Our stay at the Kidd Carriage House was great. The property was clean, easy to access and a great location to downtown and the beach!Overall there’s not much more we could’ve asked for other than a few more hooks for towels.

We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend here! We usually rent larger properties, but this trip was just for two. The property was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Even though listed as a “carriage house,” the property was very private and quiet. So much so that we were completely unaware there were other guests staying at the main house until we saw them checking out at the same time as us! We were pleasantly surprised as this was our first time renting this type of accommodation setup.The management company was great with communication and very responsive throughout the process. They also texted to let us know that an early check-in had become available which was an unexpected bonus. While we weren’t able to take advantage of it, it was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!!

GREAT location to Rosemary Beach town square! Cute little place. Perfect for a couple. A couple coffee pods for that first morning would have been a nice added touch. Worth noting might be the lack of an ice maker. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great! The check in process was easy. The house was very clean. Great location close to everything at Rosemary Beach. Close to two of the pools. The kitchen and living area was nice and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic things. The laundry was super convenient! Only thing I’d suggest is they need better pillows! Other than that, we already can’t wait to come back.

Perfect place to stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for a beach getaway! It was just perfect for the two of us! We walked everywhere; the beach, downtown for dinner, and some shopping, it was amazing!

We stayed for an anniversary weekend with our 2 year old and it was a blast! The bicycles that were included was really nice to have. The area was quiet and it was a plus being within steps from a pool! Definitely will stay again!

The property was beautiful & well thought out, as listed. There were no coffee cups available our first morning. The property management team provided them later that day. Unfortunately, they did not handle the plumbing issues professionally. The toilet was running continuously. I called & texted the property management team within the first 2 hours after arriving on Monday. The technician replaced the flush buttons on Wednesday. There was no diagnosis of the problem prior. The flush button was not compatible with the flush mechanism. This did not resolve the issue. The toilet continued to run the entire stay. A plumber arrived Wednesday with a flush mechanism that was too big. On Thursday at noon he replaced the mechanism & reported it fixed. Thursday evening the toilet would not flush & continuously ran. We were given access to the main house to use the bathroom Thursday evening “for 24 hours”. The plumber returned at noon Friday to replace additional parts. The running toilet continued & the tank refilled every 30 - 40 seconds. We were unable to sleep our final evening. Thursday a request for a call from the property manager was made. That call was never received. We hope this issue is resolved for future guests.

Our plumber returned multiple times during your stay to work toward a repair, and when the issue persisted, we provided access to an additional bathroom on the property and refunded a portion of your stay. We also delivered coffee cups the same day you requested them. You’re right, your requested call should have happened, and we apologize for missing it. It felt inviting and pretty tidy overall, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip.One small suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror and perhaps improve the bathroom lighting, as both would make getting ready a bit easier.That said, those are minor details compared to how lovely the space was. Overall, it’s a gorgeous rental, thoughtfully designed, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall we had a positive stay at the Kidd Carriage House. Communication and cleanliness was excellent. The management company responded quickly. We loved being farther back in Rosemary but still close to shops. A few things of note that aren’t necessarily cons but I wish someone had shared or the info was included in the listing for full transparency. If you plan to cook please note there are no cooking supplies (olive oil, salt and pepper etc). There are a few pots. Also there were only 2 cereal bowls, 2 coffee cups etc. there were 4 plates. So I would come stocked with those items and maybe some paper plates and utensils. As the listing states it is a carriage house. What is not stated is that it shares a wall with the main house’s courtyard. That wall (with a window) butts up to the sleeper sofa. Another family was staying in the main house and enjoying the pool in the evening. This made it very difficult for my kids to go to bed. They are old enough that eventually they could fall asleep but should be noted for littles. We could hear everything they were saying. Additionally if you plan to cook note there is very little storage for non refrigerated items. A metal kitchen cart off the side would have been helpful. So I would suggest bringing a tub to store all food items for the week. Honestly this is a perfect space for a couple but maybe not the best for families.

Absolutely amazing location, space, and quality. Our stay from beginning to end was great! We absolutely adored this little house and have already looked into next years dates. Perfect for a couple looking to getaway. We rode the provided bikes every single day, used the chairs for sunset, and fully enjoyed the space.
