Lakefront Home 20 Minutes de TIEC, Jeux Mondiaux FEI!

Venez pour un week-end ou séjournez pour des vacances prolongées! Notre maison est située sur le lac Lanier, à seulement 20 minutes du centre équestre international de Tryon et parfaitement située pour explorer les petites villes pittoresques de Tryon, Landrum et Saluda, ou pour des excursions vers Asheville, Hendersonville et Greenville (environ 30 à 45 minutes). un moyen).

La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose d'un quai privĂ© pour nager, flotter, pĂȘcher ou simplement profiter de la vue. Explorez le lac sur nos sept kayaks situĂ©s dans le hangar Ă  bateaux pour votre plaisir. Nous avons Ă©galement un foyer et un barbecue Ă  gaz en plein air, ainsi qu'une douche extĂ©rieure pour ceux qui veulent se rincer avant de rentrer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur.

Lorsque vous arrivez à la porte principale, vous trouverez une cuisine spacieuse et moderne comprenant un ßlot central, un four double et de nombreux autres équipements. La table à manger peut accueillir 12 personnes confortablement et il y a un porche surplombant le lac. La suite principale (avec salle de bain privée) se trouve également au niveau principal et dispose d'une porte séparée donnant sur la véranda.

A l'Ă©tage, il y a trois chambres (chacune avec un lit queen). Deux de ces chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses pour accueillir un lit queen gonflable surĂ©levĂ© (fourni) pour les enfants, et la troisiĂšme chambre dispose Ă©galement d’un berceau. Une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse sont Ă©galement situĂ©es Ă  l'Ă©tage pour votre usage.

Au sous-sol se trouve une deuxiÚme suite parentale (avec un lit king size et une salle de bain privée) et un grand espace familial avec canapés et chaises pour regarder la télévision ou des films. Il y a aussi une abondance de jeux de société ainsi qu'une table de ping-pong pour votre plaisir.

Une grande allée en ciment et une aire de stationnement pourront facilement accueillir six voitures. Les serviettes et les draps sont inclus. En outre, pour votre commodité, Internet haut débit sans fil est disponible dans toute la maison. Une épicerie est située à moins de 800 mÚtres.

We absolutely LOVED our stay Bergsjo! Ellen was proactive in messaging us with details and information prior to our stay and immediately responded when I reached out with questions. She was so helpful and communicative! The house was gorgeous and immaculate. It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and more! The design and layout afforded plenty of space for togetherness but also allowed privacy with bedrooms spread across the three levels. The rooms were all well appointed and spacious, and the beds were super comfy. We loved sitting on the boathouse dock, enjoying coffee and admiring the beautiful lake setting. We were lucky to be there during peak leaf week! The color was glorious! There is also a great lakeside firepit stocked with firewood too! My only complaint is that we didn't get to stay longer and take advantage of the kayaks available! This was one of my best VRBO experiences. I will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful spacious and comfortable lake house! It’s perfect for a large family or several couples, with a well stocked kitchen and 3 levels of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our group of seniors really enjoyed our stay. Place had what we needed and was decorated nicely.One issue is the stairs that worried us. They need some work to make them safe. We didn't care for the benches on the kitchen table. Not comfortable if you sit a while. But we found some folding chairs and other chairs we could use instead. Liked the individual heat/air controls on each floor. We also liked walking on the road around the lake.

Family getaway

This house was everything we needed and more! Everyone had their own space, as we had ages from 6months old to 83 years old. The owners were very easy to reach and were very accommodating. Looking forward to coming back!

Lovely lake house

We came for a quiet getaway to visit family. Pleasantly surprised by the kayaks! (Didn’t read all the info to see that). That was the fave part of the whole trip. The teenage boys loved just floating on the lake in the kayak. The house fit our needs perfectly for our family. Host was great with communication and getting in touch with. Would stay here again!

The Perfect Retreat

This beautiful lake home was perfect for my recent visit to South Carolina. I was traveling for my job and worked an event from early morning until late into the evening. This lovely home really was a restful and comfortable retreat after working all day. There was plenty of space for all to have their own bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fireplace was wonderful to take the early morning chill away. The view of the lake was very peaceful and a couple of my co-workers did a little paddling around in a kayak. There are several other homes on the lake but we didn't hear anything from the folks that live there. Everyone was quiet and respectful of their neighbors. The host was very kind and helpful for our visit and communicated very well through the vrbo app. I am already thinking about another reason to visit this home. I would love to stay there again.

