Pet-Friendly Keowee lakefront luxury home w/dock, 5BR, kayaks, stone fire pit

We are based in Florida and enjoy coming here each and every time. We love hearing the stories and memories made by our guests while staying at our house and learning where they are from.

We have made many improvements, including a new flagstone fire pit, paver walkway to the dock with lighting, new landscaping and outdoor seating to provide a more enjoyable stay for your family. Inside, we have upsized our TV in the bunk room and added Bose Bluetooth speakers and sound bars.

This is a custom Craftsman style home and this rental is for the entire home, except for the master suite, which is locked off, and the detached garage. The upper and lower levels are anchored by a family-friendly open floor plan with dining room, living room and game area. The kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, utensils, bakeware and all daily living dishes and flatware to enjoy fantastic meals in the cool lake air. There is a large TV for movies and Clemson games in the Living Room and central AC and heat supplement your daily comfort. The exterior lower level deck and stone patio overlooks the backyard, large firepit with seating, dock and lake, with lots of space for coffee, lunch or cocktails.

For those wanting to dominate the cornhole circuit, there is a grass back yard at the lake edge to level up your game. Or for the kids, toss a frisbee or football. For the parents, lay out the beach blankets, sit lakeside and watch boats cruise by.

There is a 14 cup coffee maker, with coffee filters and bean grinder in both kitchens-just bring your favorite coffee beans! There is also a Keurig unit for those that want to mix it up!

Both kitchens have a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezers, electric oven and microwave. The upper level has a gas stove top, the lower level has an electric stove top. We provide a mixer, blender, crock pot and toaster for your use. There is dish soap, hand soap and dishwasher detergent under the sink for your convenience.

We provide bed linens, towels and beach towels. There are four full bathrooms, each stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Disposable razors (1 mens/1 womens) are set out in each bathroom. We even leave you a travel-size tube of toothpaste, “just in case”. The upper level has a half bath near the front doors.

There is a washer and dryer on each level, where we also provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets and bleach. A drying rack is also available for those wet swimsuits from the lake! There is also an iron, ironing board and baby/doggie gate, if needed.

The Weber charcoal kettle grill on the stone patio is available for grilling that "fresh catch of the day" or burgers for the game! We provide charcoal, but if you prefer briquettes or smoking chips, please bring those along. There is wild mint growing in the back yard for those fresh mojitos!

Basic pets (dogs and cats) are welcome! They must be well behaved and housetrained. A limit of 2 pets are allowed and a non-refundable $125 pet fee will be charged. Just let us know that you will bringing them along!

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and clean space for your family. We clean very thoroughly between guests and all bed and bath items are washed between stays.
