Vacances dans le luxe. Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2017. TRES propre et bien aménagé. Climatisation centrale (mini-divisions dans chaque pièce contrôlées séparément), bois franc partout. Cuisine gastronomique comprenant des comptoirs à surface solide en pierre de savon, des appareils haut de gamme comprenant un double four et tous les gadgets nécessaires au chef - Tous les poêles vêtus! La maison est située au bout d'un cul-de-sac et a un accès direct de la maison à la piste cyclable et à la côte nationale. Total de trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain complètes. Chambre à coucher principale - 2e étage avec lit King Size avec télévision murale, BR 2 avec lit Queen Size, BR 3 avec 2 lits jumeaux. Nous avons également un portacrib et une chaise haute disponibles à la maison. LINGE INCLUS. Open Floor Plan permet des réunions de famille spacieuses. Off season weekend stay

Well appointed home with all the amenities for the weekend or a week stay at the Cape. The home was clean and just as expected from the pictures. The bocce ball is a great time for all and the location is perfect for the trail access. Perfect notes for bike rental too

Excellent Eastham home

Very roomy spotlessly clean home, great modern kitchen confortable beds and updated bathrooms. Can literally pedal to the cape cod rail trail. So close to great beaches and restaurants.

Beautiful and Spacious

This house had everything my family needed for a great getaway. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the kitchen had everything that you would ever need. We especially loved how close we were to the bike trail along with other activities that were nearby. We will definitely be going back again.

Our experience was wonderful!! The big kitchen opening into the den was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering!! Loved the big screen TV too! We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit !! We will definitely be back!!

Sea Breeze Delight

The property was all that it promised and more. We loved the kitchen appointments: All Clad cookware. Cocktail and wine glassware, comfy beds, and a very attentive, local hostess. All that you could hope for!

Great Find

The place was perfect for us! Fully stocked kitchen, clean, well lit, modern bathrooms, comfy beds & linens,next to trail and the owners were responsive and friendly. Not a single problem/issue. Each room has it’s own temperature control which is also a huge plus! Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful location and home

This house was amazingly clean and equipped for our vacation. While backyard is secluded by trees, the bike trail is only feet away. Excellent restaurants are a quick drive but we also enjoyed the kitchen where the owners have thought of everything needed to prepare a great meal. We especially liked staying in Eastham where we could easily drive to other towns on the Cape for hiking and site seeing. Highly recommend this rental for a relaxing vacation!

Hope to Return!

Both my husband and I and the two couples that joined us give this place big thumbs up. The layout of the house is excellent, especially the spacious and comfy great room. The kitchen is marvelously kitted out with every thing needed for cooking and dining. The location with its direct access to the CCRT and nearby beaches as well as being midway between Wellfleet and Orleans suited us perfectly! The host was excellent, always answering emails and texts very quickly and cheerfully. We absolutely hope to return for future vacations in this lovely house!

Wonderful property for a family getaway

The house is beautiful and so clean! We were able to celebrate Thanksgiving at the property and the kitchen had everything we needed! It is so well stocked. The house is in a very private, woodsy location but also so close to the water. The firepit and bocce area were great additions for family activities. Communication with the host was easy and consistent. The personal note and gift of wine at check in were really nice touches! Overall wonderful experience!

Great Return to the Cape

We had a wonderful time at Sherry's property! We had not been on the Cape for 6 years after spending many family vacations on the Cape. Sherry's property is very comfortable, high-end and extremely clean, very new and updated. We enjoyed the bike path and the central location to many beaches and activities. Sherry was an attentive host making herself available, if needed ( with we didn't, because everything was perfect). The bocce court and fire pit really added an element of fun and contentment to our stay. We will definitely be staying at this property again and we won't be waiting another 6 years!

Wonderful Property and Amazing Host

We chose this for our family vacation with 6 adults. The property was spotless and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The central air was much appreciated also. The main living area and backyard are wonderful areas to spend time with the whole family. I must note how responsive the host was. Our coffee maker was not working and she had a new one to us in a matter of minutes. We also mistakenly left an important planner behind and she went out of her way to get it to us. Overall a great stay.

