Comprend un service de plage GRATUIT, 2 chaises longues matelassées et un grand parasol directement sur la plage, les 3 / 1-10 / 31 (sous réserve des conditions de la plage et si le temps le permet). Un excellent bonus pour nos invités, il peut atteindre 40 $ / jour, 240 $ / semaine. Dites simplement à la personne qui distribue la chaise dans quelle unité vous restez.

Ce grand condo peut accueillir confortablement 13 personnes, avec suffisamment de salles de bain pour minimiser les embouteillages.

* 2 suites Master: chacune avec un lit king size et une salle de bains privative.

Le maître en bord de mer propose un bain à remous.

La 3ème chambre a 2 lits queen et une grande télévision à écran plat.

La 4ème chambre a des lits superposés avec une télévision à écran plat.

Le canapé du salon se retire dans un lit queen.

Toutes les chambres disposent de grands téléviseurs à écran plat et il y a beaucoup de placards et de commodes pour répondre à tous vos besoins, pour toute la durée de votre séjour.

Cette unité est au 5ème étage (pas trop haut comme beaucoup d'unités mais toujours avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan), une hauteur parfaite pour profiter des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle, regarder les dauphins, ou écouter les vagues relaxantes de l'océan sur le très grand balcon ou depuis le salon et la chambre principale.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et répond à tous vos besoins si vous choisissez de cuisiner.

Old and tired

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was old and worn. Flooring was in poor shape, one of the toilets ran the entire time. There were no kitchen towels or hot pads. Very limited cooking utensils. No spatula. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart. Dishwasher was difficult to turn on - on button was worn off - just a hole. Dryer did not dry the clothes. Just very disappointed with the overall condition of the unit. Building and amenities were as advertised. Staff was very attentive.

Great Week with Our Framily!

Overall, we had a great week with our framily (4 adults and 6 kids). Check-in was very easy. Location was great. Plenty of space for all of us. Elevators were quick, except during high-traffic time. There was only one complaint. Upon arrival there were a couple minor things that required maintenance (broken ceiling fan, toilet seat, and kitchen chair). Property managers were very responsive and said we would see someone by the following day. However, it took 3 calls and 3 total days before maintenance came, but the problems were fixed quickly once they arrived. We would stay here again on a future trip.

Majestic Beach Resort don't go

The Check-in was very bad because of the Parking permits mess-up. I paid and was told by the security that I was a liar. Others also paid and had proof and the security would not even look at their email confirmation and made the pay again. Security was rude at parking and in the building. They should alll be replaced. The people doint rental chairs lined them up past Majestic property and made people with pop-ups go to next property to set-up. The HMO put up signs tto make people stay behind rental chairs. This is a public beach and they have no right to do so.

Vacation stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental wasn’t what I expected. It was not very clean The bed cover still looked dirty We had to rewash them. There was stuff all over the floors the pullout couch bed was broken. Our bathtub was still dirty. The balcony was very messy. I go to Panama City Beach every year and stay at driftwood lodge I would recommend it any time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was very overpriced for what you got. The amenities outside the room were great. The room was just the problem.

Fun in the Cold

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as location it was great. The property was well maintained. However, the unit itself need to be checked for repairs. Some of the furnishing were being held up with blocks of wood. There was sand on one of the beds, but it is the beach. We reported a leak in the garbage disposal on Monday. When we left on Saturday no one had come to check it. These issues didn't cause us any problems as far as our stay. But the weather was very uncooperative. Cold and windy. BUT!!! A bad day at the beach is still better than a good day at home

Condo review

This condo is a perfect place to stay if you have a big group going on vacation! There was plenty of room for 13 people to sleep comfortably and have their own space. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great, great access to the beach, several pools and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

It was clean but needs some work done on it the closet door in master bathroom is on backwards and the cabinet doors in the kitchen are not hung correctly causing the paint to get peeled off the bottom of the doors

Cleanliness was not up to par in the slightest

We recognized the condo was not clean upon check-in. We had a young baby with us who is crawling. Moments after putting the baby on the floor he was filth, we proceeded to have to clean the bathtub before even being able to give him a proper bath. We spent HOURS of our first night in the condo cleaning. Reached out to the host and property manager to try to get a refund for our cleaning fee, as clearly the place was not cleaned. Sent several photos to back this up. They originally seemed as if they wanted to make things right, but since the first interaction there has been no more communication on their end. Would not recommend staying in this condo if cleanliness or basic morality is important to you.

Fall getaway

This was a perfect place for the seven of us family members to stay for five nights. Very satisfied with the roominess of the condo, big balcony on the oceanfront, close to so many restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

Beach condo

The condo was beautiful, and came with a starter kit to get us going to the first couple of days. It was equipped with all the cookware we needed for each of our meals. The beds were very comfy. And O.M.G. the water pressure in the shower was just amazing!! The beach was absolutely breath taking. We loved our stay here. We will be back!

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would probably stay again. Things that need attentions are light in bedroom by the kitchen does not work and that door will not stay closed. Sinks in kitchen and middle master bathroom leaks. Toilets in both masters need to be fixed, runs a lot. Sofa and loveseat are very uncomfortable. Could use new mattresses in 1st bedroom.

Beautiful beach

We had a beautiful view of the beach from our large balcony, it was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning. The condo had a lot of space! The pool was really nice, my boys definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The management team was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely go back to Panama City Beach again!

Horrible host- great location

The first day we were there we noticed the hot water was not working so I contacted the host and after no response I called the property management company. The next day someone from the property management group came out and looked at it, but said he would need to come back the next day with a new part to fix it. The next day came and went with no fix so I reached out to the host again and again had no response from the host. We were there for 5 days with no hot water because it was never fixed and the property management kept saying someone will be out to fix it, but no one ever came and the host never responded to my multiple requests to help resolve. The location is incredible and we loved all the options for swimming on property, but we experienced the same issues that others have posted like lack of silverware, folding chairs at the dining table , poor cleaning prior to arrival, and broken patio furniture. I would stay in the complex again, but not this condo or any managed by this host.
