Notre suite offre environ 1000 pc pour une ou deux personnes, deux couples ou une famille avec enfants de 13 ans et plus. L'appartement a été récemment construit en 2017. Il est fonctionnel, confortable et à plusieurs pas d'une chambre d'hôtel, d'un condo ou d'une maison de ville. Nichée au bout d'un cul-de-sac tranquille surplombant le village d'Oak Creek dans un beau quartier isolé, cette propriété jouxte le National Forest Service et un fairway verdoyant du Sedona Golf Resort. Une toile de fond au service forestier et au terrain de golf crée un panorama à 365 degrés des roches rouges - y compris Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte et Cathedral Rock.

La propriété dispose d'un accès à l'arrière-cour pour la randonnée, le VTT et les promenades sur le parcours de golf. Kel Fox Trail est un sentier modéré de 2,5 milles à distance de marche de la résidence. Des locations de VTT sont disponibles à proximité. Le parcours de golf est disponible pour des promenades matinales ou des promenades au coucher du soleil.

Cette maison a tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour, y compris le Wi-Fi, les draps, les serviettes, la laveuse et la sécheuse. C'est un environnement parfait pour célébrer, guérir, explorer ou jouer dans la majesté des roches rouges. The Fitz Ritz is everything promised and more. The unit was sparkling clean and well-stocked with dishes, utensils, bathroom items and linens. The location could not be beat with terrific views of several popular red rock formations from the outdoor seating area as well as the living room and one of the bedrooms. It's a very quiet and safe area, while at the same time being close to attractions. Tons of hiking, tour and eating recommendations are provided in the unit. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location for a Sedona visit and have already recommended it to a family member.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Thoughtfully appointed with all the extras—a cooler, ice packs, fresh flowers, candy, and maps and guides for the area. The outdoor space was lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee in the morning, while coyotes and deer wandered by, and evenings with a glass of wine. Very peaceful! Our hosts could not have been more kind.

We have been staying in VRBO’s for over 20 years and this rental is in our top 5. Nancy is a fantastic hostess and she keeps her property very clean and well stocked. The kitchen has anything you would need if you want to prepare a meal. She even provided some start up bottled waters, fresh flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine. She gave us some traveling tidbits about a backroad to avoid the Sedona traffic as well and a few tips about our trip to Grand Canyon. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to stay out of the hub bub of Sedona and enjoy some peace and quiet.

What a beautiful, well stocked apartment. Nancy and her husband made our stay very comfortable. There were fresh flowers and chocolate . The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable.The view is absolutely amazing! We had a coyote run right by our door and saw javalinas in the area.The apartment is a great place to stay while you explore Sedona and surrounding areas.We will return!

The Fritz Ritz was an amazing place to stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well stocked for those who like to cook while on vacation. This accommodation is also conveniently located near numerous restaurants and near to the lively arts community.Being avid hikers, my husband and I loved the proximity to hiking, and the numerous natural wonders available within a short drive. The host provided an assortment of books and maps that helped us decide which hikes to take on a daily basis.The outdoor space was an added bonus! The birds entertained us each morning, and other wildlife, including deer and coyotes, visited us in the evening or early morning. It felt close to nature while still in a comfortable suburban setting.While there, we did not utilize the golf, pool, or other club resources since our focused was on hiking. But for those interested, they are close at hand!Our hosts were warm, kind, and accommodating in every way. They definitely aim to make your stay an enjoyable one. We highly recommend a stay at the Fritz Ritz.

Thanksgiving in Sedona

We had an amazing stay for our thanksgiving holiday! Nancy was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive, with endless suggestions on how to have a wonderful time in the Sedona area. The home was beautiful comfortable, peaceful and well stocked with everything one would need. The surrounding area was full of wildlife which we enjoyed seeing. We especially enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee each morning. We hope to stsyvagain sometime!

wow, just fantastic! Great hospitality and accommodations !

My wife and I just finished our week long stay (October 2018) and couldn’t have been more pleased with the attention to detail. Nancy and Doug were very attentive and accommodating. What a great stay at an awesome place! Much thanks!

Great Experience!

Very clean and organized. Owners were quick to respond to any request. Will definitely stay again if we return to Sedona.

Absolutely perdect!

My husband and two older boys thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fitz Rittz! The property is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views and and beautiful golf course. All the accommodations are very comfortable and accommodating. If we ever come back to the Sedona area we know where we’ll stay!

Fantastic! Wonderful location. Relaxing and accommodating

The Fitzpatricks were wonderful hosts. Generous and willing to provide any and all information. The apartment was great and perfect for us. I would recommend staying in Oak Creek, about 8 miles from the center of Sedona and the Fitzpatrick property is perfect.

I love Sedona and look forward to sharing our beautiful little slice of Sedona with you. I moved here as a new bride 40 years ago after a stay in Sedona with friends. We raised and home schooled our 2 beautiful daughters and cheered them on in soccer, softball, swim team, basketball and volleyball here, built a commercial building, The Fitzpatrick Building located in Bell Rock Plaza where my husband has his law practice. I worked as a radio broadcaster but mostly worked as a Dental Hygienist with one year working in beautiful Bern, Switzerland! For 7 years I worked as a Realtor but now work as a Legal Assistant and I am available to assist you in answering any questions you may have to make visiting Sedona your best trip ever.

For the elevation, views, stars and clear skies, privacy and desirable neighborhood. It is very peaceful with no traffic noise, lots of birds and wildlife including deer, elk, cattle, coyotes even an occasional bobcat, mountain lion or snake! Our acre borders the forest service so there is often natural animal kingdom entertainment.

The residence abuts forest service for hiking and a golf course for walking. It is a short drive from Red Rock Crossing for access to Oak Creek and numerous established hiking and mountain bike riding trails. It is a mile from several fabulous restaurants, two spas, a grocery store and two golf courses!