So much to love!

We stayed while work was being done on our house. We were here for December and January. It's a peaceful, quiet location. Walking on the bike path was a good way to be outside. There's a bocce ball court that we didn't use but looked like it would be much fun. Also a firepit, grill and deck with table and chairs. Indoors, the kitchen was open and easy to use. Lots of light in the house. We would stay again if we weren't moving into our own home in Truro.

Wonderful home and perfect location in Eastham

We had truly memorable vacation at Summer Breeze last summer. The home is beautiful, immaculately clean and so comfortable. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The location is ideal at the end of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the bike trail and a short drive to the national seashore beaches (Marconi, Nauset Light and Coast Guard). After spending each day at the beach, we loved coming home to Summer Breeze and having dinners outside on the private deck. The house has everything we want for a perfect vacation: comfortable furniture and beds, air-conditioning, an outdoor shower, and a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances. Summer Breeze exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners provide excellent customer service and we would definitely recommend this property for a perfect Cape Cod vacation. We have already booked for next summer and can't wait to go back.

Dream vacation

We greatly appreciated our vacations at Summer Breeze. The house was filled with sunlight, it was open and airy as well as clean. Cooking in the kitchen was a pleasure, due to the incredible quality of the appliances. The master bedroom was truly confortable. In the living room, the couches were fluffy and there were , at our disposition, a home theater system along with a stereo. In short, everything we needed for our dream vacations to come true was at Summer Breeze. The beaches (Nauset beach and Marconi) were easily accessible , only a few minutes by car. The bike lane was just meters away from house. The owners were available and extremely efficient when we had requests. We enjoyed our stay so much that once we were back home from our vacations, we booked for next year right away!

Cape Cod Getaway

If you are considering this property, look no further! Book it now! The location on a quiet dead end cul-de-sac is conveniently located to the Cape Cod Rail Trail between Brackett Road and Marconi Beach Road. The owners have provided everything to make your vacation relaxing and stress free! We usually dine out while on vacation but the kitchen in this home will entice you to eat in or al fresco on the deck! We enjoyed an evening around the fire pit along with the gift of wine from the owners. There is bocce and corn hole and an outdoor shower. Check in/out is seamless and communication with the owner is very easy. Due to availability we were allowed early check in and late check out. Everything about this home is top shelf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. Thank you Sherry and Rich for providing the ultimate Cape Cod Getaway! We hope to return in the future!

Wonderful Stay

As soon as we walked in we knew it was going to be a great vacation. Pictures are accurate and owners have thought of everything you might need. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, easy access to Cape Cod Bike trail, and a convenient location to beaches, restaurants, Chatham, Orleans, Wellfleet, & Ptown. Our fav beach was Marconi spent time at Nauset & Head of the Meadow in Truro. Rented bikes from Idle Time Bike shop, Loved the Bookstore restaurant in Wellfleet at the harbor, Nates Fish Market & Land Ho in Orleans. We got our fill of Great chowda, lobstah and seafood everywhere. We were so appreciative of the owners thinking of us during the hurricane and helped solve some logistic plans which was a big relief since Cape Air & Ferry cxcled all departures from the Cape. We were too busy to enjoy the Bocce court or outdoor firepit, however we did enjoyed the private deck off the patio for morning coffee or happy hour at night. Grill came in handy too! Loved the outdoor shower. Thank you for a great weeks stay, hope we can return soon. B&V

Enchanted Eastham

This house is amazing. Everything was high-end and spotless. The owners were excellent with communication and answered all of our questions. It was well stocked with supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. There were beach chairs that you could borrow which was amazing since we forgot ours, We played corn hole and Bocci which was available at the house. The openness inside the house allowed everyone to have their own space but still be together. The owners left a personal note with a gift. We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful property!

The pictures just don't do this property justice. We were so happy to see how incredibly stocked the kitchen was for a group of "foodies". The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for our group to enjoy television programs on the spacious sectional couch. The owner was incredibly responsive. We will definitely be back!
