Beautiful location, neighborhood very close to bars, restaurants and grocery store. Host very supportive and responded quick to any correspondence. Highly recommend this location to everyone.
A friend and I were in KC for an academic conference and found this apartment clean and pleasant. It's near a great coffee shop, a donut shop, and a variety of restaurants. Cute residential neighborhood also convenient to downtown. Comfortable beds to return to and a functional kitchen. Would stay here again!
We stayed at this rental while visiting KC for the weekend. It is an older rental but was well kept- clean, everything worked, and was perfect for what we needed. The unit is about 10 minutes from downtown and was within walking distance of various shops/ restaurants. This has become our âgo toâ rental when we are in the KC area due to location and price
The house felt cozy and welcoming, very comfortable. You have a little bit of everything right in walking distance and the host is responsive and very helpful. I would stay again without hesitation! Absolutely perfect!
The property was perfect for our one night stay for a concert in KC, small, but perfect for 4 girls! Communication from Lance was the best of any host Iâve ever stayed with!
I chose this property due to how close it was to Midtown. The space is very charming and well appointed, located on a peaceful tree-lined street with plenty of parking in both the front and back of the house. Communication with the host was pleasant and checkin was seamless. The area felt safe and the home itself offered the security measures necessary for peace of mind while staying here. This property is a great option for couples or families that are in town visiting and that want to be near the action while still having a place to unwind after a busy day.
Great location to go to City Market, the Plaza and Westport. Only complaint is I didn't realize the bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. The bathroom doors could use WD40 (little squeaky). Otherwise it was perfect for our needs. Clean and convenient parking. Enjoyed our stay!
The location of this property was fantastic, we were central to so many locations. This was a property that felt better suited to folks who would not be spending much time there- the kitchen was serviceable and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. It is a bit more worn than the pictures show, so be aware. Again, not a bad stay for the price.
The house was great, a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures. Parking was limited. Super close to Westport for bars and food and right inbtween north and south kc so anywhere we went in the city was a super resonable commute.
It wasnt communcated to me that there would be a tenant above us, sharing the house, so that was kind of an awkward surprise, but overall a good time.
Host was great gave me all the info but the house is in a need of a deep clean and updating. Smelled like smoke and real musky smelling.
Carpets and furniture needs replaced. Beds were good but bathroom needs a serious deep clean.
The property reminded me of a rustic lake cottage without the lake. Two bedrooms were nice with jack and jill bathroom between. It was perfect for a few days stay for Chiefs game. Neighborhood was nice, kool donut shop around the corner and breakfast place nearby.
It did have a bit of doggie odor on bedroom pillows and somewhat musty overall especially when it rained. Having allergies to mold, that was not a good thing.
Pricing was good. Nicely decorated.
It was a nice house. Very quiet neighborhood. But according to both the Ubers we took, it's not so much of a safe area. The QT down the road, within walking distance, has an armed guard and a police officer at all times. Crackheads begging you for money at the BP which is closer. But none of this will matter if you go to areas further away from the house.
