Que vous soyez dans le séjour ou dans la chambre, vous ne vous lasserez pas de cette vue exceptionnelle sur le Théâtre Antique. Cette location pouvant accueillir 5 personnes dispose de 2 chambres, une première avec un lit 160 et une deuxième chambre avec lits superposés, d’un canapé-lit 160 dans le séjour, d’une salle bain avec baignoire et de WC séparé.
Vous ne manquerez de rien dans la cuisine : lave-vaisselle, frigidaire, congélateur, plaque vitro-céramique, four, four micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire, tout y est.
Nous n’avons pas oublié les indispensables : WIFI, télévision, lave-linge et climatisation.

Great place in Arles

Olivia reached out to us before we arrived to make sure our check-in would go smoothly. She and her husband Lionel met us nearby (there's no parking near the apartment), showed us where to park, and walked us to the place. It is clean, well-maintained and perfectly located overlooking a Roman amphitheater. The beds were comfortable and the appliances in working order. An excellent place to stay in Arles at a reasonable price. Strong recommendation.

Superb communications with host and property manager! Although we were prepared to walk the 15 minutes to the property from Gare de Arles, Janneke picked us up after 2100 on a rainy evening to take us with our bags to the property. She was great to work with and very responsive. The property looks exactly as advertised. The combined washer/dryer machine works great when you learn how to use it. The property is very conveniently located for exploring all of the museums and monuments in Arles.

Perfect situation for a beautiful stay

Stylish, very well equipped, nice decor and plenty of space, clean and comfortable with the most amazing view of the theatre antique. Great central location, secure and easy to reach all venues. Olivia and Lionel are most helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation. There are 2 long flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Wonderful apartment - great host!

Olivia was very helpful from the very beginning. Excellent communication from the moment we booked our stay. Upon arrival she was there to walk us through the apartment and to review some highlights of what to do while in Arles. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was in a great location with an easy walk to all of the places we wanted to see. We highly recommend this property!

What a treasure!

It's always a bit challenging to stay in the old parts of European towns, but so worth it! And I look for rentals with good windows and interesting views....success! Christine was charming and patient guiding us to the apartment and provided great information. I would definitely stay here next visit to Arles.

Sleek apartment in historic building

This apartment is the best of all worlds—and time periods. It’s modern, roomy and comfortable and also ideally located in the old city with a stunning view of the amphitheater. Our family of three had loads of room to spread out before heading out into the charming, narrow streets of Arles.

Wonderful stay for a family of four!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. We were met in a parking lot right by the apartment so the owner could take us, and our car, to the apartment within the pedestrian areas of the city to unload our luggage. We didn't use the air conditioning but I'm sure it would be lovely in the summer. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a view of the theater that can't be beat. I'm not sure if our travels will take us to Arles again but if so, we will definitely stay here.

Can't imagine a better location in town!

Well, I'm sure there are other nice spots but this one was great. Close to the main in-town sites, and you can watch the working stage in the ancient theater from the windows (great outdoor ballet show there on our last night). Seems newly renovated, is in great shape and very comfortable. Could use a manual for the washer/dryer, but we've had that problem with the European machines we've tried. Overall highly recommended and we'll try to book it the next time we're in Arles.

Great property. Clean, modern, perfect location with great customer support.

We just completed a two week stay at this property. The property was exceptionally clean, very modern, with plenty of hot water and separately controlled air conditioning in each room. The property is in a great location, right outside the ancient theater and very near the arena. It is very quiet and close to many great restaurants. During our two week stay, we ate at a different restaurant every night and walked to them all. We also found Arles to be a great location both given the ability to easily walk around the town and the ability to get to many other nearby cities and towns. I also can not say enough about the great help Maga provided during our stay, from answering many travel related questions, to meeting us for a 6 AM departure, to providing an easy solution to our parking. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property to my family and friends.

The Best of Both Worlds

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Apartment Overlooking the Ancient Theatre! We appreciated Maga's gracious welcome and orientation to both the apartment and to Arles. What make this property the "best of both" is it's modern, clean and spacious layout located within the incredibly quaint location of the historic center of Arles. The AC was a must for us in June (perhaps others are far tougher than us) , and everything functioned well, and the apartment was well stocked. The view of the theatre from both the main living area and the larger bedroom are amazing. The beds were comfortable and the nights were quiet for sleeping. I recommend this property enthusiastically to groups of 2-4 visiting Arles. We hope to return again soon to this lovely apartment, and to Arles as it is a lovely place to walk, and to learn, and to explore.

Amazing!

Spent four days in Arles as part of a longer trip and it was by far our favorite part! The apartment is so comfortable and well located! We were warmly welcomed by Maga who helped us find everything we needed! The Ancient Theatre is is literally at your door and directly out your window! While there are tourists all day, there was never a problem with noise. At four stories up, we were well above the crowd. And it makes for such a lovely view! Maga helped us find free parking as well! There is a grocery story just outside the city walls (easy access). The property was very clean, the bed comfortable and the kitchen very well fitted for our needs. There are restaurants just outside the door as well! A perfect vacation location. We recommend it highly! Thank you for such a warm welcome and fabulous stay!

Best Appartment in Arles!

This apartment is excellent for a couple or for a family. We were a family of 5, with older teens, and we had plenty of room. Apartment has been totally renovated, has excellent AC (needed in Arles in summer), and YOU CAN'T BEAT THE LOCATION - windows looking out on the Roman Theater! Olivia and Lionel were excellent hosts!

Perfect apartment in perfect location!

My husband and I spent 1 week in this brand new apartment and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It's situated literally across from the Roman amphitheater so that every day we awoke to an unobstructed view of this incredible 2000 year old piece of history! It's actually still in use today- in fact we were entertained by a local dance company rehearsing and performing on stage during 3 weekend nights of our stay. It was surreal to see them performing in such an ancient venue- and it was free- just look out the window! The apartment is super clean, as the owners have just remodeled it. The bed is very comfortable and is a queen size, larger than most in Europe. The owners are a lovely young couple, Olivia and Lionel, who will answer all your questions and will make your stay as comfortable as possible. We called Olivia with a last minute change to our arrival time and she was very gracious about accommodating us. She makes it easy for you to get in and out of the Old Town, where access and parking your car can be difficult. In fact, we were able to secure FREE parking the entire week, thanks to her recommendations. Arles is a great spot from which to explore Provence and itself provides the Roman arena and amphitheater, museums (check out the Cryptoportiques!), numerous restaurants and don't miss Market Day! We miss it already.

Las mejores vistas de Arles

Un apartamento muy acogedor y muy limpio. Fuimos con una niña pequeña y no encontramos a faltar ningún detalle. La realidad mejor que las fotos.La propietaria muy amable, y las vistas y la situación no podían ser mejores. Volveremos porque nos quedamos con ganas de ver más cosas de aquella maravillosa región.

Cet appartement se situe justement en plein coeur du centre historique là où nos hôtes pourront visiter la ville sans avoir besoin de prendre leur voiture . En effet les musés,les monuments ,les restaurants...bref la vie arlésienne se situe à la porte de cette maison.
Arles est une magnifique ville située entre mer et montagne, à deux pas des Alpilles et de la Camargue: elle ravira amoureux de la culture et de la nature
