Little Pelican Stay

Our stay was excellent, it is decorated beautifully, all furnishings were VERY comfortable.Water, soft drinks, fresh cookies were provided and appreciated!Kitchen was furnished with everything we required.We will be back!

Excellent Stay

This property was everything it advertised. It is in a great location and easy access to everything you would need. The property itself was immaculate and clean. I would highly recommend staying there and hope to go back.

Don’t wait on this property!!

Don’t hesitate! This property is a gem! Luxury linens, close proximity to town, spotless and clean, open common area, cookies as a gift, beautiful bathrooms, and more. The host has a gift for hospitality and attention to detail. What a relaxing treat, as we felt welcomed and at home for our annual stay in Hot Springs. It is rare to find a two bedroom rental, especially with two king bedroom en suites. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Perfect Spot

Beautifully Decorated

This is our second time staying at the property and it did not disappoint. This set up works wonderfully for a family and is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. As an air b and b owner myself, this property is expertly maintained with personal touches that set it above other rentals.

Weekend trip

We came for a weekend get-away. It was the perfect spot for us. Prime location to go to downtown hot springs, garvan woodland gardens, lake Catherine & lake Hamilton! We will definitely come again & stay longer! Very clean & modern!

Always amazing

This is our third stay and we love it. The house is so beautiful and the beds are amazingly comfortable. It’s located in a peaceful area but close to everything. The hosts are great and we can’t say enough good things. We will continue to stay here every year.

Perfect spring getaway

The Little Pelican was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. When we arrived, we were greeted with a personalized welcome sign and some cookies. They also left us cold water and drinks in the fridge, which were perfect after a long day of driving. The house was very clean and the laundry room had plenty of cleaning supplies in case you like your house "Monica clean" (Friends reference) or you make a mess. The kitchen was fully stocked. We found anything and everything that we needed. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper. The beds were so comfy! It's located a mile away from the Anthony Chapel and the Garvan Gardens and it's not too far from the Hot Springs National Park and Bathhouse Row. Everything was close enough that we didn't feel like we had to drive too long to get to places. Although the house is located close to a busy street, it was very quiet, especially at night. We enjoyed staying at the Little Pelican, we want to thank the host for being so kind and making us feel welcomed, and we want to recommend this house to anyone visiting Hot Springs.

Wonderful Christmas with family back home in Arkansas.

It was wonderful! Very clean with beautiful decor and holiday decorations also. We had a wonderful Christmas dinner along with a birthday party after, thanks to the beautiful dining room area and spacious kitchen. I highly recommend this place!

Best rental property

This was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Well decorated and cozy. The beds were comfortable as well. I will definitely be staying again. Close to downtown and the tracks but seems like you are in the country.

Incredible experience

From the moment you walk in the door you are surrounded by welcomes of all kinds. Even better than online, you enjoy two complete master suites, GREAT finishes, and conveniently set up kitchen and eating area. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained. We are already planning a trip back to Hot Springs in a next month and this will be our place every time. Thank you for the hospitality.

Beautiful, immaculately clean home

The home was beautiful, immaculately clean, spacious, and full of thoughtful amenities. It was one of the cleanest homes I have ever rented. The host and hostess did a wonderful job decorating and putting thoughtful touches into the property. The beds were very comfortable and the towel warmer was so nice. There was a sweet welcome sign and cookies on the counter when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

Little Pelican

The outside looks nondescript but when we walked inside it was beautiful. Two bedrooms with king sized beds in both and bathrooms in both. The owners left cookies and cold soda. We ate at two of the restaurants recommended and both were good. There was a sign welcoming me when I got inside. Owners were responsive. Clean up was a breeze, take trash to cans on porch and start washer with towels and washcloths. Definitely one of the top rentals I've ever stayed in.

Couples get a way

Beautiful place. Very spacious, very clean. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Gorgeous place loved the side deck with lots of room and sitting. Loved the grill. Loved that it's across the street from Dollar General. i would stay here again, and again, and again. Job well done with the upkeep and keeping it very clean and looking GORGEOUS!!!!!

Great Place!

Fantastic experience while in town for our nieces wedding. Perfect location and great space. Super smooth arrival and check in process. House was spacious, functional, very clean, and had every amenity you could need. Wish we had more time! Would stay again and highly recommend if you are in Hot Springs.

Perfect house if you are visiting or attending Garvan Woodland Gardens. Set up to entertain small groups. Ideally set to access Oaklawn for gambling or Horse Racing. Big comfortable farmhouse table seats up to 10 and side porch with gas for grilling. Perfect in all seasons. Gorgeous urban farmhouse furnishings, quartz countertops in kitchen, white cabinetry. Very cozy and comfortable. Great place to hang-out until just before weddings or events begin at the Gardens. One word says it all - LOCATION.
