La villa Electra est une villa de luxe de trois chambres et deux salles de bains avec piscine privĂ©e de 5 x 10 m situĂ©e au cƓur de Coral Bay Village et dans une impasse privĂ©e calme et relaxante et Ă  quelques pas des banques, supermarchĂ©s, restaurants et cafĂ©s ainsi que la plage de sable de Coral Bay. Cette villa est idĂ©ale pour des vacances en famille et pour les nouveaux visiteurs Ă  Paphos ainsi que pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas nĂ©cessairement louer une voiture pour leur sĂ©jour. La villa dispose de chaĂźnes Wifi et TV britannique. Nous fournissons Ă©galement des serviettes de plage et 2 sĂšche-cheveux. Just what was needed

From start to finish communication with Russell has been first class. Very helpful, supportive and patient (I sent quite a lot of messages!). Remember, until things change you WILL need to have a Covid test before you leave the UK or you won’t be allowed to fly. Keeping an eye on the Cyprus government website is a must. The transfer arranged was great (thanks Alan) and also the update from him, on our journey, since we last were here. On arrival to the villa, once we dropped off the luggage, we walked to the wonderful Philippos supermarket to get some food and provisions as needed to eat as hungry (I wished I’d asked for basic provisions to be left at villa so we didn’t have to go out straight away). The grocery delivery service is still available which was a godsend) then chilled out time by the pool. Everything you need is within walking distance, the supermarket was about 10 min walk and the beach about 15 mins (going to the beach is all downhill so remember to have the energy to walk back up again!)😂 The villa was spacious and more than plenty of room for the 3 of us. The bedrooms were lovely and cool with the air con and the pool area was big with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating with a big sun brolly for shade (I like shade!) The villa is situated halfway down a quiet dead-end road so limited traffic seen when lounging around the pool. There is a petrol station at the top of the road on the corner of the main road. The bus service continues to be great and cheap so you don’t really need a car but if you want to go further afield one can be useful. Contact with the management team via text was quickly actioned. Overall, Cyprus is an amazing country, they’ve taken Covid safety seriously and the residents were there to ensure you remain safe and adhere to social distancing but enabling you to have a great holiday too. Coral Bay remains my favourite area and the villa was in a perfect spot. Thanks again Russell and Marcia.

Villa review

We stayed in the same villa last year and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. You have everything you need. The beach up the road. The fabulous weather, easy access to coral bay and Paphos - lovely restaurants in both. The owners were very helpful with any queries and responded very quickly. The pool lit up at night is fantastic! I would highly recommend this villa and will be back !

Well all I can say is Russell was amazing nothing was to much trouble for him and the information he gave us was invaluable. The biggest compliment I can give is we didn’t need to contact his team while on our 10 day stay because the villa was perfect.Any-information was available in the folder including places to eat takeout places to visit etc. The pool was beautiful the air conditioner a god send. Perfect Villa for our family holiday

Villa was well presented and in a perfect location in a cul-de-sac of just eight Villas, and only 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. This meant we had a quiet and relaxing location. This Villa has a fantastic 10x5 pool was great for 6 people, and very clean at all times. The gardens are also very well maintained. Also outside there is enough cover when you need to get out of the sun!! Internally all three bedrooms have air conditioning which is a requirement during the summer months. Plenty of space in the open plan downstairs area with a dining and lounge seating for the maximum number of guests, also great WiFi signal!! This is our third visit to the area in four years and this has been the best Villa we have stayed in to date, couldn’t fault it! Access to the beach is easy the are plenty of sun beds available (at a charge) and a wide variety of water sports, along with a fully stock bar area! In the strip you will find plenty of restaurants all offering a great variety of food, and believe me we had tried many during our holidays and haven’t found one yet where we have had either poor food or service. Our favourite being the Italian called La Vigna which serves up some quality food, especially steaks! We also recommend the Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant for a great evening of entertainment and food. If in a larger party then make sure you book in advance as can get very busy. Phillipos supermarket is a 10 minute walk where you can buy absolutely everything including a well stocked fish and meat counter for your BBQs at the Villa should you wish to use. For us Coral Bay is a perfect holiday location due to all the aforementioned but also the locals are so friendly and accommodating. We will certainly be returning at some point in the future and would not hesitate to use or recommend this Villa. Thanks to Russel and Marcia

