Spacieux à deux étages, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain, garage 1 voiture maison juste en bas de la rue de l'accès à la plage # 7. Maison de deux étages dispose d'une chambre en bas avec un lit queen et walk-in, salle de bain avec baignoire, cuisine avec comptoir et des sièges. Grande chambre avec salon et salle à manger. A l'étage caractéristiques maître avec lit King et salle de bains avec baignoire, douche et dressing. Maître a également un balcon privé donnant sur l'arrière-cour. Troisième chambre a un lit queen et un accès privé à la salle de bain avec douche. Cette baignoire a accès à l'espace de vie à l'étage. Laveuse et sécheuse de taille normale idéalement situé dans le placard couloir à l'étage. Cour luxuriante, tropicale et clôturée pour profiter de la réunion de famille ou du temps tranquille!

Easy walk to Beach

We had a great stay here! Easy walk to beach (even with small kids), pool was fantastic and every room having a bathroom was a plus! Close to grocery store/shopping and there was a cute coffee shop right down the street you could walk to. Would stay here again for sure!

Enjoyed our stay

This property was well supplied. Furniture was well used, and we had a little trouble with the Roku TV loading for TV use in every room, but it did not hinder our ability to have a good time. The heated pool and hot tub made this property memorable.

Perfect House

This house worked perfectly for our family. It was super close to the beach access and we absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. We brought our dogs and the backyard worked well for them too. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!

Our son is home from college for the summer so we brought him down to SPI to celebrate his birthday and spend time with family. It was a perfect getaway. Perfect location to the beach, stores, and restaurants!

My only recommendation would be to keep an eye on the pool heater because it’s set on a timer and will turn off. We went in January. We had a fantastic time!

Very nice home, pool, location. We loved that it was pet friendly, unfortunately the fence was down and the next door neighbors had 3 dogs. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Spacious and very clean home for our large family with plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Beautiful private pool and nice balconies. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and beach access. Property manager provided quick response. Looking forward to booking this location for next summer.

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family - two kids / two adults and even our dog got to come along. We played in the pool all morning and walked a half a block down to the beach every afternoon. Grapevine Cafe is a half block away for coffee and breakfast. The grocery store only a block up. This will now be our go-to on SPI.

3rd Stay - Even better post covid

So this was our third stay, and we still consider this our SPI home away from home. It is clear the owners have continued to make improvements over the past year. While the location was good before, it is even better now that the whole bar/restaurant/gravity park/live music scene is going again only a few blocks away. Unless something changes, we will definitely be back again!

AMAZING

We had 2 families with 2 kids each totaling 8 people, the house was plenty big. The communication with property manager and owners was amazing. The house was fully supplied with everything you will need for house and beach. The pool in the backyard is amazing. You can walk everywhere that you need to. We would highly recommend and would stay again 100%!

Nice layout and close to the beach

Nice comfortable stay but the pool pump wasn’t working so the pool had over grown with algae . Would have been nice to be able to use the pool , also dryer was not drying clothes. Might be a good idea not to have lawn service show up at checkout time . But good location and nice stay I would stay here again. Thank you.

Thank you so much, I am sorry for inconvenience but everything it’s been fixed. We did order the part for the dryer and really it took a long to get the part. And pool the filter was causing all that problems but got it fixed. Hope come back again. Thank you!

The private pool was the best part

Overall this property was great. We had the pool to ourselves the entire time amd it was nice and warm. Having 3 full restrooms was great so multiple of us could take a shower at the same time. Having tvs all throughout the house was great. My main complaint was that the upstairs bedrooms are listed as a king size bed and a queen size bed. However the queen size was actually a full size bed. My kids tried sharing the full size bed, but it didn't work out. So we had to switch things up. This would be the only reason I would not book this property again if the same 6 of us went. If it's only 4 of us, then we definitely will. Thanks again for having a pool at your property, it really was the best part!

