Le cadre côtier de Key Largo vous attend de l’intérieur de votre villa située devant la marina lorsque vous entrez par la porte principale offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le port de plaisance privé du club Mariner et sur l’océan Atlantique.  Des portes coulissantes en verre surdimensionnées s'ouvrent sur la véranda couverte depuis le salon spacieux et élégant et la chambre principale et vous offrent une vue idyllique sur les activités de navigation de cette villa au rez-de-chaussée.

Le club des 115 marins offre un plan d'étage ouvert pour vous permettre de divertir et d'interagir avec votre famille.  Que ce soit pour préparer quelque chose de spécial dans la cuisine bien équipée et bien équipée, avec des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable, des meubles en bois percutants surmontés d'un granit luxueux, détendez-vous autour de la grande table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement avec des sièges supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner, ou écoutez le jeu sur la grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon ou tout simplement en fermant tout le matériel électronique et revenez à l'essentiel en partageant un jeu de société passionnant… il y a beaucoup de place pour faire des souvenirs pour toujours tu es venu ici pour.

Villa 115 propose 2 chambres à coucher formelles et converti la tanière en une 3ème chambre (pas de placard) pour dormir 6 personnes confortablement dans des lits.  (L'occupation maximale est de 8 personnes. Veuillez vous reporter à nos conditions générales pour la définition de l'occupation maximale). Chacune des deux chambres à coucher formelles est dotée d'une salle de bain privative et le salon principal dispose d'une demi-salle de bains en deux pièces (toilettes et lavabo).  Comprenant que certains clients peuvent avoir besoin de travailler un peu pendant leurs vacances, la vitesse de connexion Wi-Fi la plus élevée vous est proposée gratuitement.    

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une grande télévision à écran plat, une luxueuse salle de bains avec baignoire spa, douche vitrée, toilettes séparées et bidet.

La chambre 1 dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bain privée attenante.

Chambre d'hôtes 2 est la tanière convertie et dispose de deux lits simples et d'une télévision à écran plat.

Great location! Perfectly stocked rental with beach towels and kitchen stuff. The property is amazing with two pools, two hot tubs, game room, Pickleball, basketball, and tennis courts! Will definitely be back.

Great family spot!

We really enjoyed the property for our family vacation with the friends. The layout is great for two couples and two or less kids! The amenities of Mariner’s Club were amazing! The pool is one of a kind! Close promontory to John Pennekamp and Islamorada. We would choose this location for our keys vacation again.

Great place!

We had a great trip! The condo was clean and spacious, and we loved how many amenities were available to us in the Mariners Club community. We had to bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags but were told beforehand to do so. This place was perfect for our family trip.

Amazing location! Absolutely Beautiful!

Our stay was fantastic! The check in process was quick, easy and everyone was super nice and friendly!! Our only complaint was that the cleaning crew could have done a better job. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

We are happy to know you had a fantastic stay and you found our checking process easy. I agree - We do have the most helpful and friendly staff! Please keep in mind on your return trip - any deficit you find in the cleaning upon arrival it’s one phone call and we’ll send the cleaning company back. They do a great job but we understand things can be missed - especially on the quick turnaround days where one guest leaves and another arrives…please do not ever hesitate to let us know though so we can make it right for you. We look forward to hosting you again on your next stay!

Beautiful villa, well equipped, well maintained. The clubhouse was a lot of fun for adults and kids. The main pool was great along with the poolside music. We asked for a early check in and the ladies in the office were very nice to grant our request. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Exceeded our expectations!

This property was awesome and exceeded our expectations. The rental company kept in constant communication and made the process of checking in/out very easy. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we could need from toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen. The actual property was nice and secluded but still central to everything we wanted and needed. My family and I loved the resort style pool and game room. Would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Key Largo!

Great welcome and intro to property when we arrived. SUGGESTED: Sundivers snorkeling - incredible experience, reasonably priced Lazy Lobster Restaurant - great food, atmosphere & service. Quick, easy & friendly. Rental and check in/out process could not have been easier

Spacious and comfortable

The place was very clean and had lots of space. The location was close to many nice restaurants. My only minor negative feedback was that I wish there had been more bathroom/kitchen supplies. In the apartment for a week there was only one paper towel roll, 2 garbage bags, minimal TP, etc. Given a full week stay, we had to buy additional supplies. Otherwise, it was a great place and had a lovely view.

Thank you for your feedback. We do the best we can with emails and texts leading up to guest's arrival to let them know our rentals are self-catered so while there is a courtesy starter pack of these things, guests do have to provide for themselves for their stay. Please come back and visit us again!

The villa far exceeded our expectations. It is exactly like pictured or better. Tons of space. Loved having a washer and dryer. The patio overlooking the marina was one of our favorite places to hang out. Pools and hot tubs are great and the kids loved the game room. We even enjoyed talking to the ladies at the front gate. Smooth process from booking to checking in and checking out. Also gave us a folder with info about where we were staying and things in the area.

Everything was very nice. The only minor issues was that the appliances did not work terribly well. For example the fridge did not cool as it should and the oven only worked on the convection side.

Scuba diving with Rainbow Reef, renting a Hobie Cat from Caribbean Watersports for a sail in the gulf, and renting bikes from Key Largo Bikes and Adventure tours and heading south to Islamorada. Very friendly and helpful. Everything was accurately represented and carefully explained. Thoughtful welcome package with useful items. Very responsive to questions.
