Le PTO Carriage House est une option tranquille et confortable dans la ville emblématique de Rosemary Beach. Rosemary Beach est rapidement devenue la première destination de vacances de plage du Sud et il n'est pas difficile de voir pourquoi. Le PTO Carriage House est à 4 minutes à pied ou à 1 ou 2 minutes en vélo de la plage et à seulement 1 ou 2 minutes de la piscine Sky Pool ou Cabana. Vous préférez faire du shopping et dîner? Marcher 3 minutes pour arriver à Barrett Square et Main Street, où vous trouverez tous les magasins et restaurants de Rosemary Beach.

Le PTO Carriage House dispose d'une chambre avec lit queen, une chambre avec lits superposés juste à côté de la chambre avec deux lits TWIN et un salon spacieux et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une table à manger pour quatre. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète située au premier étage. Le salon offre une télévision à écran plat et un canapé sectionnel pour votre divertissement et de détente

Perfect Carriage House

Reviewer Comments: Everything was exactly as describe and the location was a short 7 minute walk to the beach along the tree lined walkways, right across from the sky pool, and just a few blocks from the main square. Management company was very communicative and everything was well explained. Highly recommended.

Dated but comfortable

The location is great and a short 5-7 min walk to town, pools and the beach. The carriage house had what we needed for a short stay for a couple and an infant, but it’s getting pretty dated. As another review noted, the upstairs is very warm. We rented a box fan and used the fan provided, but the floor vents had no airflow coming through them at all. Seemed like it wouldn’t be a hard fix. As a note, they did add blackout curtains to the bedroom but not to the bunk area yet.

Okay but with flaws

Overall was just okay. We have stayed at many properties at RB and most are updated, bright and fresh. This was the same price range but hadn’t been updated and felt like it’s been rented “hard”. The upstairs (where bedrooms are) was very hot. It took two fans going full blast to sleep comfortably (we stayed in May). The shower head was awful, especially when you want a good clean after the pool, beach or sweating outside. Two of the doors to the balcony didn’t lock. It was poorly stocked with paper products - tissue box has two tissues, with no replacements and less than 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. I would not recommend staying here unless it was the last option left.

Pretty House in RB

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very pretty house and the furnishings inside are nice. It's quiet and close to the pool, tennis center and fitness center. It would be much nicer if it had a chest of drawers in the bedroom so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. There's plenty of space for one and this is mentioned in previous reviews. A full length mirror is also needed here, and again, plenty of space. The kitchen is lovely, but cooking utensils (knives, pots/pans, etc) are in need of a refresh.

Great kitchen and living space, comfortable bed and linens, easy 5 minute walk or less to the beach down the path. Highly recommend. The property management company was so accommodating when we arrived early, helped us get on the beach before our property was ready, held our luggage so we could start vacation. Check in and checkout was a breeze, all by text.

Great Carriage House

We hooked this house last minute for spring break and were really thrilled about the set up. We have stayed in several, and they are all nice, but the upstairs of PTO is sectioned off and not open to the downstairs, which really makes it feel a lot bigger. The downstairs is very open, and the kitchen is big! PLUS, the built in bunk beds were awesome. It was great to have a room for us, and 2 beds upstairs as well for our kids. The laundry was clutch too. The upstairs bed probably could use a new mattress and the decks could use some furniture, but other than that, everything was clean, as advertised, and very easy access to our favorites….Eastern Green, town square, and Coquina pool. Finally, 30A Luxury Vacations property management was fantastic! They are super responsive, communication is clear and easy, and they were happy to problem solve when another visitor was blocking our parking. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Great getaway

This was a great spot for a getaway. The location was perfect—about a 5-minute walk to the shops and about a 7-minute walk to the beach. It was clean and quiet.

Disappointed

Didn't have the access code to the door before we arrived and had to call multiple times to get the correct one. Heating and AC did not work upon arrival, took two service visits to fix. Then it malfunctioned again. Would expect better for the price.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the second year we have chosen PTO Carriage House when on holiday in RB. The property is in a great location, with notable amenities such as the garage, bikes, and location. We enjoy the surroundings immensely - with the exception of the living room sectional being replaced with a probably the most uncomfortable sofa ever. We would also note that small issues like dirty upholstery and maintenance issues remaining from a year ago be addressed - like a broken window shade in the dining room and a loose shower fixture plate. Regardless, this is a unique and special property worth consideration.

Summer Rosemary Beach Family Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach. Location of the carriage house is excellent with everything within 5-10 minutes walking distance! Few downsides though were that upstairs does get very hot as there's only 1 AC control. They do provide a fan, but in the summer upstairs is warm which is where all the beds are. Also, some of the blinds did not have proper coverings on them, so the sun would shine right through early in the morning. And lastly, we unfortunately saw 2 cockroaches in the property!Overall though, we were satisfied with the carriage house and location is one thing that you cannot beat! The 2 bikes provided were a great added touch to get around everywhere!

Weekend getaway

The property and the management team ensured we had a great stay. The included bikes were awesome to have and allowed us to explore neighboring areas. Everything in Rosemary was walkable from the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we just loved our visit to the PTO carriage house. Our friends stayed in the main house and it was a great stay. We are a family of 3, so this carriage house was perfect for us. I think it would be tight for a family of four or larger. The beds are my only complaint, the pillows were flat and the beds not comfy. could use new mattreses/mattress pads and a headboard.

One negative is that the bathroom is downstairs but overall the place is great. Clean and has all the amenities necessary. If you plan on cooking there are no pots so bring your own.

There ended up being a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the staff were extremely quick and attentive to our needs. We unfortunately had to change rentals due to the leak but the staff was extremely quick and accommodating.

Great Stay at RB!

The proximity of the property was close to all the amenities that RB had to offer. We walked for food and entertainment during our whole stay. We loved all the windows and openness of the space. This was our first visit to RB and we were sold. We will be back very very soon!

The biggest issue we had was people parking behind the garage which made it impossible to get out with our car. The property management company was very quick to respond when I contacted them. The outdoor space could use a small table and some chairs. There was only 1 chair available when we were there. Overall, a good experience!

Good stay!

The home was a bit worn down (the couch had lots of stains, many scuffs on the walls, etc.), but it was overall clean and great for what we needed. With a little bit of refreshing, this home would be perfect! The location was perfect! Close to everything- we biked everywhere we wanted to go. The management company was overall very responsive for the most part, except for getting back to us regarding late checkout- we had to follow up 4-5 times in order to get a response.

Amazing location!

The main bed is very firm so keep that in mind. They provided bikes and locks. All the cooking supplies, extra fans and plenty of bath towels. You do have to bring extra trash bags and detergents but that’s told ahead of time! It was the perfect location. Very clean, they were really great at communicating. Perfect for two kids and a couple, there is a cute get ready little area too and we put a pack and play there. Couches had some stains but comfy. Could use a bigger tv and the Apple TV confusing. They provide a baby gate too which was nice since stairs. It’s quiet and garage easy. It was a great stay. Perfect for a little family. It really is a great vacation carriage house. I would go back again! Thanks for a great stay.

A little threadbare

Great location in Rosemary, next to the fitness center, pool, and tennis center—the unit could use a little work/updating. Bedrooms are upstairs, and it was hot— there is a floor unit that mitigated the heat, but it was still warm (and I am not one that needs the room freezing)

No oven

Reviewer Comments: The oven was broken and not communicated to me prior to my arrival, so I ordered groceries and had them delivered with anticipation of an oven.I ask for some refund because we had to go out more because we couldn't cook some of the stuff we ordered without an oven. They sent us the smallest toaster oven and you couldn't cook anything in it.
