kitchen was well organized and amazing. Being able to easily walk from the house to the beach was so nice. Also the short (less than a block walk ) to Front St. with all the shops and eatery is an added plus. Our stay was quite pleasant.

It was well maintained and was well stocked with everything we needed. In particular the kitchen had as many gadgets and tools that we have at home. We golfed two mornings and also visited local sites. The charming downtown was steps away, too! We hope to come back--it was the perfect little getaway!

Great stay!

Quality property in Avila. Responsive management as well - the washing machine did not work and, while repairs were quickly underway, the management team took our laundry offsite, washed it, and returned it folded neatly. We will be back!
