Bienvenue sur Sterling Breeze 2001!

Commençons par la configuration de la literie: King, Queen, 2 ensembles de lits superposés, Queen Sleeper Sofa. Cela signifie que ce condo dort 10 confortablement.

Ceci est un magnifique condo avec un look de plage haut de gamme qui est très populaire. Il a été entièrement redécoré cette année. Mais ce n'est pas seulement les points de vue à l'intérieur qui le rendent spécial. Les vues sur la plage et le golfe sont spectaculaires. Vous passerez beaucoup de temps sur le balcon car la vue vous captivera. Le service de plage est inclus pendant la saison.

Vous allez adorer le spacieux salon. Le canapé-lit Queen est grand et confortable. Il y a un grand écran TV avec câble pour quand vous êtes échoué, comme ça va arriver! Ou, surfez sur le net avec la connexion haut débit. Et bien sûr, les vues sur la plage depuis le salon sont spectaculaires aussi.

Le KITCHEN est une beauté avec des comptoirs en granit. Il est ouvert et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, donc peu importe que vous cuisiniez votre spécialité ou que vous répariez des sandwiches au fromage grillé, vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire plaisir à la famille. Il y a un grand bar de la cuisine avec des chaises de bar, donc vous pouvez prendre un peu avant d'aller à la plage.

La salle à manger a une grande table, très confortable, donc tout le monde a une place à la table.

Le MASTER SUITE est très spacieux. Grand lit king size avec une belle tête de lit. Il y a une autre grande télévision, le même bouquet de câbles. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour toutes vos affaires aussi. Le bain de maître a une pleine promenade de verre dans la douche.

Le SECOND MASTER a un lit QUEEN. Et une télévision quand vous voulez juste sortir pour un moment à la fin de la journée. Cette suite possède également son propre bain.

La troisième chambre est une zone kid-friendly avec 2 ensembles de couchettes! C'est pour les enfants avec beaucoup de place pour dormir et jouer. Il y a un 3ème bain pour les enfants aussi.

La zone LAUNDRY est située pour rendre tout le monde dans les vêtements propres un jeu d'enfant.

Ces chambres et le canapé-lit dans le salon faisant chambre à coucher pour 10 avec 3 salles de bain complètes.

Nice place

Location was perfect! Beaches were really nice and not crowded. Veiw from the 20th floor was breathtaking! I would definitely stay here again!

Good location and good elevators

Pros- The location is just a short walk to Pier Park. The pool side restaurant and bar was great and convenient. The elevators were never an issue. The condo lobby was nice and clean. The 2 entries to the balcony was nice. Cons- the whole kitchen felt like a film or grime was over all of the utensils. The bed is BROKE in the master. I have a picture if needed. The washer smells like mildew (we still used it bc we had too). The oven doesn’t work bc the bottom heating element is out. So, if you plan to cook like we did for a family of 8, reconsider or purchase groceries you don’t need the oven for. The security could be less harsh when telling a group of kids that the limit on the hot tub is 11 at a time instead of demanding they get out bc of code enforcement. Random people walking into the pool area with no pool bands but the pool bands were “required” on property which tells me that the randoms walking in weren’t staying at that condo. Where was security during ALL of those events? Later of film on the wall hangings. The condo could use a good scrub.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay there everything was great just the main bedroom was hot for some reason at night the air conditioning was not working like it shud in that room. Also the elevator they don’t have air conditioning but besides that everything was great. Everything that you will need is super close Walmart, pearpark, restaurant, and shopping center.

Great place for a big family

Loved our stay until they took the elevator down to 1 for the whole building. Wait times were horrible. And people are so rude.

My family has been coming here for 3 years straight and we love it. This past time it wasn't as clean and there was a couple problems we had with the place. Hopefully they get it all resolved for next year but still overall a nice location and stay

I miss the view already!

Great location, high quality property. The check in process could have been more streamlined with directions to the wristband sellers (yes, you’ll need to buy these) but overall we had a very positive experience and would return again.

The room had a lot of space for the six of us. It also had a great view from the balcony. Refrigerator was broken but fixed promptly once informed.

