Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how uncomfortable it can be when an HVAC issue occurs, especially during a period of extreme temperatures. That said, we do want to clarify that our team communicated with you throughout your stay and made multiple attempts to have the issue addressed, including sending maintenance to the cabin and offering additional service. Unfortunately, the opportunity to have maintenance return to the cabin was declined. Our team cannot properly resolve an issue or determine its cause without access to the property, and we did not want to enter without your permission. We take our guests’ concerns seriously and made every reasonable effort to assist during your stay. While we understand you were disappointed with the outcome, our decision regarding compensation was based on the circumstances and the service opportunities that were offered. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Thank you for your review! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the cabin and its beautiful, convenient yet secluded location. We appreciate your feedback on the memory foam mattress—comfort preferences can vary, and we understand it may not be for everyone. We'll certainly take your input into consideration for future improvements. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall, and we hope to welcome you back soon.
