Costa Blanca Townhome Sleeps 13/ 4 Bdrm with Pool

This modern design beach home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private 1-car garage. There's no 'cramming in' at Costa Blanca because of the ample space each bedroom provides. The home offers luxury and elegance: granite counters, marble floors, elegant furniture & 4 balconies. This home is perfect for two small families or a group of 13.

It is a very short walking distance to the beach - you can the view the South Padre skyline and partial views the beach from the balconies. Relax by the large private pool while you watch the sunset followed by the fireworks display (every Friday at 9:15 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The home has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and WiFi. It is conveniently located near restaurants and bars: Longboard Bar and Grill, Lobo del Mar and it is 2 blocks from CVS Pharmacy.

Great place and super close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried that the 3rd floor would get too hot, but it was perfect. The pool was a great way to end the day. Walking distance to the beach, many shops, and restaurants. We would definitely recommend!

Great South Padre Spot

Property has a great location in the middle of island with a short walk to the beach. House is a little compact in the kitchen and living room space when you have 8+ people but totally worth the stay with the private pool in the backyard and location for the beach. Place was clean and plenty of room for people to sleep. Will be returning here for the next south padre trip.

Everything was great, the house was clean and the pool was fantastic. It’s a very spacious place for a group of 12 to stay, the only thing was that the two rooms on the third floor don’t have doors which removes the privilege of having privacy but over all it a great place to stay!

This place is so much more beautiful than what's in the pictures. Me and my friends were stunned by the house and how cute it was. Everything was so nice and clean and Lulu responded quickly during the stay! Would def go back

Great house, close to the beach

This property was perfect for the 11 of us (3 families). The walk to the beach was so easy with kids and all our stuff. My only complaint was that the 3rd floor tended to get VERY hot during the day and wouldn't cool down until 9ish. If you have young kids, I would recommend they stay on lower floors since they'll likely go to bed earlier. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

My family and I enjoyed the stay. We had an issue with the pool and the internet never worked but overall, everyone enjoyed the place and we loved how close everything else was as well. The only thing that I had an issue with was the fact that the third floor did not have doors for the rooms. You could hear the people on the other room and the kids would easily come into the room when least expected (that's why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5). But overall, the house was nice and clean.

Excellent house

This is our third or fourth year staying here. The house is very nice and accommodates our family of 12 perfectly. The location is wonderful, walking distance from the beach and to most shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Noisy location but convenient to beach

We arrived Thursday and enjoyed ourselves till the night life on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Loud music till 2 am all weekend. The picture makes you think you have a huge place but you are only renting one side. The kitchen is well stocked but tiny. Will not rent this again because of the loud music.

Great Padre Beach Rental

Fun on the island!!

This property was fantastic and a great location. The beach was a very short walk as well as restaurants and stores. We had a very comfortable stay and the property manager was wonderful. She was very helpful with recommendations and made our stay most enjoyable. Definitely recommend.
