Ce loft de la vieille ville, surplombant le centre-ville de FTC, a tout pour plaire. Réveillez-vous et descendez au meilleur café de la vieille ville pour un café au lait et le petit-déjeuner. Marchez ensuite vers les brasseries et les restaurants pour le déjeuner. Ensuite, choisissez parmi les nombreux restaurants incroyables et primés pour le dîner et la musique et les boissons en fin de soirée. TOUS devant votre porte d'entrée.

Au-dessus de l'un des cafés les plus réputés de la vieille ville, ce loft de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain est vraiment incroyable.

Tout nouveau:

Meubles, lits, électroménagers SS, parquet, salle de bains avec baignoire et tous à quelques pas de la place de la vieille ville (sur le collège et la montagne).

Very comfortable apartment on the Main Street in downtown. Quiet and very convenient for walking around. Only problem is the parking - can’t leave car overnight on street so we ended up having to move it several times and paid for overnight in a garage one night. There was a drip coffee maker in the room but no coffee so either bring your own or go downstairs to the (very tasty) coffee shop downstairs. Host was Welcoming to our senior dog, but going outside required hiking down 25 stairs, then a bit of a walk to find a place to go, then back up! She managed just fine and we were grateful she could travel with us.

Yes, being in any downtown always makes it a bit tougher for dogs, but there is a street directly behind the building called Remington that has grass and a park close by. Wished we’d stayed here for more than one night! It was so cozy and comfortable for three of us. The beds/bedrooms were great - love the added touch of the noise machines to block outside noise although it wasn’t loud the night we stayed. The location is perfect. Be sure to checkout the coffee shop downstairs.

Fun in the heart of Old Town

We have visited Ft. Collins many times and love the town. This was our first time staying in Old Town and the loft rental is perfect. Awesome location and Bobby (the host) is great. Can't go wrong here.

The rental unit was very nice, and very clean. Perfect location close to everything in Old Town! We did not find the street noise to be excessive at all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The only possible suggestion I might make to the owner is to provide more towels and washcloths, but that’s a minor thing that did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.

Perfect location

We had great time! The location was ideal as we were visiting our nephew. The check in and out was smooth. The simple instructions made it easy,to navigate entry, etc. One minor issue was how full to fill the trash compactor and where to take extra trash (if needed). We absolutely loved and will be back!!!!

Only real negative was that we could not find soap and sponges to clean dishes which is a requirement for check out. Had to waste paper towels and hand soap to clean the dishes.

Could not get a better location and place to stay in Ft Collins. Place is clean and well put together and absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to check out old town area

Great place

Clean, cozy place within easy walking distance of a lot of great bars, restaurants and shops. Don’t miss MOBB distillery…great spot off the beaten path. Condo is awesome…highly recommend.

Wonderful place to spend a week during the holidays ! This is great place to stay in Fort Collins. The location is excellent. The downtown is beautiful & festive during the winter.

Great location!

Everything we needed for our quick Fort Collins visit. Great Old Town Location. We were here during CSU spring break - so it was quieter than most times of year.

Great location in FoCo

Great location and spot in town. Beds were comfortable. We did hear some late night partying and early morning trains, but it didnt detract from the expierence. We would stay here again!