Bergsjo

The house has large bedrooms and easily accommodated our three generations with 4 couples and 6 children under 12. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to get everyone around the dining room table. Our trip was one week after Hurricane Helene caused so much damage in the area. Our hostess had gotten the downed tree cut and the driveway and yard cleaned up. She verified that the electricity, internet, TV and cell service were available; that the roads around the lake and in town were clear and open; and called to check that restaurants and grocery stores were open. She knew which groceries had inventory and which did not. Although we thought about canceling our trip, she reassured us and we had a grand time. We picked apples, hiked, biked, kayaked, played tennis, fished, and swam. We enjoyed ping pong and other games in the house. We had a campfire with smores. We could not have asked for more in a rental and hope to return.

A Perfect Family Choice

We have stayed at this house for over 6 years for a family gathering every year. It is a perfect place for those who love the water, family dinners, games and just a relaxing time. It is perfect for us with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, large dining table, cooking kitchen, dock, fire pit and lovely setting. I would highly recommend.

Great home designed for families. Well stocked inside and out. All outdoor equipment was new and in good working order. They supplied enough Kayaks for large groups to go together. Our family had a wonderful time and plan to stay here again!

Perfect family vacation spot

We loved everything about Bersgjo--the very well-equipped kitchen, the big dining table that fit our entire family, the toys for our 3 year old granddaughter, the amazing screened porch and deck for gathering to play music or games or just relax. We used the kayaks every day, grilled out, swam, and played ping pong. We had planned some expeditions to nearby towns, but never wanted to leave! Thanks so much for the wonderful stay, Ellen!

Wonderful Christmas Gathering Place!

House was perfect for our extended family gathering at Christmas - clean, comfortable and very spacious. The porch, dock and firepit were lovely areas to relax and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. The neighborhood was quiet and there were plenty of shops, restaurants and hiking nearby. Owner was easy to communicate with and went above & beyond. Would highly recommend!

Never Go Wrong

This was our 3rd stay at Bergamo - and it continues to offer us a great place for a family vacation. Located on the lake and surrounded by old tree growth, it provides a perfect location for a summer retreat. With a shallow water place for the youngest kids, to kayaks and floats for the the older and oldsters, we are never bored. Ping Pong, a place for movie night, doll house, play house sables, games, lovely walks, or just bird and turtle watching provides many options for family engagement. A large and well equipped kitchen and dinning table make meal times easy and fun. Access to groceries, ABC store, coffee shops, cafes, nail salons provide easy access to vacation needs. Wishing your family many good memories here as well.

Memorable Experiences

A perfect family vacation home, providing optimal housing for a larger family. Located on the lake, the house is large enough for all to enjoy their stay with 3 1/5 baths and 5 bedrooms, as well as a large dining table and family room with large screen tv and ping pong table. Great Home with all you need

The house had everything you need. It was nice not to have to bring linens. Kayaks were nice to get around the lake in. good deck to fish off of and nice to have the screened in porch.

60th birthday lake celebration

What a perfect place to spend a week with a large family of young adults, mostly married, and small children. We hiked, visited nearby towns, played games and laughed a lot. This place allowed us to spread out and was set up with everything we needed. It was clean and so comfortable and Ellen was a wonderful communicator. The lake, kayaks, floats were just perfect but it's hard to beat the porches for the view! Will definitely return here with no hesitancy.

Exactly what we were hoping for

Large and spacious enough to accommodate our extended family. Right on the lake w/ plenty of at-home activities to keep the whole family entertained: fishing, screened-in porch, fire pit, kayaks, table tennis, board games. Location was also ideal for making some day trips to Greenville, SC and Asheville, NC

Family Vacation after Covid

The property was just as described! It had everything we needed and more! Dishes, glasses and all the cooking pans and dishes we could use! Paper products, trash bags, all towels including towels for the lake, most spices that we needed! Plenty of space for everyone! The screened in porch was amazing as was the fire pit area and the boathouse deck! The kayaks were awesome as were the floats available for use!! Communication was easy and responsive. I would highly the home!!
