Christina was very responsive and helpful if a question came up. It is small which we knew, but probably better if youâre not being tied to âhomeâ for the entire stay or your time there is rainy with little ones, since there is only really the futon for a sitting area. That said, the front porch was great for relaxing and the back yard is huge and has a great fire pit and wood supply. I misread the listing and thought from the pictures that there were two beds. Itâs a bed upstairs and a futon in the small living room. Cleaning people missed a few spots but nothing major and Christina responded. No big deal but wanted her to know it was an oversight for the next guests.As pictured, the stairs are steep and narrow so not for an older person or someone with mobility issues. Great AC and tower fan in the bedroom. Cabin feel. We were at an athletics event during the day and were there for breakfast and then porch sitting at night. It worked well for our visit.Kitchen was lovely and the basics are all there. Beach passes are a huge benefit and itâs just about 2-3 short blocks away. Great fishing spot at the boat launch just at before the beach. Great value for the price and Christina was very attentive.
