What a lovey place to stay, It was so peaceful and amazing sunset. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the activity of the marina. Everything is so close. Our visit was to see the Angel Oak Tree and it did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.
good overall location - very peaceful - a good restaurant only a short walk from the condo - the property had a Keurig coffee machine & other amenities
Great, relaxing stay after arriving by boat. Location of villa to our slip directly below made access to either easy and convenient. With Salty Dog Cafe on property, an ice cream shop, Marina Market and Freshfields nearby it is a great location with fantastic views!
The property was exactly as it was listed. Everything was clean and well kept. The host was super easy to communicate with and provided all the information needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. Great experience!
Great condominium and easy access to marina. Docks and waterway watching from the back porch is easy. Back porch overlooking boardwalk, docks and waterway. Relaxing and peaceful. Nicely decorated and modern amenities.
My husband and I came to Charleston to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed our stay
This property was delightful for us. Peaceful, clean, roomy, beautiful view of the water. We are avid bird watchers, so we were able to observe and identify many shore birds using our spotting scope. We traveled to historic Charleston to enjoy historic tours and romantic dinners. Memorable time away together.
The condo is right on the marina and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Quick drive to Freshfields. The view is gorgeous. Very peaceful. Thanks Dan for sharing your property
Beautiful views, very clean, beware of construction in complex
The views from this condo were unbelievable. You can see dolphins swimming by from the couch. I wanted to point out the positives and a few negatives.Positives:-Views especially the sunsets!-Very Clean-Host is very responsive-Beach chairs provided if you need them-Two bathrooms in a one bedroom!-Close proximity to everything with Seabrook access-Community pool is nice and quietNegatives:-I do think it should be disclosed these condos are under construction. They aren't working on this Unit (yet) but you will hear the saws/other equipment running all day.-This is my fault but I thought the Unit was on the top floor. It is not, and there is probably not a lot of insulation between the floors so the people above sound like elephants when just normally walking around. -Bed is super uncomfortable. I think it is listed as memory foam but it is extremely firm.-Condo is a little dated and could use some TLC on some issues. Popcorn ceiling missing in several places, batteries appeared to be dead in all the clocks/smoke detectors, expired parking tag
This villa is a 1970s-era rental on a picturesque marina at Bohicket. The location is fantastic, only 3 minutes from Fresh Fields and plenty of dining locations. The rental includes access to Seabrook Island, like neighboring Kiawah Island a gated community. We found Seabrook to be charming with a lower-key vibe compared with Kiawah. The best part is that the prices are about half of what you'd pay for something comparable on Kiawah. The unit was clean, well-furnished, with clear instructions and communications from the owner. It was very quiet also, so sleeping was easy. All-in-all, we found the unit to be a great value.
Anniversary vacation at Bohickit Marina on Seabrook Island
We had a great time, clean, great views, very quite. Owner answered emails in appropriate time. Would have given 5 stars, except for a couple of things. Showers very hard to turn on! Needs new bed. Had water issues for a couple of daysâŠwater off in villas for repair work several hours ea dayâŠ.couldnât use toliet or cookâŠ.Inconvenient. Only found out day before, but residents knew a few weeks in advance.
