Great location with clean, comfortable accommodations! We truly would t have changed a thing and just had the best time. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops.

Perfect property in between the beach and the bay! So close to the water and convenience store, there's a beautiful park nearby and the parking was awesome we had the garage to ourselves. Plenty of beach chairs umbrellas Sand toys and even boogie boards. Amazing place to stay with family!

Property was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with Accessories and plenty of towels for everyone. Proximity to the beach was wonderful and the rooftop deck was a great way to cap off the day!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shoreline Villa! The Villa had enough room for all of us and the location was amazing. From one direction, we had a view of the beach and from the other, a view of the bay. Both were within easy walking diastance. Having a garage was very convenient as parking in that area was very popular. We only had one issue with a door not locking, but Trent, our host for the weekend, was quick to respond and remedied the problem. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable was air conditioning. The weekend we stayed was very hot, but the many fans in the Villa helped. We would stay here again.

The location was perfect! So close to the beach, shops and bars and restaurants. Once we got there, we walked everywhere, our car never left the garage. The unit was very clean and decorated very nice. It had everything we needed and so much more! The host checked in to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything which was very nice. We would definitely return in the future!

Great space, great location

The house was very nice!! Clean and nicely decorated. The hot tub and patio area on the roof was great!!! Nice to have a quiet space, but still enjoy the view of the beach/ocean. House was only about 2 blocks to the boardwalk/beach and a great location to the pier and shops and restaurants.

Family vacation

We had a great stay. The property was clean, well stocked and comfortable for our family. The check-in and check-out was simple. Great location on Balboa Peninsula between the beach and the bay. We parked our car in the garage and didn’t need it again since we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We would rent this place again.

Visit to Newport

Great location, 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to restaurants etc. - beautiful, long walks along the beach, we had a great time. Great location to watch the boat parade. Apartment had everything, 3 bedrooms, great kitchen and living room, superclean. The 2 car garage proved to be vey, very useful. Great support received along the entire stay from Host/Avantstay. We will come back again!

Nice Place

Compares very favorably with a half dozen other rentals we have enjoyed in Newport Beach area. Only issue here was finding the garage door for use of key code. Late at night arrival and unfamiliarity with layout left us out of garage until day after arrival. Not a significant problem.

The location was amazing and the property is overall very well maintained. There are some areas that are a little musty (such as pillows on the couch and the carpet by the tv). The hot tub was a little murky. This is overall an excellent property!