Beautiful view

Great location, right in the beach. Plenty of room for 8. Everything was clean. Broken blinds in one bedroom and no hot water in one bathroom sink but nothing that would keep us from staying there again. Bedding was minimal on the bunk beds, our girls were all glad they traveled with their own blankets.

Highly Recommended

We stayed here at the end of June 2022 for 6 nights. There were 6 of us staying at night and during the day we had 9. This place is bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. It was very clean, had a perfect view off the balcony, beds were comfy. The location was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again. Only thing I'd add to this condo is a grill. Over all, we highly recommend this condo!!

We had a family Thanksgiving get together. It was lovely. Everything was wonderful. If anything would be changed, possibly the living room furniture was worn. But that didn't affect the wonderful time we had. Thank you!

Relaxing stay

Location was great, walking distance to pier park, many shops, and restaurants. Beach access was convenient and included wash station before returning to building. Condo appeared as shown in pictures and was clean upon arrival. Plenty of room for party of 10. We had no issues with elevator and rarely had to wait more than 2-3 min for them. Being on a higher floor was a bonus to the trip as we were able to see stingrays, a sea turtle, and many school of fish from the balcony. Only flaw was a brown colored storm drain/water runoff that lead into the beach area in front of our condo. It discolored the water somewhat and was mostly just an eye sore but did not effect the beach a little farther down which was short walking distance. Overall, not a huge deal. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Good stay

Overall a pleasant experience. The condo property itself was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one elevator was working which made check in and check out times extremely busy. We waited over 45 minutes for an elevator during the 4p hour. We just avoided using the elevator during that time the rest of trip and it was better. There also was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom off the kitchen. It smelt like someone had stayed there with cats previous and they put the cat litters in that bathroom. Outside of that the stay itself was great. We would consider staying here again.

Great getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at sterling breeze. Check-in process was much smother than what others have previously said. Staff was friendly and helpful. Condo was well cleaned and stocked with necessities. Plenty of room for our party of 7 without feeling over crowded. Balcony beach views were amazing. We even got to see a huge sea turtle from our room, and lots of dolphins. Just be prepared for the little things including: parking fees, pool bands, and minor elevator wait times. Also be sure to make sure to read your rental policy closely for the check out policy. I almost overlooked the necessity to call when checking out.

Senior trip

The condo was very nice. But that being said: There were no extra blankets for the pullout couch so we had to use beach towels for the person sleeping on the couch. Was not informed of the extra cost of paying for a parking pass and bands for use of the pool and other amenities on property. And was under the impression when I was notified of the cost for the parking passes the it was $43 for both passes for the unit. But it was per car so that was an additional $86 not accounted for when planning the senior trip. The location is as perfect. Close to everything.

PCB is always busy in the summer, so we expected some delays, but the building only has 2 elevators. A bit inconvenient. I was under the impression that parking spaces were included in the price, but they weren't. Had to purchase them upon arrival. Only one person checking people in for amenities and luggage carts. Property needs to expand customer services to meet the needs of vacationers. Beautiful views and lovely condominium. Needs more attention to detail with regard to cleanliness. I'm picky though, so it may just be me.

Beautiful views of the gulf and beach

It was right on the beach with beautiful views of the gulf. There was always a nice breeze on the balcony. We couldn't access the balcony from the master suite. Very nice bathrooms and showers. It was a long walk to the garage to bring everything in and out or to go anywhere in the car. Very nice kitchen. It had lots of appliances and dishes. Nice large refrigerator. We cooked in a lot. We had difficulties getting the TVs to work. There were 4, but each seemed to work differently. We never found local news or shows. The management company was very helpful with trying to get the TVs to work or with any other issues we had. The condo is close to Pier Park, many other activities and restaurants. It worked well for family of 7.

Spring break with family

The property was very accommodating for my large group. My only complaint would be the beach service. Beach service was supposed to be including with the rental. It even says so in the description of the property. That was just a flat out lie! We were able to get beach chairs with no problem the first day but the second day we were told that it was a mistake & asked to pay or move. We paid extra for something that was supposed to be included. Management was no help when I asked about it. They basically said they knew nothing about it. Highly disappointed!
