Linda – thank you so much for your five star review! You found one of our favorite places too at the home – the outdoor space – definitely a great spot to relax. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your time at the home and on the Island & we really enjoyed hosting your family! We appreciate your feedback about the beach towels and with the tight turnaround times for the Island on summer Saturdays, we do ask our guests to launder the beach towels only. The housekeeping crew will take care of everything else. We also understand sometimes time slips away and you might not get around to washing the provided beach towels & that’s okay! Our inspectors are prepared to launder any beach towels during the turnover. We really appreciate your business & we hope to see you again on a future HHI beach vacation. After speaking with you, we are happy to hear you enjoyed working with us and will return to stay with us again! Thank you again for your feedback and allowing us to make it right. After receiving your review - our team took your feedback, inspected the home and identified a few air registers with surface mildew from condensation – these registers should have been addressed before your stay and we apologize for their condition during your stay. Several other air registers will be replaced this off-season as we are aware of their cosmetic condition (either with rust stains developing or experiencing peeling paint). The homeowner is aware of the cracked tiles and is evaluating options for their replacement – while they can be replaced, there is a challenge matching the stone, so we are evaluating a few approaches.