Great stay

Overall brilliant stay. Pool fabulous, location great and villa comfortable and well equipped. 2 points to note. There is no air conditioning in the living area, I dread to think what it would be like in humid and hot August. It was quite unpleasant in late June early July. The fan provided tries hard but was basically recycling hot air. .There are units in the bedrooms though so sleep was not disturbed! The second thing is we were there 11nights and didn’t have a mid stay clean or bedding/towel change, we would have liked it certainly when I would say the villa wasn’t exactly spotless when we arrived. These are just constructive points to raise as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay , would return (perhaps not high Summer unless there was air con in the living area) and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Coral Bay/Paphos area

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED VILLA!

We stayed for 9 nights in Villa Electra in June 2019 and this is by far the best all round villa that we have ever had the pleasure of holidaying in! The villa itself is very spacious with loads and loads of wardrobe space in every bedroom that you would find very hard to fill! The air con in the bedrooms is an absolute dream! The beds are very comfy and each bedroom opens up to access the balcony/terrace where my wife spent many an hour sunbathing with the upmost privacy! Both showers were spot on with no issues what so ever. Down stairs again very spacious with two comfy sofas to watch TV on in the evenings if you don’t fancy going on to the strip for a meal. The kitchen has all the equipment that you will need with dishwasher, washer and large fridge freezer. Outside
..well what can I say about the outside and grounds of Villa Electra. STUNNING! The pool is massive! There is a lovely masonry BBQ area, and a lovely pergola wrapped with a material to keep you in the shade to eat your meals. The strip and beach are around 10 mins walk away and the large Supermarket Philippos is 5 mins walk or a 1min in the car which was very handy for doing the shopping. We highly recommend Trattoria La Vigna, which is an Italian just on the left-hand side at the top of the strip! I had one of the best steaks of my life in there and I BBQ quite a lot and have had quite a few steaks over the years! ;) The pictures of this villa really don’t do it justice at all and we were very impressed with what we found when we arrived and explored over the holiday! Over all our holiday was perfect in Villa Electra on the lovely island of Cyprus where the local people are very nice and we will definitely be returning at some point! Thank you, Russell & Marcia!

Perfect all round stay

The villa is lovely and the heated pool is to die for, it really is heated not the usual 'heated' pool abroad, this was warm, my parents were in it so that tells you. Everything you will need is laid on by Russell & Marcia, its clean, the beds are comfy, kitchen fully equipped and appliances easy to use, the gardener was there to tidy up round the pool when we were there too! The outside space is brilliant, large table with plenty chairs and sun loungers which are comfy- can thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous Villa

We had a fabulous time in Cyprus and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything you could ever possibly need is at the villa. You can easily manage without a car as the beach is a short walk away and so are the shops but we prefer to be able to travel further afield and visit the mountains and the baths of Aphrodite - not to be mistaken with the birth place of Aphrodite we found out once we arrived oops 😊 The pictures of the pool really don’t do it justice it’s amazing !!! To say that we used it every day is an understatement, we went in as much as we possibly could. The owners Russell and Marcia couldn’t have been more helpful and responded to every query quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this if you are looking to stay in Coral bay. The colour of the sea is breathtaking and watching the sun go down on the beach every night was a dream ! I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Coral bay and will definitely be back.

Really lovely villa, can’t fault it !

The villa had everything and more that you would need it to have, it was very clean, we spent hours in the pool with all of the family enjoying it, we took full advantage of the built in BBQ ! The beach and the local shops are within a 15 min walk.

Wonderful, relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in Cyprus , The Villa was clean comfortable and spacious it had every home comfort, the pool was a big part of our holiday we used it everyday well maintained. The location of the villa is good not to far away from restaurants and bars and close yo the beach. I would defiantly recommend this villa to friends and family . And we be looking to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Villa in an ideal location. The owners Russell and Marcia were extremely helpful. Fabulous for families, lovely, well kept garden and outdoor area. lovely heated pool, BBQ area (we used quite often). Would highly recommend and we will be returning.