WORST STAY EVER! DO NOT BOOK

This property was not clean at all. There was clothes from the people before and there were brown stains on a rug in the restroom. The pool was dirty also. My 2year old daughter diaper leaked on the bed and now there charging me a $200 fee for that when there beds should have a protectant slip cover on them. This is a ridiculous property that over charge. Its very outdated and is not even clean and they want to rip me off of my deposit. Just waring you all DO NOT BOOK! WASTE OF MONEY!

Your daughter peed on the bed, In result of your daughter making a big stain on the mattress we had to get it professionally cleaned because we don’t want our mattress to have a stains for our other renters. We had to throw away sheets and the protecting cover, people usually complain about ‘stains’ when they get there not after we take their deposit for another reason.

Great Location, Home Needs Some Simple TLC

Nice home, but needs some simple touch ups before I would recommend or return. Repainting the home would help, current paint old and shabby. The entire downstairs floor is stained concrete, which is great for the beach, but they definitely had not cleaned it in a VERY long time. If we walked without shoes anywhere downstairs, our feet were black. My son slept downstairs, and he kept a towel by the bed so he could clean his feet before getting in. It seemed about as clean as my garage floor, which I don’t clean pretty much ever. Also, you can EITHER heat the pool or the hot tub, but not both at the same time, and it takes too long in winter time to heat both on any given day. Good points were nice pool and hot tub, good location.

Great handicap accessible home

The home was clean and tidy. Only the downstairs bathroom had soap products so we had to buy some products. That was the only minor issue. Plenty of towels in all three bathrooms but guests should bring own beach towels. Pool and hot tub were great. Very short walk to the beach. Downstairs is great if traveling with elderly or handicap who can’t use stairs. There’s a handicap access beach ramp a block away w great parking if the block walk is too much. There is a small apartment attached to the home w long term lease but we didn’t really see them and never had issue with sharing the pool area - they never used it. I’ve stayed at fancier beach front homes that cost way way more, so I thought this home was great for the price point. I did have to call the manager on the day of check in because had not received instructions for check in. There were also no check out instructions so hopefully we did ok with that. I’d stay again.

Spacious, comfortable, well-supplied, great location

Very clean and roomy with comfortable beds and nice linens. Looks like it was originally a duplex, although they are connected via a doorway in the hall: one side has a full kitchen, small table, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroomss, washer/dryer, and living area; the other side downstairs has a small garage, full kitchen, large table, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a couch; upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and large living area. Plenty of room to spread out or to congregate. The hot tub / pool was extremely clean and great for some evening relaxing. The kitchens were well-stocked with cookware, plates, cups, etc., and there were plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cart. They also provided consumables such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, etc., although if you have a large group or are staying a long time you might need to buy some more. Fortunately, the Blue Marlin grocery store is super close. The location is great as a beach entrance is just down the street. It's such a short walk, that we didn't bother taking a bunch of stuff to the beach -- we just came "home" when we needed a break. The hosts were excellent communicators. There was an issue the first day outside of their control, but they took care of it within just a few hours. We had a wonderful visit and look forward to coming back!

Disappointing

We were shocked on arrival as there was someone laying by the pool. The listing had said that this was “Private” pool and spa. My husband went out and spoke to the person and apparently there is another until that is in the house that was not in the listing. I emailed the property manager and the response I got “oh well VRBO must have cut off listing and they are just 2 older ladies that won’t bother you guys. Which is true but the whole reason we rented this place was because of listing stating it was a private pool and spa. At arriving the spa wasn’t not even working and the lady that was there stated the property manager called the pool guy and they were supposed to arrive. The pool guy never came. We even message the property manager and they said they would get ahold of the pool guy. Pool guy never showed. The pool and spa were out of commission for whole trip which again was the reason reserve this placed. We will not reserve this place again unfortunately.

Tropical Oasis

The home was so clean and comfortable. The upstairs has a large family room for gathering and the back yard has a tropical feel to it. The home is a close walk to the beach and after the pool and hot tub are perfect to continue relaxing. My family and I will be returning for sure.

End of summer family fun

Place was a block from the beach access at most, very clean(most importantly no critters), and the pool was amazing. There is a nice cafe for breakfast and lunch a short walk away. They had a beach cart and all the things for the beach. I would def stay again.
